PART II: QUESTIONS & ANSWERS from the recent Aligning With Spirit Workshop, Oct. 22, 2026
Archangel Uriel: You all have chosen to be here tonight, and I would like to give you time to bring forward any aspect that you would like to discuss. You can say, “Uriel, please tell us more about this or that.” You can say, “Uriel, I’ve wondered about this. Why is this so difficult?” Whatever it is that is in your mind, in your wondering, that causes any confusion, or you just simply would like to discuss it and learn more, illuminate it. Any aspect of this, of life on the planet. Go ahead. Who would like to begin? Here we go.
Yes.
Question #1: Can you tell us more about this confusing time we’re living in right now, where it seems like negativity is swirling all over the planet?
AAUriel: Yes, this is the death throes of the third dimension, in the sense that you have been committed to this way of life and your ideas about this life for a very long time, many many lives. You have created together quite the civilizations on the planet Earth. Yes.
This old way of being committed and stuck to separation, to being separate from each other and critical of one another, is now openly expressed with the help of your internet. It is rather brash, and coarse, and at times hurtful to witness the depths of the criticism and judgment that each of you have been holding and committed to for a great many years.
Now, you personally, each of you, are finding your way out of this cycle of judgment, which is rooted in self-judgment, and which is expressed in judging others. You are so afraid to be judged by them because it is hurtful that you will judge more quickly to fend people off or to fend off the judgment. But now you are realizing that this is not a wondrous expression of who you are.
You are beginning to realize that to help each other find a better way forward would be a much better use of your energy than to either cringe in being appalled by what there is out there, what is being created, or really, [being] unmasked. It is not that you are creating a lot of new negative energy. It is that it has been part of your world for quite a long time, and I mean many thousands of years.
There was a time earlier where there was greater peace among you, greater acceptance, greater harmony, more support and more gratitude for differences. Each of you, in your own way —we have shared this tonight from our perspective— this is where you are heading. You’re heading back into a cycle of spiritual awareness, which is just to see the essence of each other, because you are coming to know the essence of yourself.
The essence of you is love. The essence of you is light. Light is an expression of love. So is gratitude. You see, you are beginning to sense your own essence, and then you begin to see it in each other.
What if we walked through our days, each of us, and I am speaking as though I am part of the human family, what if we, each of us, go through our days without criticism, without judgment, looking for the light in the next person, looking for the love in their life, in their eyes, in their way? Who do they love? How do they love? What are they loving?
Many are loving their country. This is a good beginning. We would like you to love the universe. We would like you to love your world. But it is fine to begin with your country. You will all begin accepting what is most familiar to you and what is most like you, and then you will begin to say, “Oh, I really see this difference that is a wonderful addition to where we are,” and “I am learning from you because you are different, I am learning from your experience, because you had this in your life,” you see? And you begin to really appreciate each other.
We are working within the schools, with the children, that they will grow up with a greater degree of appreciation for all that you are, and a greater sense of strength within themselves to be okay as they are. Therefore, they can extend this to another. “You are okay as you are. Be okay.” And, they put their arm around [the other child]. They will be helpful. They will be in a race, and they will pick up the one who fell, instead of trampling by. You see, your world is changing. You are beginning to see these things. Look for them.

#1. Yes, thank you.
AAUriel: Yes, it is a healing process. You have been broken. You have been broken into many separate pieces, and now your work is to pick each one up. Each of you, pick each other up. Find where your edges meet another’s edges, and say, “Let us walk together. Let us be part of this together.”
You are rebuilding wholeness on the planet, but it has to begin with transparency, honesty, people not feeling comfortable with themselves, people apt to criticize, apt to be fearful. You see? It’s a growing process, but it is progressing very beautifully. And we thank you, each of you, for the ways that you have contributed to the way forward.
What else would we like to discuss tonight?
Question #2. I would like to follow up. Thank you very much for being here this evening. I would like to follow up after what [#1] asked, and referencing that you said that we’re, we’ve been in 3d..
AAUriel: Yes..
Question #2: ..and then you’ve described where we’re going. I have some sense of 4d, 5d. Is that where we’re headed? Is it an individual journey to get to those different levels?
AAUriel: Yes, indeed, indeed. Your Selves began in 12D. You have been making a grand cycle of lowering your vibration again and again and again, cycling down. When you reached a place where you feel this is as far as you wanted to go, rather than turn into pencil points or thoughts, you are now reversing that. You are beginning to spiral back up again, higher and higher and higher, and you will reclaim the 12th dimension.
You are already capable of experiencing, briefly, for varying amounts of time, the different dimensions. When you are feeling your heart is bursting with love, yes, this is the sixth dimension, the eighth dimension, the light, all of this — the sense of unity, the bliss that you hear about with enlightenment —these are the higher dimensions, and this experience will become commonplace to you. Each of you have this coming to you.
I am known as the “Bringer of the future”. I am telling you, this is your future. You are now evolving into the higher dimensions. Now you may take as long as you like, but the old is being left behind. The third is being, the old third is being left behind.
The third as an expression of opposites, polarity, duality, will still be available as a playground when you wish to go. Do you not sometimes pass a swing and want to sit upon it? You say, “I want to relive this, what this was like.” Or you will be sitting with a friend or a family member, someone that you care about, and they are very clearly in a state of duality, and you just sit with them.
You don’t deny that this stage exists, this vibration of the third, but you personally are now ready to explore the fourth, and the fifth, and the sixth. You see, in this grand shift that humanity on planet Earth is going through, you will find you are rooted in— now, I say you will find — this is a process of twenty, thirty years. You will find then you are rooted in the fifth, most often.
Yes. You have recovered your relationship with the angels. You entertain the possibility that there are Elementals, that dolphins are intelligent and octopuses, also, you see? You have entertained the majesty of the mind of the whale. You see the magic of finding what you had asked for in the morning appearing suddenly in your day. Yes, this is the fourth dimension.
See, they are rooted, these things are rooted in the fourth dimension, synchronicities and such. And then, as you begin to find more and more magic in your days, and you feel yourself more and more comfortable, you will find yourself then being more interested in “What can I create, now that I’m beginning to trust myself?” This is the fifth dimension.
Things are more malleable. You see, this is where your water turns to wine. This is where your fishes turn to loaves— in the fifth dimension. You will begin to play with energy and find yourself creating within your lifetime, perhaps a small thing to begin with, you see. Begin. You begin small.
Each dimension has 12 levels, and you will transverse each level until you are comfortable and you have absorbed what that level has to offer. And you, of course, you can revisit. You can descend your stairway. You can ascend your stairway.

…But, in general, you will find yourself waking up, welcoming the new day, welcoming the new opportunities. You will wake up with curiosity and excitement and say, “What wondrous thing will I explore today, and with my neighbor, with my friend, with that man across the street that I was a little uncertain of two years ago.” You see? Or you exchange smiles with people that you didn’t used to trust.
So you are all ascending, just each in your own pace. Each in your own pace, and you’re not stuck on the sixth. You’re not stuck anywhere. You are fluid beings, but you will have preferences. You’ll say “This feels good to me.” And you will find, in general, that humanity is congregating in the fifth dimension, with some of you very much committed to the sixth dimension, and some of you loving to travel interdimensionally, to explore. You have deep meditations together. You have sessions with one another. You see?
