TRANSCRIPT of ALIGNMENT WITH SPIRIT Workshop, October 22, 2026. PART I
Jennifer: Align, first of all, with your heart. So start in the core of your being. I put my hands here [at heart] just to emphasize that this is where I want the attention. So you align with your heart, and you align with your love. You align with Source. You align with all who you love, and all who love you. You align with the essence of love that you are, and how you express it in the world – playfully, joyfully, tenderly, patiently, passionately.
Then, because I want to channel, and you too might want to channel your guides, your wisdom for yourself, I align myself vertically with my chakras. I see the root going into Mother Earth, and her holding that like the string on a balloon, she’s holding for us our grounded-ness, and I see the vertical energy going like a spiral quickly all the way up my chakras to my crown and above, to all of the levels of myself that are bigger than my body, and then I settle back into my heart.
Sit down, cross-legged [in the temple of your heart]. See yourself surrounded by a small group of your guides. Feel the welcome there. Feel the affection and the commitment to you that each of them have for you, your guides, your teachers, and the angels and archangels that are always available, always present. If we desire to include them, or address them, or learn from them, we have only to speak their names.
Archangel Uriel, we’ve invited you, today, and you’ve been wonderful so far. You’ve shared lots of things that came earlier in this day, in this week, in these two weeks, to me, Jennifer. Thank you. We would like to talk with you, ask you some things, and hear what else you would share….(laughter)… He’s making me laugh because he’s, like, booming. His voice is booming like thunder!
Archangel Uriel: Greetings. I will adjust my voice so that you can hear in words the energies that I’m bringing to support and encourage each one of you today, right here in this breath, in your sweet bodies, in your dear hearts.
I am grateful for this moment, this opportunity to play with you, to be in the circle, to be your hands and your feet and your voices, your own, your eyes. Thank you for celebrating your humanity and your alignment in this way, because it was, and continues to be, a joyful expression of who you are.
All joy adds to the sum of joy in the Universe. All connection strengthens connection all over your world. One human to human, to human, to human becomes humanity, and you may include your pets and your favorite wild ones, above and below, in the oceans and in the earth. You are, together, a magnificent form of life, a magnificent collection of living & being, being Source Creator energy, in your own wonderful ways.
Thank you for your life and how you get up each morning and choose to express your heart and anything else you choose to express. Do not degrade or demote or demean anything about yourselves. There is only alignment and a little less alignment. It feels out of alignment sometimes, and sometimes you are very clearly and squarely in your alignment, this is something you are each discovering, and it is a huge strength. Carry it forward, model it gently, quietly to others.
How to be in alignment. There are many, many ways to assist you in your alignment. You could be watching the sky as you were earlier today, and witness the changes and the beauty coming forward to remind you of how magnificent this creation is that we are all a part of. I am playing too. I am present too. I enjoy very much playing with the atoms and molecules and tiny particles in physicality that make up your world.
I do not want you to forget the magnificence of all that is, and all that you are a part of. You are each a piece of the whole, and highly valued, greatly cherished by all of us who are living in love, moving in love, creating in love. The energy of love – it is everything from “I love the smell of my coffee in the morning,” to “I love the touch of my cat’s fur,” to “I love dearly this one I am falling in love with.”
Many, many, many expressions of love. “I love to paint.” “I love to dance.” The word love is a bit overused on your planet, but it is never, never, never overused in its expression, in its sharing, in its abundance, in your appreciation for each other. Gratitude is an expression of love.
We have shared the energy of words to give you the overview. You are all on the track of discovering all that you are, and it is a wondrous unfolding for us to see. So be encouraged. Be of great heart. We are present with you in your unfolding. We are assisting in every way that we can. We don’t interfere. You must invite. You must choose.
