Ripe for Retreat

Note: lately I was told, in no uncertain terms, to take some time off (see AA Gabrielle’s message below)… that is very hard for me to do, but i took two nights and a day this week… went to the beach and lay down for a couple of hours… It was hugely restorative. I will be doing more of that this summer… and I hope you will, too.

Rest, recharge, restore your peace, your strength, your optimism and your ability to be so present for others & our beautiful planet… Love, Jen

Channeling AA Gabriel, June 5, 2026

 Jen: I’m just sitting in my heart feeling the infinity loops twirling back and forth, side to side, up and down, in and out, hither and yon, just centering.  I would ask Gabriel, beloved, to sit with me and ease my heart about the experiences I’ve been having lately ~ the difficulties or obstacles, choppiness, just turbulence… even meditation is really difficult lately. Doors keep banging. I want to sink into a submersion bathtub chamber with heavy walls, [where I would] hear nothing. 

AAG: This is Gabriel. You are ripe for a retreat. 

This is exactly the experience you will remember from now on that indicates to you that you are ready for some quiet, some downtime, some space, some rest. You have been going 100 miles an hour for a very long time. It is fine to have a half a day of rest, [but] this is not enough at this point. 

You need to take a few days off, walk by the ocean, dip your toes in the water, go up to your knees, jump in all the way -it does not matter-  but you need time alone and time in the peace and harmony that is given to you for this nurturing of the energies as they are experienced within you. Then you, of course, see them outside of you. 

So, working again from the outside to the inside, if you change what it is you’re experiencing, seeing, in your daily life for a few days, you will find that there is greater harmony within you. It is possible to work the equation from both directions. 

Certainly, it is a guide to you that what you see without and around you is a reflection of what is within you, but also it is a useful mechanism for you to understand that if you change what is outside of you, that will often bring about that shift that you are looking for within you. 

There will always be the press of life upon life. There will always be shared experiences, some of which are pleasant and some of which are annoying or irritating. You live in a crowded world with one another, on top of one another, we would say.  Certainly surrounded by and with all of your personal desires to be connected with so many, you are naturally going to feel the interruptions and …it’s not always going to come at the right time, so you will sometimes feel irritated, or you will feel overwhelmed. There may be many claims upon your attention at the same time. You will have various other kinds of challenges.  

We can tell you that in fact your internet is being an enormous group reflection of the chaos within, within humanity. You are all seeking clarity. You are all seeking the calm in the eye of the storm. And yes, it is a storm, sometimes a sunny one, but energetically you are in the midst of the storm. 

There is debris flying around you. There are those things which get lodged within your own personal energy field, which are unwelcome. It is going to assist you, behoove you, help you, and ultimately heal you to remember that you have choices. 

And if the circumstances in any given day are difficult, take at least a moment and reconnect with Mother Earth, reconnect with the representation of Divine Mother, which is most closely available to you in your environment. Put your feet upon the grass, put your toes in the water, put your fingers in the air. Allow your eyes to be bathed in the beauty of natural wonder. 

Does this feel that it will be assisting to you? 

Jen: Indeed, for sure. 

AAG: So, what would prevent you from choosing this so clearly and directly?

Jen: Well, it seems that each day has more in it than I can possibly accomplish, so I am caught on a hamster wheel of my own making. 

AAG: Yes, and it can be your unmaking as well, and you can unmake it. So dismantle it little by little. See it as not being made of metal, not being made of wood, not being made of anything solid, but being made instead of grass, being made instead of cobwebs, being made instead of light beams. See this wheel that you are playing upon- rather insistently- as being gossamer, gentle, fun.

And if you will remember to envision it differently, you will find that indeed it is changing substance, it is rising in vibration, and it will no longer trouble you. It may recur again, in which case, you remember: re-envision what you are experiencing. Tell yourself a new story. Describe your current experience in a new way, and it will follow. 

Life will follow your creation, because your life is what you have created for yourself, and, you collectively have created for yourselves. So to the degree that you wish to participate within the collective creation, enjoy! If it is no longer enjoyable, now you know what to do. 

Go within the quiet temple within your own heart, where all is peaceful and all is sweet, and when you are refreshed, emerge again, and it will be a new day. Great blessings to you, my dear, and to each one in your team of friends, soul friends, heart friends. Farewell for now.

Archangel Gabrielle on Feeling a Special Connection with Mother-Father-One

Rob: My question is why I don’t feel a particular connection with Mother-Father-One. I feel more of it with the Archangels and my guides than I do with the Mother or Father. Why is that?

AA Gabrielle: Greetings again, all. It is always such a pleasure to be here in your midst, to be invited into your circle. Of course, we are always with you, but it is so nice to be acknowledged in this way, to connect in this way.

So your question, Rob, why is it that you don’t feel a particular connection with — a stronger connection, a closeness to — Mother-Father-One, I would ask, does it really matter? Of course, at the end of the day, it is all up to you. Whether you feel that connection or not is really related to how much you open yourself to it.

But when I ask whether it really matters, it’s because if you feel that connection with your personal guides, feel that connection with any of us, as the archangels, before you invite in the Mother-Father-One, is that energy not all the same? It’s all from the same source. It’s all the same connection.

So it really comes down to your perception or your interpretation of who it is that you’re really connecting to, what it is that you’re really connecting to. The emanation of love is the emanation of love. It doesn’t matter how you visualize that.

Who you see as who you’re connecting to, all of that, is based on your beliefs and whatever limitations you choose to put on that, if any limitations at all. If you choose to have a closer connection with the Mother or the Father, then sit with that, develop that, believe in that.

If you have greater affinity for me or any of the other archangels, then that’s where you will feel the connection. The same goes for any of your guides or your Higher Self. It’s however you choose to visualize that, but, at the end of the day, the energy is all the same. It all comes from the same place, for we are One.

But whatever happens in the end, don’t berate yourself for not being able, as you believe, to connect with what you see as a higher source. Again, there’s no such thing. You are already connecting with that higher Source. Whether it is somebody in your family standing in front of you, when you feel the love, you are connecting with the Source. It is all how you choose to visualize it and how you choose to experience that.

Again, if you want to have the closer connection with the Mother, then sit with that, develop that. Develop your relationship with her, and you will feel it.

In the past, when you have channeled the Mother, you have felt it. You know what that is, but you’re questioning, “Why does that not feel any different than the connection with anyone else in the realm of Heaven?” The answer is, because it’s all the same. Connection with any one of us is a connection to Source, ultimately, so why would it be any different?

Rob: Well, that seems obvious now that you say it out loud. Message received. Well, that was simple enough. 😊

AA Gabrielle: That’s good. Perhaps your teammates have questions for me?

The Choosing of the Mother

Prelude to the Christmas Story

Many know the biblical story of Archangel Gabriel announcing to the young Mary, “Don’t be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. Behold, you will conceive in your womb and give birth to a son, and shall name him ‘Jesus.’ He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High.” [WEB Luke 1:30-32].  However, few know the full story of what led up to that point, which was so beautifully told through the channeling of Edgar Cayce.  For me, this is such an inspiring and fascinating story that I’ve made it a habit for many years to read it each Christmas season.  It’s that time of year again, so please allow me to show you the more fulsome picture as it unfolded so many years ago.

According to Edgar Cayce (specifically, the 5749 Reading series), Mary was born to Anna and Joachim who belonged to the Essene sect. In recognition of her spiritual destiny, they gave the 4-year-old Mary over to service in the Essene Temple (located at the School of the Prophets at Mt Carmel).  Mary was one of twelve such maidens to be prepared as a possible channel for the prophesied Messiah.  In fact, “Essene” meant “expectancy,” since they worked for generations to prepare the pathway.  In the temple service, the twelve maidens were trained in physical, mental, and spiritual purity, as well as the prophesies related to the Messiah.

When Mary was between 12-13, the time had come for the choice of which maiden would be the channel.  When all the maidens climbed the temple steps toward the altar for morning prayers, the sunrise illuminated the whole scene in a purple and gold hue.  As Mary reached the top step, a shadow passed over Mary alone, and there was thunder and lightening.  Archangel Gabriel then appeared and led her to the altar.  These were the indicators of choosing, leaving no doubt about the divine will of who would be the channel for the Blessed One.

I love the beauty and holiness of the scene, and I often wonder what Mary must have felt at that time.  While she had received years of preparatory training, did she really have any idea of the extreme joys, the weight of such responsibility, or the inconceivable hardship and heartache that she would have to bear?  How can one not be filled with awe?  I am humbled just thinking about it, and for me, it is now an inextricable part of the Christmas story.

Archangel Gabriel: The Beauty and Intimacy of Channeling

Jennifer: Ah, so I have a question for whoever wants to answer it, and that is that I have this desire to start a local meditation group, where I am willing to offer channeling, so that a group of people near me can all experience together the intimacy and beauty of opening up to the messages from the higher vibrations, for those we love, our masters, angels and guides. I just want to be part of something where we all get lifted up. And I would just like some guidance on how to approach this, or if it, in fact, is a good idea and not something I’m looking for, for external validation. I think I will ask Archangel Gabriel/Gabrielle, the communicator. 

AAG: Yes, we are nudging you, Dear One. We have been nudging you to be more present within your community to those that are near you, and it is something that you hang back from. It’s the reverse of the external validation. You are a little afraid to step forward, because you’re afraid you will not be validated. 

It is not about validation anymore. It is just about that you have developed this ability. You feel confident it. It is a great source of joy to you, and your heart longs to share it. This is a pure place to come from, and it is completely supported by all of us who guide you and who help you, and we are more than happy to assist you in judging how to present this to those who live near you. 

It is certainly possible to do exactly the same thing in a zoom format with a larger group. If you would like to offer this, you would be most welcome to do so, and we would support you. As far as doing it locally, talking with your sister is a good first step, and you have identified a third member, someone who has requested repeatedly to sit in meditation with you and is very eager to learn spiritually. 

So bring it forward, one step at a time, one person at a time, like creating a necklace where you thread one bead at a time, and each bead will be unique and beautiful. And it is fine to have a larger group of eight to 10, knowing that only six to seven or five would be even able to come at any given time.  And as far as the frequency of it, it is probably wise to start with twice a month. If there is demand, you can add a separate group going the opposite way. If you start with first and third of a particular day of the month, then you can do the second and fourth with a different group. 

And you see, you enjoy very much being a small group of people who bring their hearts to this openness and this communion with spirit in a very authentic and deep, profound and beautiful way. And so the others will also, and you will find that there is interest in this. So begin as you are feeling nudged to do so, and do not doubt yourself.

A Simple Choice

Jennifer: Archangel Gabriel…

AAG: Gabriel-Gabrielle- whatever you enjoy hearing, speaking- call me anything you like, call me Joy for I am joy! It is my greatest pleasure showering you with sparkling bubbles, beautiful, iridescent, magical, golden bubbles. This is my way of being playful. There are many- I’m not limited to bubbles. 

But I would just come to affirm for you that one of the most potent ways that you can be prepared and, indeed, serve your brothers and sisters on the planet is through your playfulness and through your joy, because people do find it mildly attractive when others are having fun. Even if they are in the doldrums, they will say to themselves, ‘Oh, I would like to have fun too. I would like for my life to be lighter. I would like to enjoy more.’  They will feel a little sorry for themselves, perhaps, but they may realize that in fact all they have to do is choose to go forward and join the circle. 

It is a simple choice to choose joy. It is a simple choice to choose love. But one must sometimes get around the nest, the tangle, in one’s head of all the thoughts one has had, all the judgments one has had about those who have too good a time. And they’re committed to their very hard struggle through life. But as the energies lighten up as there is more and more going on. As there’s more and more changing, people will realize that it is possible to make this choice. It is that simple. And they will begin to be open to joy in surprising places. A chuckle here or there, or a funny joke, a good cartoon. 

You see, all of the avenues that you have in your world for lightheartedness, for wisdom entertaining as laughter, laughter is a great transmutation and you know this, you know how it has helped you tremendously in your lives and it continues to be brilliant for you. You see it as a brilliant material, just like your life vests, or your -what is it?-  noodles, that you play with in your pool. Laughter is a noodle – how’s that for a bumper sticker? So promote laughter, promote joy, promote fun. Promote the paradox of humor and wisdom. The wisdom of children, the beauty of laughter, the amazement of what’s amazing, the amazement of this incredible world that you live in! As our dear Francesco [teammate channeling St. Francis] has brought forward to you, the amazing beauty of the world that you live in —does it not bring you joy?

Yes, this one [Jennifer] enjoys social media because it is her great enjoyment to pass along and, sometimes, take pictures of surprising, amazing, beautiful moments in life, surprising amazing, beautiful things found on her walks. Take your camera! Begin to take pictures. You will see beautiful things. We’ll put them right in front of your eyes, if you like. She has a friend who is a tree, lives down the road. Every time she goes by she looks over at him, sees him smiling. He’s got a great big grin, two beady eyes, her friend the tree. 

You see, there are wondrous, wondrous things available to you in every moment. And if you use those as your nurturing, nurture yourself!  Fill yourself up with the beauty of those surprises that Gaia brings to you, that the Elementals bring to you, that we bring to you.  We love to craft with natural materials. Did you not know this? We do.

We are making heart rocks for you. We are making pictures in the clouds. We are bringing you untold amazement, but it’s up to you to take it in and use this as your platform, use this as your launch pad! 

Do not be in any way afraid to share with your brothers and sisters on what you call your social media. The whole fear factor is really blown way out of proportion. Truly. Where your heart goes, so will all the protection that you would ever need when you move in love, when your motivation comes from all that you are, with the desire to uplift, to serve, to share your light, your marvelous, extraordinary, individual lights, your witness of love.  If that is your motivation, never be afraid. You do not have to participate. But it is fun. It is another avenue for you to enjoy the sharing of that which uplifts you, because it will uplift,  uplift others. This builds a beautiful energy. So this is one way forward. If you choose it.  

You do know how to build energies. Day by day, one pair of eyes after another, you know how to build trust, you know how to build connection and there are many ways to further grow the radius of your contacts with your brothers and sisters. But I would suggest that you do not limit yourself to only that which you are most comfortable with. There may be some ideas that come to you that you are tempted to say ‘No, I don’t want to do that.’  But you may be, you may be being guided, by those of us who can see a little bit farther than you can, to an opportunity to expand your awareness, to expand your appreciation of the potential, the unlimited potential of every moment. So it is time to set your cautions to the side, to the extent that you can.  Let each day bring you – what it brings you. 

I am enjoying so much communing with your hearts. My words are not important at this point. It is really that I feel your hearts, I feel your love and I share mine,  so it is a moment of great joy and blessing. Thank you. Thank you for your open hearts. They radiate so beautifully. We can see them a long way off.
