Lord Arcturus on Ascension

Personal story: Lately our channeling group has been interested in exploring our connections to our star families and other civilizations “out there somewhere…” I once had a beautiful experience through a guided journey with Shikiah, when I met Lord Arcturus and established that I actually have an Arcturian part of me… I’ve never forgotten that meditation, and am still grateful to Shikiah.

At the same time I was deeply immersed in an apprenticeship with Jeshua through another channel (the late, incomparable Lesley Michaels). In one of my sessions I had a chance to confirm that I’d actually met with Lord Arcturus “Indeed you know him well.” (!) Then I asked if what we sense with our imagination in such a journey can be real. He answered “Completely real.” That adjusted my openness to subsequent intuitive experience. We just need to trust our hearts. We can sense Truth. Just last week I felt the desire to see if I could channel Lord Arcturus, now that I can channel directly. Jen: All right, everybody. I’ll go into the channeling space and [please] support this, it’s out of my ordinary sphere.

So I’m going to ask my higher self, my whole self, to liaise with Lord Arcturus, or one of the others. We are friends already with Grener and Ashira, but I am curious about the presence of Arcturians, specifically, on the planet, and what they’re involved in and how they’re helping us. 

So I felt a flash of purple, and then this kind of beautiful white horizon threaded through it.  Lord Arcturus is a lot like Sanat Kumara. He is tall, very tall, and blue, a light blue, skin, not a dark blue. He says, This is why I like that color so much. He has a long robe and a very high collar going up like this around his neck. So Lord Arcturus, would you like to channel with our group today, speak with us and bring us some insights into the Arcturian presence with Earth in her ascension and our ascension as humanity.

Lord Arcturus:  Indeed, I am most comfortable to do so. Greetings all. I am most interested in your devices, which allow you to see each other from your small boxes and to converse and indeed to exchange energy. You have all become very adept at being fully present within this mechanism. And I commend you on your learning to channel!  You have certainly dedicated yourselves to a very high purpose, and this high purpose is one we share with you. 

I am wanting to illuminate for you and for Jennifer — her curiosity is blossoming in this area — Illuminate for you the ways in which we are present with you. We are present more often telepathically than physically, but some of us do indeed transmit our energy to your planetary surface and take on a physical representation.

It is correct that we alter our physical representation to blend in, when we are in the physical. We would most dearly enjoy to appear in our natural state with you. But again, these would be small meetings of people who had become prepared in some way or who had specifically requested and the ability was already developed for the energy to match our energy. Now, of course, we are multi- dimensional also, and can lower our energy, for a particular circumstance, or help you rise to a higher energy by adding our energies together and basically dialing it up.  

We are able to gather with people who are interested. Now, there are those on your planet who are consciously interested and who have made a choice out loud, so to speak, not always [literally] out loud, but a conscious choice, to meet with us, talk with us, and work with us. But for many of you, this is on a soul level. This is a choice you have made on a soul level, and you are meeting with us, spending time with us, and working with us in your dream time or unconsciously through meetings that you may have with other Arcturians now in your group. 

If you are feeling that you particularly have an alliance with us, a history with us, a relationship with us, it is because you too have spent considerable time or had deep experiences and thorough experience with our civilization, our way of life, our way of being. We are not unfamiliar to you. It is just that many of you have not asked to specifically relate to us. You may enjoy some channelings from Arcturians, or you may have some curiosity, if you come across a reference in something written or seen on your television or your different devices. 

We are indeed involved in the ascension process with you. We are supporting it on every level. We are whispering peace in your ears. We are supporting your choices to create a benign environment, one of great beauty and thriving for all, one which operates on a level in which there is no harm; there is no judgment; there is no competition. 

You yourselves find great delight when you are involved in a co-creation project with friends and others, where you can feel the synthesis of your thoughts and your purpose creating, resulting, in something that gives you all a great deal of joy. This is very much a hallmark of our way of life. 

On Arcturus, we are highly imaginative people, and we love to play individually and collectively. Individually, because it gives us a greater rein to spiral in our own energy, in a wondrous way. It is as though we all went to the beach and we all began to draw in the sand, each of us has our own visions, our own way to play with the material at hand. So it is fun to create individually. 

It is also our great joy to combine together and to create in this way. So whether it is creating new modes of cooperation on your planet, whether it is helping to create a deeper sense of trust in the Star Families, as you call them, whether it is reflecting back to you your own curiosity and your own desire to evolve, we assist those who are involved in the arts, the creative arts, whether they are making the music or the art or the furniture for the next millennium. 

You are beginning to conceive of a great many things which will bring your world forward. And many of us who are volunteering, and there are many, are each attaching to the particular type of interest that they have. So there are those working with diplomacy amongst the multi-nation configurations, the various cooperations among nations, various formations of different kinds, which have been collectively created to bring forward new answers and a deeper trust and sense of satisfaction and indeed affection for one another. So that your populations are crossing international lines much more often and beginning to see themselves as world citizens. 

This also reflects our population. We have personal preferences for places that we enjoy settling and being on Arcturus, but we have very much a sense of global citizenship, global participation and membership in a whole. The whole idea of Whole is one which informs our society greatly. We are most interested in the Whole and yet we enjoy the small differences between us as to how each of us might make choices.

So we are what you would think of as an advanced civilization, very committed to answering your desire to continue to evolve consciously. As for being physically present with us, we are capable of formulating a physical form to be with you, but as I said, we are most often operating telepathically, where we will either work through a writer or a an artist or a channel, such as yourselves, to bring forward more information. 

We feel that we have spoken enough as an initial introduction. If you would like to, at a later time, continue this, we would be happy to follow any direction of your own curious natures, to continue to illuminate what we can for you. Happy to be of service in this way. 

Happy to see each of you again in your present physical form. It is a wonderful sight, and we feel your hearts. Thank you for inviting me today.  Until the next time.

Sanat Kumara on Staying With Your Divine Neutrality During This Time of Ascension

Part 2 (of 4)

Rob: I think it’s going to be Sanat Kumara, known to us as Raj, also known as the Ancient of Days. I just love that title!

Sanat Kumara: Greetings, all.  Yes, this is Sanat Kumara, the Universal Logos, and I would simply like to extend a bit, perhaps expand on, what was just said.

We are coming to a time, all of us (and I include all of us on this side as well), the time of Ascension, the time of culmination of millennia of effort. And we are so thankful for all of you and your role that you have chosen to come here at this time, the role that you play in bringing humanity across the finish line, as it were. You will notice that there are many channels now posting messages, all about this being the time of completion, for it is. So take heart.

There may be a lot that comes out in the near future that many of you will find disturbing, but remember through all of that, remember who you are, why you are here. This is what you came for, and no matter how you feel about that, about the events that are occurring in the world, about the revelations that are coming to light, that it is simply that. It is simply shining the light on what has been seen as the darkness within the world.

But I would encourage you all at all times to stay within your own divine neutrality. That is the key for seeing your way through, and actually for transitioning to the New Earth, Nova Gaia. [It] is maintaining that sense of neutrality, of seeing all events in the world as part of the Divine Plan.

So any notions that this is the time where good will prevail over what some call evil is simply an extension, a continuation, of that sense of separation, of us against them. This is not the way forward. The way forward is to maintain that sense of neutrality. Step out of the fray, of the melee, as it were.

This one, this channel, Rob, and Jennifer and others have chosen for themselves the symbol of the lighthouse. The lighthouse derives its power from the light within its core and shines that out to all. Irrespective of what is happening on the outside, the light always shines. And in that regard, it is a symbol, a marker, a sign, for all others to see and to follow. It’s a sign of safety — come this way to safety, and therefore, return to peace.

The lighthouse does not care where the storm came from. It does not affect in any way the weather that is on the outside. Its job is simply to shine its light. The only decision is how brightly.

The lighthouse does not get involved in what occurs on the outside. Irrespective of whether that is seen by some as good or bad or right or wrong, it simply shines its light. This is the way forward for all of you, for all of humanity.

Step out of that sense of duality. Come together as one in the spirit of unity. Find that common ground. And you, just shine your light. Many are questioning, what is it that I need to do? What should I be doing? I would suggest it is simply that â shine your light!

When you find yourself affected by what you see in the outside world, return to your core. Find that light. It is always there, and turn it up. Not only will it return YOU to your own sense of peace, but again, it will be a symbol for all others to see and to follow. You have a much greater effect on all of those around you, far more than you know.

Again, we are so pleased at the progress you are all making. This is the time, the prophesied time. We are on the threshold. We are at the cusp. Events must unfold as they will. The Divine Plan is moving forward. So see all events as simply part of that Divine Plan, that these events must occur if humanity is to move forward. And that is the plan.

And again, you are fulfilling your role, and we are so grateful to you all. So with that, I will step aside for a moment. If there are any questions, as Yeshua said, we would be happy to entertain them at this time.

Yeshua: The Blossoming of Love on the Planet

Part 1 (of 4)

Jen: Getting a big squeeze from Yeshua.

Yeshua/Jeshua: Greetings, my beloved ones. This is Yeshua. I know you all. I know each of you, and I’m very, very glad to see your faces in this way. I see your energies at all times, but we in the Ascended realms who are aware of energy do not see your physical presence in this way, unless we are given this type of mirror or device, or if we were sitting together in a room.

So let us see ourselves as levitating, everyone in one circle and seated comfortably in one room. It is in a beautiful place. You can furnish it in your imagination.

Jennifer is seeing birch trees and rocks that are just the perfect height and shape and covered with soft woolen blankets. And there are wild flowers, and there is ocean in the distance. Our Mother is fully present. Our Father is fully present, symbolized by the blue sky and the brilliant sun. And let us just sit together and talk.

This is an opportunity for me to let you know that we are extremely pleased with the progress of your world in its Ascension path. Yes, indeed, we speak primarily of Humanity, because you often see troubles among yourselves, within your own community. The other kingdoms, the Plants and the Animals, the Birds, the Elementals, the Trees, the Insects, they are all ascending very, very gently and very, very happily. And besides, they do know how to stay in a higher vibration if they so choose. This is what the Elementals have done for a great long time.

But you see, it is Humanity that has contributed greatly with the creations of life on this planet, and indeed, with your expressions of life in all dimensions, in all places. Each of you contribute greatly to the whole! Divine Mother and Divine Father are very aware of your contributions, and that is partly why they treasure you dearly. Even if you were only to contribute an eyelash in 10,000 lives, you would be treasured. You would be precious. You are precious, and you are treasured.

But we know that many of this group — all of this group, I will say — have devoted their hearts — I will not say all your time, that is up to you, choose how you will — devoted your hearts to the well being of this world in its Ascension path.

And we will speak of Ascension because it is a question that many of you hold. How are we doing? Are we really ascending? Is this really happening, and how do we maintain our vibration? Call on us. Spend time with us. This is why Jennifer loves to channel; it is spending time with us. Let us be your very best friends, as often as you feel motivated to do so.

And if you want to play in a lower vibration for a little while, be my guest. We are done when we are done, and we are not done before we are done. Each of us progresses in our own perfect timing. Allow this to be so. Be comfortable with YOUR progress. Yes.

You do not have to struggle to maintain a higher vibration. You do not have to force yourself to be ascended. If you do not feel particularly ascended in that moment — you feel cranky, or you feel irritated at something, or you feel you are judging, and you catch yourself, because you all know, now, when you feel that — it is a disconnection, isn’t it, from feeling your unity with one another.

But more and more, you are feeling, in your energetic awareness, the coming together with one another, the sense of family, the sense of loving all other humans on the planet, even the ones that are most difficult to love. Yes, these are the ones who make the loudest noise, but each of you are treasures in the hearts of Mother and Father. Each of you shine in your own beautiful way in the crown of All That Is.

So allow this to be so. Relax in it. Choose your days, moment by moment. How do you want to feel? How would you like to play today? How would you like to create today? There is much that we are creating together.

Know that we meet in your dream time. We are involved in many, many activities, actions for the enlightenment, the betterment, the ease of the trajectory of Ascension for the entire planet, [for] each of you, and many, many, many more.

Some are just becoming aware that they are invited to the party, so reach out your hand to them. You do not need to say very much, unless they ask. But just with your loving smile, just with your energetic signature, you’re signaling to their energy that it’s happening.

This beautiful progress of Ascension is a most wondrous thing to behold. So yes, it is happening, and yes it is going well. And do not be too disturbed by the noise. We will be easing out of this.

We are moving forward at every moment, expanding. Lilies all over the giant pond of human consciousness are opening. Take it in and know this is the blossoming of love on the planet. This is the fulfillment of my message, the message that Mary Magdalene and I brought to the planet, Mother Mary and Father Joseph, all of the Essenes, all of those who collected around us, this is the fulfillment of our dream to lift humanity back into Oneness.

Jeshua: This is the fulfillment of our dream ~ to lift humanity back into Oneness

You can still be embodied. This is the miracle. You can still participate in human life. You can still get together in your committees and your dance circles and your artistic endeavors and all of the different things that you would like to be involved in. You can still do this. This will be your fun. Enjoy!!

~Who do we channel? We all channel Beings of Great Love and Light from the Higher Realms who are part of the Council of Love. Most of the Lighthouse for the Soul blog consists of the messages we have received from these Beings.

~What is the Council of Love? An umbrella group of Archangels, Ascended Masters, Saints, Enlightened Beings and Star Family who are dedicated to the Divine Mother’s Plan of Ascension on our beloved planet Earth.

~What do we believe? We have been told through channeling that not only is Gaia ascending (healing, raising in vibration/frequency) with all lifeforms upon Her, but humanity is too!! We are all spiritual, but we don’t have a creed, or anything formal, and this is definitely NOT a religion or cult of any kind… we live all over the world and were drawn together into an on-line community by our own guides and teachers.

Lord Maitreya: Lighten Up!

Jen:  My dear Lord Maitreya, would you like to comment on your generous role in my life and in all our lives and in this sense that we are living more and more now in the fifth dimension?

Lord Maitreya: This is Maitreya. I am very pleased to be invited to speak with you in this way, in this setting, at this time, and in answer to your questions. We see this breakthrough that you are feeling, and many will be feeling this, and many are feeling this. But if you are not yet feeling this, know that you will. 

It comes at a time when there is a convergence of energies which have been preparing for a long time to lighten up, brighten up, lift up. This is ascension. You are all in an ascension process. Your elevators are moving. Some are moving quickly. Some are moving slowly, but eventually your doors open and you step out and it feels like life is a little more wonderful. Life is a little more amazing. Life is easier. Life is gentler. 

It is because you are reflecting these things. You have learned to be gentle to yourself. You have learned to take things a little easier, and even if you have many plates in the air, as you like to visualize it, you are having fun with your plates. You are not feeling daunted. You are not feeling afraid that you will drop them. You know that they can, well, first of all, your plates are made of paper, so if they drop to the ground, it’s no big deal. You just pick it up, you see. So it is not the hardship that you have been committed to for so long. 

This new space feels brighter, lighter, softer. I spoke of the gentle aspect of it. I would use the word sweeter, but I do not mean the sugary part which all of you struggle with from your experiences of the toxicity of it. I speak of the sweetness of Life itself, the unexpected bursting upon you, the pleasure that you anticipate with anything — going for a walk and seeing a beautiful bird, the pleasure bursting upon you, it is as though your palate becomes your entire experience, and the sweetness of Life bursts upon your view, your sensations, your vision, your hearing. 

Now let us talk a little bit about this time of year. It can, as the leaves fall in your part of the world, go from being Technicolor gorgeous, to being a little dreary and drab. This has been your experience in all of the years on the planet in this part of the world. Ah. So how will this feel like a higher vibration to you? What will change in this next month and the month after that?  This will be a fun thing for you to discover! Your technique of saying to the world every morning, saying to the universe, saying to your guides, angels, your higher self, “Surprise me. I’m open to surprises today. I’m trusting that the surprises that will come to me will be joyous!”

Surprises will be interesting. Surprises will be unexpected in a way that opens up new understanding, new pleasure, new experience. You can say to yourself every day, “Oh, I’ve done this before, but I’ve never experienced it that way before!”  So, in your everyday occurrence, you are not suddenly transported to another universe. Your everyday experiences, that you are well familiar with, will become to you more rich in their offerings and in your ability to receive, to allow the wondrousness and to receive the new experiences. 

Every experience has value for you. This is why you incarnate. This is why you play the game. This is why you run the movie. Every experience has value to you, and so you stop in each moment and you sniff the air, “Oh, that wonderful smell of Fall, of Earth. The leaves are falling now, and they create a wonderful, wonderful aroma.”  

Okay, so you hear a sound that in the past, you would have said, “Oh, there’s that darn leaf blower again,” and I’m using gentle language. You will think instead, “Oh, I send ear protection to that young man carrying that monstrously noisy machine.  I hope that his ears will be safe and that he will find fulfillment from his work. That, in this period in his life,  running a leaf blower for a yard company be a good job for him, and one that helps him in many ways.” 

So you see, your experience of the leaf blower is entirely different than it was a few years ago, when you would say a string of angry words and put some headphones on, or get in your car and drive away somewhere where you did not have to listen to that.  You have asked for a gentler world, and it is moving in that direction. Yes, many people are converting to the quieter forms of leaf blowing. 

And you say, “Why not get out your rake?” Well, there are people who are reviving this too. Yes, there is something calming and gentle about moving a rake slowly across your lawn to find all those lovely leaves. And did your friend not just send you a wonderful video of raking her lawn with her grandchildren? And them lining up and, at the count of three, running forward and leaping into the leaf pile with laughter and smiles? What a joyful moment, and your friend sent it to you in the mail. She enjoys a leaf rake. Yes, they will revive. 

People will begin to realize that they have speeded up their lives to an uncomfortable degree, and they have a choice. They can move into something more comfortable, and step by step, they will do so. So we have elaborated a little bit on the qualities that you are beginning to notice, and we would take this moment indeed to affirm for you, to confirm for you entirely, that yes, indeed, you are moving into and living more in the higher dimension, of the fifth.  

You do not need to know exactly what all of the steps are, but you do know that there are twelve steps in each dimension, and you will experience each of those before you are ready to open the door of that elevator. You see?  And sometimes you stay in the elevator for a while, and it goes up and it goes down, and it goes up and it goes down, and you just enjoy watching the floors change. Yes, it is fun. Do you remember that story of the little girl in the big hotel in New York, Eloise? [by Kay Thompson & Hilary Knight]. She would ride the elevator up and down and up —and get off where she wanted and run along the hallway and find the the stairs, the physical stairs, and run up them and run down them. This is what is happening in your world right now, and there is a playfulness and a joyousness to it. All of the heavier energies are being left behind, when each of you is ready, and we honor the pace of every single one of you.

Ascension Feels Lonely … But Is It?

Rather than publishing a recent channeling, I’m choosing to reflect on a recurring theme that I’ve felt for a long time, specifically that this ascension journey can feel incredibly lonely!  I see it in others as well, so it seems like an ironic thing to say, but I’m not alone in feeling lonely.

As always, the guidance I need to see me through the struggle comes from the Company of Heaven … which is a clue to where our focus should be.  😉

A guide named Ulai acknowledged to me in Dec 2022 that this Ascension journey is “difficult in the process.  It does feel lonely.  Band together with your team — not just this team, but all people of like mind that you come across, that you encounter.  You are all one.  The mission is one.  Draw your strength from those around you.  There is no greater strength than love, and that’s enough.”

In March of this year, Lao Tzu advocated that “even living in a place of higher vibration all the time, you will find it to be a lonely existence.  There will not be very many people that you encounter who are at that same level.  I’m not saying it is not possible, but you are not here to isolate yourself, not at this time. Now is the time for joining together with all others and sharing yourself for the brilliance that you are.”

Even though the advice is to band together with others of like mind, the steps we take to elevate our own vibration (and, thus, the vibration of the world) must be made by us alone — no one can take those steps for us.  In this regard, the journey seems self-centered … and isn’t that the opposite of the promises of Nova Earth?!

In Jan 2024, Yeshua said to me that “while that might sound on the surface like it’s an act of selfishness to be focused on oneself only, that could not be further from the truth.  It seems paradoxical, but it’s true.  You find EVERYTHING within yourself, so the focus must be there.  And at the same time, it might seem that it is a lonely journey, since it is centered on yourself, on yourself alone, but again, this could not be further from the truth.  For as you venture inward, as you learn to connect from your heart, that really is where you discover the whole notion of unity consciousness, that you are, in fact, connected to all others.”

This point was just reiterated to me by Archangel Mikael this past week when he said, “as soon as you make that mental shift and start to connect to the Oneness of All and allow yourself to make that connection, you discover there is no such thing as being alone. You are, in fact, connected to all.”

This may seem obvious to you, so let me leave you with a beautiful thought — a revelation, really — that you may not have heard before.  Yeshua said through one of my teammates (during the same conversation with Archangel Mikael) that my teammate pulls apart the word “alone” and sees the “all one” within it, as a reminder for her that she is not alone, that even though her mental body may at times be more disrupted or feels off, she always has the divine support.  He summed it up beautifully: “Just as you’re talking with us, [through] the ‘All One’ Unity Consciousness, whether it be saying a prayer or meditating or being with friends or watching the laughter of a child, that brings you to yourself and, therefore, ALL in that moment.”  Is that not awesome!

So, in the end, while the journey may seem lonely from the perspective of the physical, we are never alone from the perspective of spirit.  But we can only realize that when we’re connected to our hearts, connected to love, and thereby connected to ALL.  Godspeed, everyone!

Nova Earth, we’re coming!

As the summer passes into memory and a new year begins we all feel a sense of sorrow, whether we are referring to the cycle of the school year, which is deeply imprinted in many of us, or of the seasons, which we carry in our cellular memory from ancient times. There is the pang of loss and the letting go, which ease the transition into a new cycle. 

Before the new can be born, the old must be put to rest. Afterwards ensues a period of darkness, unknowing, even mourning, which is a perfect opportunity for interior reflection.  If you are a student, you decide how you would like your new school year to be even better than the year before, or you find yourself setting bright new intentions for Fall projects as the colors emerge and the leaves begin to fall.

In Judaism, this new year is celebrated with a turning inward where our reference points are our hearts defining where we have let ourselves and others down and where we need to forgive and asking for forgiveness. This is ancient wisdom lighting the path forward. 

We find ourselves now, globally, in a time of darkness, there is so much that is troubling, heartbreaking, some would use the word evil. What is evil but an absence of light? Light relieves the darkness, light informs, light heals, light enlightens. 

This is what we are going through as a planetary whole, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually, a passing of the old. This can bring up strong emotions, including fear, for death can be ugly. We are experiencing a dying of weak, outmoded beliefs, systems and social structures that we  relied on in the past, and that no longer seem to be working, in fact no longer seem alive.  

Challenging as it is, this is happening so a new and better way of living can emerge. Living in “right relationship” -as the Buddhists say-  with our planet Earth, with ourselves and with all other sentient beings. No longer does it feel “right” to lord it over all the other kingdoms, and use/abuse the Earth’s mineral riches in ways that cause such damage and such suffering to many for the enrichment of a few.  Power over, bullying and prejudice, “us not them”, all formerly accepted, no longer feel good to us. These are just a few examples of how we are changing in our hearts and consciousness. 

Many have likened this transition to gestation, a kind of pregnancy with all its challenges, pain, powerful energy and releasing. We do know, no matter how difficult, birth carries the potential of something new and wonderful emerging into the light of a new beginning. 

Imagine that this is happening for us collectively. It is certainly traumatic, though ultimately joyful. It is also very messy, full of emotion, blood, sweat and tears. We see this is happening for Mother Earth as well- wildfires, earthquakes, huge winds and floods. Can we begin to see this for the good its process carries, for the good of all life on Earth? 

One of the elements of a major life change which doesn’t receive enough attention is the value of respecting and honoring all that is passing, the “dying” of the old ways, the old life we have been used to. This neglect ensures that the fear of change gets packed away for the next opportunity. 

A healthier way forward is to pause and take some time to experience the feelings and the gifts of wisdom inherent in grieving, inherent in letting go of the old so that we can clear old weary energy, by forgiving and understanding it.  Then we are ready to cross the bridge into the new with clean and open hearts and minds.

The Quantum Leap of Ascension

The final part of the Easter channeling of Yeshua & Mary Magdalen answering questions about the Purpose of this Turmoil, the Nature of Evil and Ascension into the Fifth D. So MUCH interesting stuff in these answers… Enjoy and Be Blessed! Jennifer

Q #2: I’m so curious as to what your perspective is from where you stand on the chaos and turmoil that is being created in our country at the moment, and what you see as the biggest purpose. 

Yeshua & Mary Magdalen: Yes, this is an interesting time and a difficult time for many. You all have a great sense of love for your country, and you may feel that it’s going in a good direction. You may feel it’s going in a terrible direction. But what really is happening is that everybody’s ideas are shifting, and the reality is shifting, and it no longer matches your ideas. 

So the old ideas need to be let go, and you need to come together with your compassion in your heart and realize that people with different ideas are going to conflict, but people with love in their hearts are going to come together. So it is a time when old ideas, old structures, old beliefs, no longer work. You see many of your places of worship emptying. Many of your denominations are losing members, and this is because what you have been told for so long is no longer working for people. It is the same with your government systems and your judicial systems. 

Unfortunately, there were great and beautiful ideals in the creation of your country. And there are many people still supporting the highest good for all in their hearts. But there are also many new souls coming in, or younger souls, who want to direct things in their own way and make their own imprint. And the older souls are shaking their heads and going, “We do not think that is a very good idea. However, it is a new era, and new ways will evolve from the whole, by experience.” You’re going through a period where some of the more 

‘wild’ ideas are being tried out, and they are being discovered to be unhelpful in some ways, and so they will be let go, just like the old ideas that no longer worked.

 However, certain structures in your society were being held together, and there was a level of, I’m sorry to tell you this, a level of corruption within some of your institutions. So it is sometimes best for those institutions to be re-evaluated, fall apart and be re-made with a new and better, higher vision, without the layers of control, power, corruption, those elements which serve to hold people small.

Also there was a level of non-participation by a great many people who felt that they needed to, or all they needed to do was pay their taxes and then they could trust the government to make all their decisions for them. You will be evolving to a place where there is a greater participatory democracy: a rule by the people, for the people, for the best and the highest good of all the people. And you will evolve new systems. But for new growth to come, the old has to fall away, and this is painful for some of you who have been, in good faith, trying to make the old systems continue to work, and there is still good in them.

There are many good people working hard, dedicated to the well being of the whole, but there are many people who have become motivated by your financial system, their remuneration, their pay package, their benefits, their perks, their standing in other’s eyes. 

There is this adulation of those with great wealth and great popularity in your society. It is not really surprising that one such as your current president, should become elected, in some ways, because there is this great adulation for wealth and notoriety, popularity. The figures on your television carry undue weight. They are humans. They are brothers and sisters, sometimes quite enlightened, sometimes not so enlightened. But this is fine. Everyone is growing in their own time. 

Does what we have shared answer some part of this question for you? 

Q#2: Thank you. 

Y & MM: Yes, this is a natural evolution. It is painful. It’s painful. It can be painful. It does not have to be,  but if you are feeling the discomfort – you have heard when – well, you are all female, you have heard that when there is the birthing, there is the transition period, and that is the most rocky and most difficult part of giving birth. 

Yes, this is the transition period you are in. The old is breaking apart and the new is coming through. Think of it as the sidewalk cracking. The sidewalk is no longer serving the Earth is coming through with her new growth, creating new life in the cracks. And there are many wonderful, wondrous new systems that you will help create. You will dream up, all of you, in the generations to come. It will truly inaugurate this Thousand Years of Peace.  We are in the first few years. So be patient. 

What else shall we discuss? 

Question #3: I have a question that’s may be related, another biggie. I’ll try to articulate it. It has to do with the nature of evil. I tend to think in terms of energy flow, and in the way that I think about that and multiple levels and layers of consciousness, that doesn’t hold in my conceptualizing that there’s evil, it holds more that there’s blockages, and patterns that lead to kinds of behaviors. But I’ve been invited, in the last few years, just through different teachers, to consider that there may indeed be evil, as something that is worth naming. And a recent definition that there may be evil around, evil where, when people are taking pleasure in others’ pains and losses like deep, deep pleasure and pursuing that for their own pleasure. 

So I just have been holding that. What feels to me more to be an energetic flow, and problems with energy, are not problems but, but lack of coherence. That’s really a different way of holding something than than holding ‘Dark Forces’ and trying to comprehend that. Or does that flow transcend and include what we might call good and evil? 

Y & MM: Yes, this is one of the biggest questions. It is energy.  It is energy. Evil is energy which has been allowed to accrue, because it is a free will universe, and it has been built and created over time, and it has acquired certain manners of behavior which affect people. 

We find it wisest to not focus on it. It only gives it your energy. So it is best for you to focus on that which you wish to create and lend your life energy to and to allow what is, to be what is. 

Now, if you were in a one-on-one situation, you would want to say, “Stop.” You would want to call in the Archangels. You have all been in situations where you have sent that which is suffering from lack of light, lack of love, which has become an energy, you have sent it back to Divine Mother/Divine Father, to its Origin, to be remade. Because truly you are very, very ancient, wise beings, all of you. There is a part of you that knows how to do this.  

In your everyday dealings, you will find some who seem to be misusing the gift of their life, here. They seem to be missing the point of becoming more love. Love expands, otherwise contracts. The dark is truly the absence of light. And as soon as there is a tiny bit of light there, is light there, and light grows and light can be built upon, and light can be activated with kindness, with caring thought, with a momentary gesture, an offering of peace, of “I see you, I care”. Without your having to say anything light begins to grow for that individual, you see?  There are those who become involved with what they think of as evil because they misconstrue where power truly is.  The only true power there is in the universe is the power of love. This IS the creative power. 

You will find those who focus on the dark and on the, what you would call evil, so as to enlighten it, banish it. There are those of us in the higher realm, such as your Archangel Michael, and those who are dedicated to bringing light where there is very little light. And some of you work with these energies, such as Archangel Michael, in the night in your dream time, and you add your love to the beam, the focus that is being brought to these areas. 

During your waking hours,  if you were to dedicate your worry, your concern, your fear, to any of this darker energy, it would not serve anything. It does not serve love. It does not serve you. It only diminishes. It depletes you. You see, there is that which is darker, which likes to – I’m trying to think of a metaphor, which is – think of it as a straw, take a straw and put it up to something, and go [demontrating, sucking through the straw]. See?  It is not fully destructive, but it is not helpful. You do not need these straws. You do not any -any body does not need anybody else borrowing their energy. 

So the way to keep yourself strong and whole, of course, is through centering in your divinity and the love that you are, your own core being, which is powerful. And go about your day. Go about your day with as much kindness and love, gentleness, caring, compassion, wisdom as you can. 

Now we have spoken a little more about the darkness than we usually do, but we felt it important for you to understand that we do recognize this. However, we do not give it a whole lot of energy, because it already knows how to steal energy. So we go about focusing on what will be of some more benefit to humanity, to the world. 

You find some trash by the road, you just pick it up and put it in your pocket. You don’t gnash your teeth and think about the “nasty” person that sent it there. You see? You just put it in your pocket and take care of it. You are lighter, the world is lighter. So it is a matter of managing your energy. It is a matter of knowing how to move your energy for the greatest good for you and others.

Q #4: I’m delighted that you’re here visiting with us. So good to hear the positivity that comes out. 

Y & MM: We are most grateful for this chance, this opportunity to sit with you, be with you, feel your energies in this way. It is visceral, because we can pick it up through a human body, can borrow the  senses. The senses are so sweet, you, see, (taking the hand of the one next to Jennifer) Exquisite, just exquisite. 

[Question] Yes, yes, go right ahead.

Q #4:  So I’m hearing again that mankind is about to go through like a quantum leap. Mm, a leap in which, you know, we would be more aware of gifts that are unique to us, that we’re presently not using. Can you speak about this? 

Y & MM: Yes, this is most wondrous. We have been speaking for a while about the ascension into the fifth dimension. In the fifth dimension, you are all beginning to dip your toes in, you are beginning to notice energies which feel much faster than you are used to. And you are also beginning to tune in to each other in ways, catch yourself being more telepathic, perhaps? Your meditations may come more easily, or you may have wonderful experiences that surprise you, upon awakening.  

You are sensing more happening, and you are also able to witness beautiful things beginning to come forward from the young, the children, of the planet. There is much that is beginning to happen. You tend to think it will be very sudden and very specific, but in fact, it is spread out over the whole planet, and it is minutely calibrated to each person, so as to bring each person’s energy up incrementally, a little bit more each day, so that you do not go into shock. Yes, you are definitely in the midst of this. 

We in our capacity as overseers, and there is a very large group of us, we are making every attempt to make it as gentle a path as possible. Your free will choice will always be respected. We will not yank you out of your bed and thrust you into something that would be so ‘discombobulating’, so so dis-arranging, that you would suffer.  No, no. 

We have received, in your dream state, in consultation, each of you with your guides and your own soul, the whole of you, your own Whole Self, we have received the permission that you are ready and willing, a little bit timid, perhaps, a little tentative, because no one quite knows what to expect. You see?  But you will find that you are experiencing days where things are happening a bit too fast, weeks where things are happening a bit too fast, or miracles. Miracles happen. Yes. 

This is a form of miracle. This twenty or forty years ago, would have been very, very rare. We are told this is now rather common. That is a wondrous thing, a wondrous thing that a group of people can come together, with open hearts and trust that we can speak with you, person to person, you see. And there are many, many, many ways in which you will begin to see this fifth dimensional existence coming online for you. 

Yes, you are moving through the fourth dimension, and you are movable. There will come a time when you are living pretty solidly in the fifth dimension, but it will take a while. It will take years, sometimes twenty – thirty years, see? 

And some will not complete it in this lifetime. They will be happy that they lived this long, and they will come back. And some will live much longer than you are used to. Yes, because of the higher vibration, you will not age in the same way. You will not need to age. And you will become powerful within your own creatorship and be able to say, “I wish to stay youthful, energetic. I want to dance, I want to sing. I am not going to deny myself those joys. I want to swim, I want to run on the beach,” You see? And so you will be able to express yourself and find that your body will begin to conform to the joy in your heart. 

Does this answer your question? It is meant to be a bit of encouragement for you, yes, but it is a mystery for all of you to uncover each day, wondrous surprises, as you discover what it is to live with a higher vibration, to live with greater love, to live with greater part of your own beingness, informing you, inspiring you. 

Yes. You do have the answers within. Don’t forget.  In your meditation times, you can guide yourselves with the help of your teams. You can guide yourselves quite ably, but it’s a joyous thing to come together with others who are learning these things too. 

Are we feeling more complete now? It’s been about an hour. So as not to tire any of you. It’s been an exciting day, and in a wonderful, wonderful way.  We are grateful. Great love to each of you. [End]

Sanat Kumara on the Nature of Change

Rob: So as I’m opening myself to Sanat Kumara and thinking about Change, and the Universal Laws in general, I’m not seeing myself in my normal landscape. It’s, like, we’re out in space. We’re out in the universe. … Okay.

Sanat Kumara: Greetings, all. This is Sanat Kumara, Raj, here to talk to you today about this whole notion of change. As you well know, change is constant. There is no such thing as any period of no change. If you were in a period of no change, you would not be alive. You would not be here. There is no existence without that, for everything is in constant motion. And of course, anything in motion is constantly changing, be it its own state [or] its surroundings. It doesn’t matter.

Humans have this tendency to want things to stay in a place of comfort and, therefore, in a place where things do not change, but this just doesn’t work. That idea is not real. Of course there’s change.

And as you are progressing further along the path towards Ascension, the change that’s upon you is all for the better. Yes, as you’ve been discussing, there could be some turmoil in the process. It may feel uncomfortable, but as you also know, the discomfort comes from your resistance. Just allow. Allow it to unfold as it must, operating completely on the faith that the result of this change will be so much better than what you’ve experienced up to this point.

But that whole notion of experience, [i.e.] what you’ve experienced, is viewed from the perspective of the physical world. Yes, that will seem very chaotic, but if you view all these events from the higher perspective, from the spiritual perspective, from the viewpoint of heaven, if you will, then all of this is such a time of joy, of understanding that this is the time of transition to a much better state for humanity, for the planet! This is the birth of Nova Gaia, of Nova Society, of Nova Humanity. Think of all of the possibilities.

You have already experienced that this is a time of accelerating creation. You are all feeling very creative about the possibilities of the future. That’s for a reason. This is a time of creation of the new. Allow yourself to dream, to dream all those things that you thought were impossible before, or at least difficult. The entire universe is lining up behind you to bring you whatever it is that you desire.

So allow yourself to feel what your life could be, what the universe could bring you if you only removed your own barriers standing in the way of all that you desire.

So while this is a time of change, allow yourself to believe in your heart that the change can work FOR you. Yes, all of the systems that you’ve known, that you’ve grown up with, that you’ve lived through, they’re crumbling, but not in the way of utter destruction, but [rather] in the way of birthing something new.

And as you all know, any birth involves the pains of labor, but that is temporary, soon to be replaced by the joy of the new birth of the new being come into creation. Focus on that. Allow THAT to happen. And yes, feel grateful for it, for your part in it. Be grateful for yourselves for persevering and for the whole universe for allowing you this opportunity, for it is an opportunity.

Not everyone who wanted to participate in this challenge was allowed to come, was enabled to come. You were chosen for a reason. Be grateful for that, just as we are grateful to you for your own internal fortitude, for finding your way through all of this seeming chaos. Just allow and all will be well.
