Recently, there was an algorithm on Facebook, which featured a series of interviews with people who had experienced a NDE, near death experience. How many times have we all thought, “I’m not worried about dying, it’s how I’m going to get there!”
After seeing the interviewees and hearing their stories of how beautiful and overwhelmingly love-filled it was while they were “dead,” it begs the question, “What are we afraid of?”
Perhaps you know someone who has been through a near death experience, or maybe you’ve had a NDE yourself and would like to share what it was like. There is much to know about what is going on now. We will give you a brief synopsis.
There is a quickening of vibration that is affecting all of the planet, and some are feeling this as excitement, and some are feeling this as as a swarm of bees within them, around them, in front of them, in their news, you see? So each of you is responding differently to the higher vibrations, but the higher vibrations are a natural process in the choice of ascension, which was made by you as a human collective, by all of the kingdoms present on the planet and by the Mother Planet herself. All of you together have said “Enough.”
Some of you are aware of this declaration of intention to evolve into greater peace, into greater joy, greater play, greater delight, greater contentment, greater awareness, greater commitment to the connection that you have to one another and to an honoring of your Source. Many of you are aware of this. Many of you are aware of it during your dream time, when you are sitting with your guides and your teachers, when you remember. And many of you have not yet remembered this, or feel that it is quite new and alien and uncomfortable, because you have such a diversity of humanity, and you are, in many ways, the leaders of this civilization, because you have created it.
And because you are carrying such beautiful diversity, it requires an enormous amount of patience to accept each person in their own place, in their own stage of growing, as perfect just as they are. You have each threaded your way through civilizations in many parts of the galaxies, and you have not always been the ones who were most aware. Sometimes you have been the ones who were least aware. But this is not to create a hierarchy.
And as you know, if you offer your patience, your acceptance, your refusal to judge, you also can access your trust that each one of you, each one of you, will arrive in your own perfect timing into participating in this dream of Mother Earth to house you again, in your purity, in your innocence, in your glory.
You are such creative minds and hearts; your intuition and your imagination are your treasures. So just keep on dreaming, keep on dreaming this beautiful dream, because it is creating it. What you hold dear in your heart is visible collectively to all of you.
It is as though there were a sphere and it were completely hollow. And then there is a workshop [at the bottom] and [there] you are all busy making patches, beautiful patches, beautiful squares and triangles and hexagons and pieces of all sizes and colors, and you run up and you plant it somewhere on the inside of the sphere. Little by little, the colors are developing. Little by little, the ideas are coming together and the shapes are fitting together, and you are creating scenarios.
You are creating new ways of being together, of coming together, of interacting with one another. You are creating new ways to move about, to communicate, such as this one we are enjoying now. Some of these are things that you are already living with. Some of these are things you are still piecing together. But can you imagine that this is your creation together? When you are finished pasting all of these little bits of color all over the inside of the sphere, you will find yourselves in a new creation. That is what you are involved in now, a new creation, and we are here to assist you in any way we can. We are most excited for you.
You asked the Mother, “We have a dream. We have something we would like to go and do. Can we go and do this now?” And the Mother gathered you together, gave her blessing and said, “Of course, you are my children. I want you to be happy.” And you all are creating a world where you can not only be happy yourselves, but you can create the circumstances whereby each one of you can step into a greater sense of well being, of ease, of abundance.
Yes, but before this can happen— you do know this, but we speak it for everyone— before this can happen, the thoughts and the fears that have suppressed this beautiful vision have to come to the surface for you to notice, and then you can say, “Ah, that’s what’s been holding me back. I was afraid. I carried this fear for many lifetimes: that I would be left behind, that I would be abandoned, that I would shrivel and die and no one would care. I carried this fear for a very long time, but I no longer believe this fear.
No. I will write it on the tag on a tea bag, and I will compost it in my compost pile. I don’t want that thought anymore. I don’t want it to hold me back and I just don’t want to carry it anymore, so I’m going to compost it.”
You can do this with any of your feelings, any of your fears, anything that you have outgrown and are no longer interested in supporting.
Now, we would like to turn the time over to questions. You may continue with a question that is related to what we have been discussing, or it may be a question that seems purely personal to you, but it is in some way niggling at you. It is something that you would like to settle within your mind.
Chaos or Peace?Part 3 of the February channeling event. Trying to make sense of it all… Yeshua and Mary channeled this answer together. I hope it helps…
Sue: I guess I was wondering this: we so often see and hear and are exposed to all the chaos, as you mentioned, that circulates around the planet at this time. But it’s been my belief, and I was wondering if this is correct, but there is a much greater proportion of people who are seeking peace and whose intention is peace, much, much more so than those who are desiring to keep chaos alive and well on the planet. Is that correct? Is there a much greater percentage of people who are in a good place, as opposed to a chaotic place?
Yeshua & Mary Magdalen: Yes, you are all reacting at different levels, at different times, as well, but you are all reaching for a greater degree of harmony. The desire for peace is strong in a great majority of you. There are very few who you could actually say the desire is to continue the chaos, whether it be for profit or it be for merely to continue a downward spiral, which has been a habitual movement for quite a long time.
And as I said earlier, as we said, there is always the respect for the free will of each of you, even one who chooses to continue to spiral into a more fragmented place. Many of you are coming back into wholeness within yourselves, and you are also reaching out to one another. You are reaching your hands side-to-side, front and back, above and below. You are wishing to connect with all others on the planet in harmony, in a creation of a better world, a more joyful place for all the kingdoms of life. Yes, this is true. You are all deeply committed to this process. This is why it is moving forward so quickly.
However, consciously, there are still many who are clinging to habits of thought which include judgment, which include fear of their own survival, which include nostalgia for an earlier time which felt safer. You see, you have strong habits of thought and belief which will take some time to relax. And when enough of you — let us say, 63% — have created an alternative, which seems safe, which seems enjoyable, which seems exciting, then more of the others will let go of their too tight, still uncomfortable, but [committed] ways of thinking.
Many of you have learned to relax, away from doom-thinking or fear-based practices. You are beginning to become more proficient in spotting those thoughts that you have which are being manipulated, intentionally manipulated, by a few who enjoy it. It is like the one on the playground who loves to go and step in the puddle that the others are enjoying watching. You may be clustered around a beautiful little pool and watching some of the clarification happen and some reflection and some beauty, maybe some tiny life has caught in there, or is moving in an interesting way, and this one child will come up with his rubber boots and stick his foot right into the puddle. You see, it is not deliberate malice. It is merely immaturity.
You are coming to maturity as a group of souls, yes, but it is a continuum.
Sue: Thank you.
Y&MM: You would not be succeeding as well as you were if there were not so many hearts joined together, truly, on this higher level, the level that you are capable of feeling now. When you are out on your boat, when you are walking through a meadow, when you are meditating, when you hear a songbird, when you pet your animal, when you make a new friend, when you do something kind for another person, your heart zings. You feel the joy!
This will become more and more contagious. Joy is contagious. And when you cannot find your joy, look for humor, look for paradox, look for soothing, look to your children, and you will realign with your joy.

PART 5 of the Solstice Channeling Dec. 2025
#6: My question just has to do with the raising of the vibration of the world, or just what will that look like down the road?
Jeshua/Yeshua: This is of great interest to Jennifer as well. It will be as though you step out on the porch by the lake on the first morning of your summer vacation, and you are barefoot and you have very little on, and you say, I will just run across the path and jump into the water. There will be such an effervescent feeling in the air for you that you will be able to be spontaneous in your excitement, in your sense of renewal and joy.
You will feel like that child who has been let out of school at the end of the day, no more assignments, no more being pinned to the desk. You will experience a great sense of freedom and the bubbling up of joy. Your drink, the ginger ale, has a wonderful sense of sparkliness and bubbles rising.
You will notice that those around you are also lighter. They are joking. They are speaking kindly one to another in the grocery line. It is quite extraordinary. You are not all insulated completely, anymore, in your own individual baggies with the zipper. You are peeking at one another, going, “Hi.” Yes, there is an opening, a freedom, a naturalness.
You do not need to lose all your clothing if you do not desire so. However, think of the child that you were once when you were three, and you preferred just not to bother to get dressed that morning. You will feel more comfortable with that possibility. You may not choose it. That’s fine.
The thing to know about the higher dimensions is that each dimension has twelve steps, and you do not need to experience all of them at once. You will grow into comfort…Your ‘comfort zone’ will expand – that is the way I want to say it – if you will treat each new day as bringing you new insight, new potential for happiness, new moments of joy you did not expect. You cannot engineer joy. They have not figured this out. The ginger ale is pretty good, but they have not figured this out yet. It is something that opens when your heart opens.
Have you ever watched a bird sing, or watched a child play when no one’s- they think- no one’s looking? Have you seen the child pump on their swings higher and higher and higher? “Push me, push me.” Their joy has no bounds.
You will find more joy in your life, more freedom, more laughter, an easier way of disentangling yourself from a common social difficulty. You have a flat tire by the side of the road. You say to yourself, “Oh, I wonder how I can get out of this mess!” You may use a few choice words, and then you will say, “Okay, I’m in the flow. I can believe that something good will come, something will come to help me.” You can ask. You can say a prayer. We will always respond. We always respond to being asked. You know, such as today, I was invited, I came.
Now, to get back to our story. You are by the side of the road. You do not know how to get out of this mess, but you have asked for some help, or you are open to some help. Immediately, someone pulls up behind you, yes, and so they come along the side of the car, and you look up and there is a kind face there. You put your window down. They say, “Can we help you? I noticed that you might need a little help. I actually work at a garage, and I’m pretty good at this. Can I help you with your tire?” You see, the one who is ready to be there for you will be there very easily.
Everyone wants to serve, everyone wants to help one another. They may not realize it yet, but they are growing into it, and more and more people are ready to spring to attention to help each other. This is very visible in your world. Now we are most happy about this.
So I’ve given you a few illustrations. You will smile for no reason or little reasons, a caterpillar crosses your trail, a little tiny spider is being most successful in a corner of your house, and it is so tiny it is causing you no harm whatsoever, and you decide, much to your own surprise, not to vacuum it up. That little spider is quite grateful. The whole species is grateful.
You are not as afraid as you were. You are leaving behind your fears. You see, these are the signs that you will be growing and once there is no fear, oh, the fun is just beginning. There will be much rejoicing, many, many forms of rejoicing, much helping of one another in ways that are heartwarming. Is this an answer to you? Do you have a follow up question? [No] Okay. Play with this. It is like… taste it on your tongue. Your experiences are just beginning.
Yes, this is why we recommend journaling. Keep track of these wondrous things that you did not expect, that happened, that turned out better than you thought, where you were met with kindness or you were met with wisdom, you were met with surprises which made your heart sing. Synchronicities. We love to play synchronicities with you. Is this clear? Yes?

Well, we are feeling perhaps we have come to a place where we should say our farewells, our fond farewells, for tonight. Know that I am present with each one of you. I am willing to be present whenever invited. I am a breath away. All you have to say is “Yeshua, are you there?” You will feel a tap on your shoulder. You will feel a whisper in your ear. You will feel a finger on your cheek. You will feel something.
If you would like me to make myself known to you, you say, “Yeshua, are you there?” You will feel something. You may feel your stomach gurgle…(laughter!) That would not be my answer. I do so love to make you laugh! But you will have some sense of engagement with someone who loves you, who cares about you. You say, “Is that you, Yeshua?” Listen, you will hear a yes, “Yes, it is me. I am here with you. I’m here for you”.
I’m here when you need me. I’m here when you just want to play, to discover more about what we can learn from one another. And you do teach me. Each one of you teaches me through your courage, through your sensitivity, through your experiences. I can live millions of lives by those who will share with me and each life is so precious.
So we thank you. I, thank you. Mary Magdalene and I, thank you. Mother and Father, through me, thank you each one. We honor you, we bless you and we thank you.

This is PART 4 of the Dec. 21st Channeling with Master Jeshua/Yeshua. (Some people like the Y(Aramaic) and others resonate with the J (Roman)) But it’s all the same ~Beloved Master Jesus, the King of Love, our eternal Brother and Friend.He is my life-long teacher (for many lives) and I have come to know him much more deeply through channeling him. Interestingly enough it is my traditional Christian friends who are least interested in reading Jeshua’s current messages… and why might that be? We all have strong allegiances and interpretations of what is possible or not, what is shareable or not, what is heresy or not. I just follow my heart. I have never known love to lead me astray…
Question#5: Why do I still carry such a feeling of unworthiness within me? (paraphrased)
Jeshua/Yeshua: It is fine. You are fine. We will address your heart. We want you to know that you are born worthy. There was no original sin. This is a teaching of the Church, which is a misconstruction. What happened was that when your souls were in the higher dimensions, you were exploring the Universes.
You wondered what it would be like to lower your vibration, to play hide and seek with your Mother and Father, you see, and you blame yourselves for the pickle that you are in now, as humanity~ feeling lost, confused, warring upon one another, violating one another. You see, you separated yourselves willingly, and then lowered your vibration so profoundly that you forgot your own divine nature as a Child of God. You and all of humanity, you forgot.
#5: Yeah.
Jeshua/Yeshua: And so through the cycle of different lifetimes, you have seen glimpses of worthiness, but mostly you have felt that you needed to earn your worthiness. You needed to work hard, you needed to excel. You needed to be good to the point where you completely neglected taking care of and loving yourselves. You have been under the misunderstanding that you needed to earn back your intrinsic, essential worthiness.
Why would Divine Father and Divine Mother not love you? They love every part of their creation. They are Love, you see. It is ourselves as humans, I count myself in this, because when you are in the human journey, there is the forgetting, there are the veils of forgetting, and there are the fears and the unworthiness. You blamed yourselves for the separation.
So the path to reacquiring your sense of worthiness is to forgive yourself. You took an adventure and ended up in a pickle. You ended up in a terrible mess, separated. This is what the story of the Fall from the Garden of Eden is about. That is a metaphor for what literally happened where you lowered your vibration.
This is a longer story than we have time for now, but you, as a group of souls, lowered your vibration to the point where you could not remember your wholeness, and you blamed yourselves, and so you carry this burden of guilt. Now that I have told you this, can you begin to love that child who was afraid that she was not worthy to be loved? Can you love her from the Source of Love that you Are?
Your hearts are very powerful. Each one of you, you are great healers of yourselves and of each other. Remind each other that you are love, that it is love that heals and reunites. Does it not bring back families? When there is forgiveness and love offered, it reunites groups. It reunites you with the parts of you that have forgotten that you are whole. Take it in. It is you. Does this feel like truth?
Yes, I am not telling you a fairy story. It quite literally happened. Many, many, many souls lowered their vibration. The rest of the heavenly realms, the ascended realms, rushed around to create something to catch you. Mother (Gaia) said, “I will incarnate. We will make a place for you to remember who you are, to come back together, a safe place for you to come back together.”
Of course, various things developed in the great adventure. Then we call it an adventure because it is, I do not mean to be disrespectful. It is a difficult adventure. But we call it an adventure because that is what is. It has been for these thousands of incarnations.
It has been a great adventure to come back into wholeness, and you are doing so now. You are taking those steps now, and independence will help you, because you have to be independent enough to leave your home church and say, “I think there might be some baloney here. I think I will find another path that maybe will hold some truth for me.” I do not mean the church is only baloney, but there are some misconceptions. So if you are beginning to think critically in your spiritual path, this is a wonderful first step, see?

Jeshua: Who else has a question? Take your time…
This one [Jennifer] used to have the experience of feeling rather stunned when speaking with me, the words would not come, as far as asking. A question that might have been bothering you for a long time, still would become eclipsed somehow by the projected brilliance of speaking with one who you have all looked up to.
I want you to know I am your friend. I am your brother. I want to be known to you as I know you. I want you to be comfortable with me. Think of me in blue jeans with a plaid shirt. You can cut my hair. I do not need long hair or a long beard. You can play with your image of me until you are comfortable.
Yes, I did have a very special life in this world. I brought my whole heart. I brought all of my wisdom and all, all I understood about being divine. But you are each divine. You have just misplaced the memories when you came into this earthly adventure.
Think of it as an adventure game. You organize yourself as to what type of adventure game you want, and you make agreements with those in your families and those of your friends so that you will play together, you see, and then you all walk through the chamber of forgetfulness. This is a little bit like a reverse car wash. Instead of the light sprinkling down beautifully upon you, it is being sucked up into the ceiling, and you walk out going, “Who am I? What is this?” And all you have is your physical body, your five senses, and some imagination, but you have a lot of forgetting.
Your youngest children remember the most, and you adults will spend lifetimes and lifetimes studying to try to remember the rest. And your children are educated out of what they know pretty quickly, within six or so years, often, unless they are lucky enough to be within a family where there is no fun made of their insistence that they have an imaginary friend, that someone was speaking with them in their bedroom this morning, they will tell you their dreams. They will tell you their reality without limitation, because they remember. They know that they aren’t limited.
Yes, they’re aware they have bodies. This is why babies cry so much. They’re like, “Oh no, oh no, what did I decide to do? This is going to be too hard a game, and I don’t know if I can play it!” It is very much of a shock for the little ones that come in, very much so. And some of them exit, some of them decide, “I think this is more than I want right now.” Bless them.
But the ones who persist, they bring you such blessings, and they bring you a more conscious –they will not explain it to you the way I am explaining it to you, but — they bring with them more consciousness of what it is to be in a state of freedom, in a state of love, in a state of Joy. Yes, their spontaneity is wonderful. Their laughter is pure. Yes.
What more again would you like to talk about today? You do not have to ask me a question. Just tell me a topic.
#2: I have a question.
Jeshua/Yeshua: Yes, go ahead.
#2: Do you have any plans on coming back to Earth in the flesh?
Jeshua/Yeshua: Not at this time. When you have ascended fully into the higher dimensions, I will be present with you, and you will see me, and you will have a way to know me, a form that you will recognize. I may not be wearing white robes anymore – I might want to wear my cowboy boots. (laughs)
At this time, my energies are focused entirely on raising each one of you. You are my brothers and sisters. You are my siblings. We are all children of God. I am focused now on reminding you of your own unlimitedness.
I am very interested in the different channels that I am able to work with, and that is not to say that I am not also working with those who do not have access to a channel, nor do they have an interest in this sort of experience. They have been taught that it is not the thing to do, and they have not really thought about rebelling against that thought. So that is fine. That does not mean that I cannot reach them.
Even in your churches, in your religions, I am present. When there is great love for me, I am there. I have never abandoned you. Oh, I do not agree with everything your ministers and priests say about me. And of course, the story, the original story has been misconstrued, has been garbled, has been distorted for the purposes of the church. But you see, the church was begun in great sincerity and with a great desire to honor the one, myself, who was an eye opener of that generation, one who opened hearts as well as perception, as well as understanding, as well as opportunity.
Yes, I am so glad I was able to live the life that I lived, and many honored me by continuing to meet in my name. The early churches were close to what we experienced together in circles and in groups, some of them large, but not many. I’m still able to work with those whose hearts are activated. Those who have closed their minds and are basically counting their money while they sit in the pew, they will have a later opportunity to awaken. [LOL] Thank you for your laughter!
You none of you will be forgotten, none of you will be abandoned, none of you will be left behind. You will each find your opportunities to remember that you are divine children of the One, the One Being Mother/Father/God, the United Divine Masculine/Divine Feminine aspects of creation in Unity. There is no gender discrimination in those levels. Of course, there is a beautiful equality.
I come to speak with you because it is my birthday being celebrated, but we are happy that Mary Magdalen and I are inseparable, quite literally, although we do enjoy coming forward individually, this is possible too, but not separate. Everything I say is birthed in our hearts together. Our hearts are fused into one. Everything that comes forward from Jennifer through me, Yeshua, comes through our joined hearts. Mary, my Mother, is very present as well, as is my father, Joseph, who some of you know as the Archangel Jofiel, who incarnated to provide the extra support.

Note: Happy New Year everyone! I had the great pleasure and awe to host Yeshua/Jeshua for a public channleing session on the Solstice in December, my first such event. Solstice Channeling, at Working Well, So Po, Maine, Dec. 21st, 2025
Jennifer Donaldson: Welcome, everyone….
Divine Mother, Divine Father. Thank you for this circle of wise souls, loving souls, those who have gathered together today to share, to learn and to talk with Yeshua. We invite Jeshua to come and speak with us…
Jeshua/Yeshua: Yes, it is my great delight, my great honor to come forward tonight to each of you, individually and together. It is an occasion, is it not? We have the candlelight, the boughs, the beeswax, yes, tea and cider, spices in the cookies. Yes, it is a lovely celebration of the longest night of the year.
And many walk through this time of year with a great heaviness in their hearts. This is true. And so we bring light, we bring gladness, we come together. We reach our hands out to one another. We share. We share gratefully. We share our learning hearts, our growing hearts, our curiosity.
I am most interested to see how you are doing, each one of you, how you are representing yourself, how you are carrying your energies. It is a very busy, hectic time in your world. And I am very sad to say this is because of my birthday.
I would not wish any greater burden on any of you for any reason, so we are as active as possible to lighten your loads. Yes, we are as active as possible, to hold your hands, wipe your tears, embracing you. We work through your friends and family. We often impulse the energy to offer greater comfort at this time. This is the reason for the parties. This is the reason for the traditions of coming together.
This is very helpful. And yet, you do live in a nation where there is a maximum amount of freedom offered to each generation, and this has been taken to extremes, to enable an exploration of what it is like to live in a family or a society with more space between you. And, yes, this can be very difficult.
This one, Jennifer, becomes sad in the beginning of December every year if she’s not going to see her son. This is an annual pilgrimage of the heart through the sadness, and over the years, you learn to accommodate to it, but our hearts are with you, and you will find ways to reach out and be as one.
It is truly a matter of time and space illusion in your worlds. It may perhaps be helpful to realize that what you see in front of you you have created — is this not so, Kate? We did learn together (in a previous class] to say, “I created this. I created this.” If you can begin to understand that you have given yourself these learning opportunities, the different ones that come your way. There can be the grief of someone who is not separated from their family but their family is so difficult, or there is the grief for one has passed, whom one loves andno longer sees.
Usually at your holiday time, you begin a new year, a new experience for you to realize these are gifts you have given yourself, and just be gentle. Just be gentle with the feelings that arise. Bring that love to yourself and realize “This is my expansion. This is the way I am going to grow now. I have this new experience, [e.g.] my mother is not here.” But she is in spirit. She is free. She can visit you whenever she likes. And if you invite her to be present, she will come.
You can also specifically ask your long-distance children – some of you have this situation – ask them to visit you, higher self to higher self, in your dreams, and you will have a wonderful sense of reunion, you will wake up feeling some ease in your hearts.
Yes, and there are those who gather together with other single people. Of course, we are most honoring of those who have chosen a path of service, a path of focus, a path of devotion, each of them a different scenario, a different flavor, a different set of learnings, but one in which you are learning to be alone, which is the next step to becoming all-one. You see?
There are those who are highly embedded in their families and do not learn to be alone, because once you know that you yourself are the candle, you are the Source, you carry the light within you. You carry the love within you. You are made of love. You could not be made of anything else. There really is nothing else that can create life. And once you are in your physical representation, you carry the light within your hearts, within your love, and it shines. This is not just a metaphor. This is real.
Do you watch your cat sometimes looking at you like, “Ooh”? They are noticing your aura, the different levels of your energetic being. They see you light up. This one, Jennifer’s cat, when she sees that Jennifer is rather sad, this cat actually gives her a little time and a little space, which is the cat’s wisdom-way of saying, “I trust you, you will be fine, I see.”
But if, on the other hand, you have dog friends and they see you sad, they are the most gracious companions. Is that not true? Yes. But you see, the animals are here for love. They’re teaching you love. They are embodying love in ways beyond what you have known so far. And when you think about 50 years ago – or maybe you are not anywhere near that age – the animals were much more independent and less interested in being with the humans. They are very devoted to your welfare now, and very much a part of your families in a new way.
Everything is evolving. Each one of you so much, since your childhoods, have grown so much, and you will continue to grow. In the future that is becoming present, on the edges of your present, each day is lighter, more unified, more hopeful, more creative.
There will be those who mourn [the old ways]. There will be those who drag their heels, but if you are looking for the light in one another, you are honoring the love and light in one another, you will draw to you more who will give you some support with this and begin to share with you their vision, their optimism, their knowing of this great procession into a higher vibration.
The entire body of Gaia is moving every day into a higher and higher vibration. She is settling in quite well. But you will notice the storms, or you will notice the times when there is a release of energy, which needed to be released, needed to be eased within the body of Gaia.
Gaia is the Divine Mother Incarnate. Now, she did not go through the forgetting that humans do. She is aware of her divinity. And Divine Mother still exists apart from Gaia, from physical nature. So these are great mysteries, but you will learn.
Gaia is growing and Gaia is vibrating faster and faster. This is at times uncomfortable. This is at times confusing. You have heard of Ascension? You have heard of ascension symptoms? You will get tummy aches, or you will get headaches. You will get emotional experiences. “Where did that come from?” And it just arises, and then it goes.
So Gaia, too, has her emotional outbursts. She is healing the parts of her body that have been damaged. Yes, she’s not going to shake off all her parking lots in one day, but little by little, she will reduce that which is excessive and return it to its elements. It will take some time, and you may help her, if you like.
We would like to pause for a moment, having touched on a circle of points of entry, points of interest that may come forward from each of you. We have time to discuss questions which you yourselves have about your experience now. So who would like to begin?… [quiet] I am quite friendly, you know.
#1. I’ll ask a question. Did you practice the Solstice during your time?
Good morning, Sun. I see you. I see you. I feel seen. What a miracle of life we are, in this moment!
Jeshua/Yeshua: Yes, indeed, only we were not in the more northerly or Celtic lands, which is the source of your evergreen boughs and this sort of thing. But yes, when there was the festival in the wintertime, when the days would proceed through [their darkening…] You see, our lands were closer to the Equator, and there was less of a contrast, as you have from the northern lands or further to the south, of course. So the lands farthest from the equator had such contrast and such long nights. Think of the Scandinavians, and their very short, three or four hours of daylight each day, and what a very long winter. These [solstice customs] are for them, you see.
For us, we were aware of this because we had the knowledge of our astrologers, and they followed the patterns of the year, and they knew, they knew of these rotations. So yes, we did, and our understanding and appreciation of the Sun was an annual ritual. It is embedded in the Egyptian rituals, the Egyptian ways and the ways of the Essenes, the Essenes as being the community in which I myself was raised.
The Essenes have great reverence for the Earth as a holy, living being. And they are well aware of the godhood of the Earth herself, the Great Mother, you see, and when I myself had the need to become closer to the Great Mother, that is when I took myself off into the desert by myself so that I could lie upon the ground and re-ignite, refresh my soul, and be taught by the Mother and hear my own Spirit clearly.
If you go by yourself for a walk in the woods, it is delightful, but it is more than that. Don’t you feel when you come back, renewed? Yes, and if you go with others, it is lovely. You all benefit from this. But if you are by yourself – again, the alone – and take time for this, this is very valuable. You will hear your own spirit more strongly. And you will hear the spirits of the plants and the trees and the birds and animals, yes, and you will hear your heart. You will, you can, bring all of your sorrows to Mother Earth, and she will ease them. For you, it’s a very practical path.
Yes, but notice whether you pay attention to the sun, whether you greet it in the morning when you arise. Do you take time to say, “Good morning, Sun. I see you. I see you. I feel seen. What a miracle of life we are in this moment”? If you take time to acknowledge the sun and to spend a few moments with it when it rises – not during the middle of the day, because you do have your ozone holes – but early in the morning, and as the sun sets, you can look directly into its rays with no harm. And you will see the blessings being offered to you. You will see the radiation of love.
Light, Love, these are the same. Light is more often interpreted mentally. Love is more often interpreted with the emotional body. But do you not feel something sacred when you see your sunrise, your sunset? Yes, so we did indeed honor the wheel of life in this way, the passages of the sun.”

Kuthumi: Greetings. I am Master Kuthumi. You each are known to me, and I am most pleased to address you today, in this interesting way, through your devices. We do see you, see your energy, not your images. It is interesting to see from this [physical] perspective as well.
I am one who is a calming presence for Jennifer, one who draws her to her center and helps her prolong her preparation so that she is coming from a calm place, a detached place, detached only to the degree of the stepping aside. Her meditations have been rather jumpy lately. I am often one who is there in conversation with you, and you think it’s yourself. A gentle presence. I prefer this. It is effective.
This would be true also for that which you offer on your website, and the different ways in which you participate in the World Wide Web, the electronic web, I should say, because you all participate freely on the world-wide etheric web. [The electronic web] is a step, intermediate, intermediary, a bridge from a time when you were much more separated into your own individual lives into a time when you will be communicating largely telepathically and largely through a desire to contact some information, and there it will be available to you. But for now, you are in training. The electronic devices are your training wheels, so enjoy them. When you’re out of body, of course you do not have your plug-in devices. It would be most inconvenient. Your energies would be hanging around the receptacles! [LOL]
Yes, it is lovely to see you stretching your energies. Because this is what you do. You speak from your heart, your center. You allow what is within you to well through you, hand in hand with one of us, many times but not always. And you share freely. You share this with anyone who’s out there with no fear. This is a most wonderful thing.
This is an affirmation of your trust and your faith in who you are, connecting with your divinity. It is a perfectly natural thing to do. There are many who will hide from this. We are most pleased for you that you are willing to share in these ways, openly, without a great deal of self doubt. If a little self doubt creeps in, so be it, another layer has been peeled from the onion. [The layers are made of] all of your constructs, your constructed ideas and beliefs over the many generations of your body, your DNA, and the many generations of your own explorations.
It is easier to line them up looking toward the past, because it’s very difficult to lay them all on top of each other at the same time. It is difficult for you, in time and space, to visualize everything happening at once, because then it would all be in the same time in the same space. How could that be possible? And it is just a little mind-boggling.
So we will slow it down for you. This [slowing] is one of the functions of time and space. We will space it out for you so you can see clearly that you have the different lives. And do not tease yourselves too much and worry about when it happened.

You see, little by little your comfort zones are growing vastly, vastly. There are many who take in what you share on your website. They do not comment. There are many who take in part of it, just a phrase, a few words, and they contemplate that for a while. In a month, a year, they’ll come back, they’ll remember that there was someone, somewhere, somehow, who showed them, who peeled back the sky and showed them there is more.
This is a beautiful circle, and you do it with your hearts. You do not need to count the numbers. You are not opening a mega church. You do not need to count the number of people who show up. Just know that your heart needs to expand. Your heart longs to reach out to each other. This is the desire of unity and you are building this unity, heart by heart, moment by moment, week by week.
You have been most faithful and we are most grateful because you do what we cannot do. We can whisper to you. We can speak to you in your dreams. We can meet with you in your dream time. During the day, when the shades of ordinary thinking cover your perception, you must look through layers to see truth. You must dive deep into your hearts to feel truth. It’s much more common to maintain your perspective of separation.
Anything you do to build unity, whether it is to have a neighborhood picnic, a “cookout” in your summertime, something so natural as that would be scary for some, while others do it very easily. They reach their hearts out and they say, “Let us be brothers and sisters. Let us be comfortable together. Let’s be in union.”
We’re not going to be one being, not while we are still exploring the realms of consciousness and the different expressions, the different planetary experiences, the different physical experiences available to us. There are many, many, many, many potential experiences… Are there any questions?
Rachel: Just a quick question. So the concern of the numbers or all of that, you’re saying to let all of that go, and then people will come when they’re ready, more or less, right?
Kuthumi: It is as though you have, you have dug a well in a beautiful place, and the water is bubbling up from the beautiful earth filling the well, and you have hung a cup beside the well. And you have planted a tree to shade the well. You do not need to hide in the tree and count the number of people who pass by and take a drink. Just know that you made a well, and it will serve by its very nature.
Rachel: Yeah, and is that how we’re drawn to our purpose? Like for Rob and Jen, this was their purpose in terms of building Lighthouse– one of their many, I’m sure- but, you know, in terms of the reasons for coming on Earth, was this sort of their choice at this moment, at this time, or was this sort of predetermined before they came? What’s the difference? And you could say that about their career choices as well, right?
Kuthumi: These are many questions.
Rachel: I know. Sorry, got excited.
Kuthumi: It is fine. These two are communicators. They love to communicate. They have their different styles and their different interests, but they both have this in common that they enjoy very much communicating, and they are practiced at it, good at it. It would be natural that they would build a communication “well.” And it’s not literally made of water. No, it is made of information. It is made of inspiration. It is made of wonder, it’s made of beauty, and it’s made of relationship.
This is unity, restoring relationship with ALL other forms of life. Have you hugged your rock today? It’s just a matter of remembering your relationships, and community is one way in which you are able to be drawn together, just like thread, stitching you together.
And Jennifer was wondering if there would come a time when communication were much easier with others with whom there is a greater history and greater barriers?
The answer is, Yes. It is all going to become easier. Not that you will sit around and sip lemonade and do nothing. That is not what I am saying. You love to be active, but it is really that the flow of action which you choose will become rather simple. This could be: simple to make a meal. It could be: simple to make a post, simple to channel, simple to gather with others.
Every time it becomes a chore, you can be sure there is resistance there and you are pushing. Pushing, because you think that is your purpose. Allow your purpose to arise from the passion that is naturally you.

(Continuing with Ascended Master Yeshua)… He channeled through several of us on the same occasion, addressing our individual desires for clarity and guidance and below is what I received. His wisdom and kindness are palpable.
It’s an interesting phenomenon to me that Yeshua/Jeshua/Jesus is still clearly Himself even with the different individual stylistic speech patterns. That’s explained because in asking to channel, we give permission for the energies of the Ascended Masters and Archangels to access the language centers in our brains. They send energy… we/together translate the energy into spoken words.
It’s so important that we always channel from our heart centers, and thus are settled in the energy of Love, so they in the higher realms can partner with us. Jen: I’m planning to channel Yeshua [locally]on Sunday, so he’s been so present. And through you three, as well. Just beautiful. I love his recommendation to remain present, that that is where you can fulfill your purpose. You can’t do it if you’re not present. My chosen purpose is: I love to teach and I love to to inspire through all that they share with us.
It’s interesting to me that some people want to be inspired and others think it’s optional. What? How would you think that’s optional? It depends if you want to choose joy, you want to choose love, you want to choose life, or you want to plod along.
Yeshua: Greetings once more, I am thrilled to be present in this way, through and with each one of you. What a delightful occasion to sit together all of us and with our beloved Magdalena as well, and Mother and Father, of course, and all of your guides and all of your angels and all of your favorite teachers.
OYes, we are most pleased at the experiences that have been opening for each one of you, and we are most pleased at the experiences that have opened through your choice for each one of us. We are one [singular] and we are One [together]. We are both individual and part of the One – most joyfully.
So yes, as Jennifer was musing, it is a personal choice. Are you ready for joy? Are you ready for for life? Are you ready? Some people are “nose to the grindstone”, as you call it, although that is somewhat unfortunate, [let us say} “heavily burdened”. Yes, you have filled your own backpacks, and you have listened deeply to your society, which promises you that if you work hard, you will get ahead. Well, that is a fallacy in many ways. You may get somewhere, but you may not be particularly happy with it.
So those who sense and see and feel our closeness feel there is a reality which is personally illuminating in a way that you can’t even imagine, but you’re just beginning to feel and experience. Most people do not know this, and they are resistant to it. It is, it is somehow too easy. It is, it is too threatening to the paradigm that they carry: that they must scurry and worry and sweat and weep and… until you begin to decide to open your own windows and doors, and let in the sunlight.
You will be in a place that is not particularly joyful, although each one of you find your ways of comfort. You find your ways of enjoying your family, enjoying your glass of beer, enjoying your football or enjoying your beautiful day. Yes, all of you do have pathways to joy, and you have not forgotten them, but those can be expanded by so much and by the direct path of going through your own hearts.
But, you see, this is counterintuitive, because most of you have been taught that there is not much inside but a physical body, and all thatis to be gained from spirituality is outside of you through religion or your spiritual disciplines, your zen, rapping the stick on your shoulder, making you sit up straighter and straighter. You see, there are so many pathways which do not lead directly through the heart that most people are confused, if they are questioning at all.
So it is doubly important that you remain patient, loving, compassionate. Be a good example by being happy, as happy as you can be, that you have discovered this vein of gold, and you are gently acquiring unto yourselves this valuable substance— and the gold, as a metaphor, truly, of the durability and the shine, the sunshiney-ness of it.
Yes, we love you very, very much. There is never anything to fear. Your worries are but passing bad dreams. There is no virtue in worry, so set it aside. Grow into the ease. Grow into the peace. Be the good examples, and someday someone will say to you, “How come you’re so happy? What did you find that worked?”
Then you will have your opportunities to share, to help your family. Subconsciously, they are getting the message already, so you are already of value to those around you, whether they are asking you anything or not. They enjoy being with you. That is a gift. Be together, love one another, be at peace and be in joy. And I am with you.

Personal story: Lately our channeling group has been interested in exploring our connections to our star families and other civilizations “out there somewhere…” I once had a beautiful experience through a guided journey with Shikiah, when I met Lord Arcturus and established that I actually have an Arcturian part of me… I’ve never forgotten that meditation, and am still grateful to Shikiah.
At the same time I was deeply immersed in an apprenticeship with Jeshua through another channel (the late, incomparable Lesley Michaels). In one of my sessions I had a chance to confirm that I’d actually met with Lord Arcturus “Indeed you know him well.” (!) Then I asked if what we sense with our imagination in such a journey can be real. He answered “Completely real.” That adjusted my openness to subsequent intuitive experience. We just need to trust our hearts. We can sense Truth. Just last week I felt the desire to see if I could channel Lord Arcturus, now that I can channel directly. Jen: All right, everybody. I’ll go into the channeling space and [please] support this, it’s out of my ordinary sphere.
So I’m going to ask my higher self, my whole self, to liaise with Lord Arcturus, or one of the others. We are friends already with Grener and Ashira, but I am curious about the presence of Arcturians, specifically, on the planet, and what they’re involved in and how they’re helping us.
So I felt a flash of purple, and then this kind of beautiful white horizon threaded through it. Lord Arcturus is a lot like Sanat Kumara. He is tall, very tall, and blue, a light blue, skin, not a dark blue. He says, This is why I like that color so much. He has a long robe and a very high collar going up like this around his neck. So Lord Arcturus, would you like to channel with our group today, speak with us and bring us some insights into the Arcturian presence with Earth in her ascension and our ascension as humanity.
Lord Arcturus: Indeed, I am most comfortable to do so. Greetings all. I am most interested in your devices, which allow you to see each other from your small boxes and to converse and indeed to exchange energy. You have all become very adept at being fully present within this mechanism. And I commend you on your learning to channel! You have certainly dedicated yourselves to a very high purpose, and this high purpose is one we share with you.
I am wanting to illuminate for you and for Jennifer — her curiosity is blossoming in this area — Illuminate for you the ways in which we are present with you. We are present more often telepathically than physically, but some of us do indeed transmit our energy to your planetary surface and take on a physical representation.
It is correct that we alter our physical representation to blend in, when we are in the physical. We would most dearly enjoy to appear in our natural state with you. But again, these would be small meetings of people who had become prepared in some way or who had specifically requested and the ability was already developed for the energy to match our energy. Now, of course, we are multi- dimensional also, and can lower our energy, for a particular circumstance, or help you rise to a higher energy by adding our energies together and basically dialing it up.
We are able to gather with people who are interested. Now, there are those on your planet who are consciously interested and who have made a choice out loud, so to speak, not always [literally] out loud, but a conscious choice, to meet with us, talk with us, and work with us. But for many of you, this is on a soul level. This is a choice you have made on a soul level, and you are meeting with us, spending time with us, and working with us in your dream time or unconsciously through meetings that you may have with other Arcturians now in your group.
If you are feeling that you particularly have an alliance with us, a history with us, a relationship with us, it is because you too have spent considerable time or had deep experiences and thorough experience with our civilization, our way of life, our way of being. We are not unfamiliar to you. It is just that many of you have not asked to specifically relate to us. You may enjoy some channelings from Arcturians, or you may have some curiosity, if you come across a reference in something written or seen on your television or your different devices.
We are indeed involved in the ascension process with you. We are supporting it on every level. We are whispering peace in your ears. We are supporting your choices to create a benign environment, one of great beauty and thriving for all, one which operates on a level in which there is no harm; there is no judgment; there is no competition.
You yourselves find great delight when you are involved in a co-creation project with friends and others, where you can feel the synthesis of your thoughts and your purpose creating, resulting, in something that gives you all a great deal of joy. This is very much a hallmark of our way of life.
On Arcturus, we are highly imaginative people, and we love to play individually and collectively. Individually, because it gives us a greater rein to spiral in our own energy, in a wondrous way. It is as though we all went to the beach and we all began to draw in the sand, each of us has our own visions, our own way to play with the material at hand. So it is fun to create individually.
It is also our great joy to combine together and to create in this way. So whether it is creating new modes of cooperation on your planet, whether it is helping to create a deeper sense of trust in the Star Families, as you call them, whether it is reflecting back to you your own curiosity and your own desire to evolve, we assist those who are involved in the arts, the creative arts, whether they are making the music or the art or the furniture for the next millennium.
You are beginning to conceive of a great many things which will bring your world forward. And many of us who are volunteering, and there are many, are each attaching to the particular type of interest that they have. So there are those working with diplomacy amongst the multi-nation configurations, the various cooperations among nations, various formations of different kinds, which have been collectively created to bring forward new answers and a deeper trust and sense of satisfaction and indeed affection for one another. So that your populations are crossing international lines much more often and beginning to see themselves as world citizens.
This also reflects our population. We have personal preferences for places that we enjoy settling and being on Arcturus, but we have very much a sense of global citizenship, global participation and membership in a whole. The whole idea of Whole is one which informs our society greatly. We are most interested in the Whole and yet we enjoy the small differences between us as to how each of us might make choices.
So we are what you would think of as an advanced civilization, very committed to answering your desire to continue to evolve consciously. As for being physically present with us, we are capable of formulating a physical form to be with you, but as I said, we are most often operating telepathically, where we will either work through a writer or a an artist or a channel, such as yourselves, to bring forward more information.
We feel that we have spoken enough as an initial introduction. If you would like to, at a later time, continue this, we would be happy to follow any direction of your own curious natures, to continue to illuminate what we can for you. Happy to be of service in this way.
