A Wonderful Time and a Book For Sale

The webinar yesterday to plumb the depths of The Infinity Keys was a success and such a joy to be a part of. Sue was an ever-gracious host, Adrienne called in the Archangels, and Jen channeled the Divine Mother to get us started. While I may have been the one doing the presentation on the story and meaning of the Infinity Keys, I was thrilled to part of the discussion that followed. Whenever we talk about the Keys in a group setting, I am always amazed at the depth and richness of the insights that others find within them … well beyond what I had originally envisioned! I truly am blessed to have been called to bring this revelation to light! Thank you, all!

THE MOST IMPORTANT KEYS

Do you remember how it felt to have your first roller skate key? It came with the pair of metal roller skates that tightened onto my shoes by twisting the key, and then I hung the key around my neck on its string and took off! Up and down the paved road in front of my house, striding forcefully up the slope and then rolling as fast as I could back down again– such a feeling of freedom and elation!

Do you remember that first car key? How it felt to sit in the driver’s seat, put the key in the ignition and turn it? Such a feeling of power and independence. You could go where ever you wanted, even all the way to the West Coast –which I did with my new husband on our honeymoon to Disneyland! Such fulfillment of a long-held dream.

Do you remember the key to your first apartment, or your first house? How it felt to be out in the world, living responsibly, as an adult – how proud you felt? You trusted yourself to take care of the payments, the upkeep, and furnish it nicely, with your personality. You trusted yourself to stay oriented, remember your schedule, the plan for your life. 

That may be where you are now… or you may have progressed to another stage, a stage of spiritual inquiry, in which your next keys become metaphorical: the key to happiness, the key to wisdom, the key to blessing and being blessed, the key to eternity. These are the most important keys you’ll ever have… We call them the Infinity Keys. 

The keys were originally channeled by Linda Dillon, of the Council of Love, as the Keys to Heaven and were greatly expanded in this last year with 6 more keys, by our teammate Rob Loveland, into the INFINITY KEYS. Totally new information, and absolutely fascinating.

Meet us at Spirit Cafe!

     It’s time again for Spirit Cafe, our place to gather with friends (and a cup of your favorite coffee or tea!) to open its doors and invite us in to chat about all things spiritual!  The doors will open this Saturday February 10th, at 11:00 am, EST, for an hour of spontaneous, heartfelt discussion about anything and everything connected to spirituality and to each other as Spirit having a physical experience. 

     If you’re unfamiliar with Spirit Cafe, it was born from the weekly gathering of my personal Spirit Family, Jen Donaldson, Adrienne Head, Rob Loveland and Paul Backes, together with our new Soul Sister, Roxanne Smith.  We comprise a Team of certified Council of Love Teachers and SpiritLife Coaches, but when we get together at Spirit Cafe we’re just us – friends who love to explore spirituality. 

  We meet practically every Saturday to plan webinars and classes, and to just plain enjoy each other’s company!  It often happens that during the course of a weekly “meeting”, we veer off course and get lost in spontaneous conversation about unrelated spiritual topics.  We LOVE when that happens!  In fact, we love it so much that I had the thought that we should create a platform that provides an opportunity for anyone who wanted to enter into conversation about the fascinating world of spirituality to have a way to do that, and Spirit Cafe was born! 

I say I had the thought to create Spirit Cafe, but it was truly a Spirit Family effort!  And we extend our hearts to you, along with our sincere invitation for you to join us this coming Saturday, the 10th of February, and the 2nd Saturday of every month.  We sometimes suggest a topic to start off with, but we always allow the freedom for our conversations to take us wherever they take us!  We hope you choose to grab your favorite “cuppa” and meet us at Spirit Cafe!

INFINITY

The Real Drama

     As I sat here, just a couple of days before Christmas, I found myself thinking about a very recent magnificent  pearl of wisdom I was given from a SOURCE of unfathomable love and wisdom.  And I mean UNFATHOMABLE LOVE and WISDOM!  It was the Divine Mother herself, in a reading with Linda Dillon, spokesperson for the Council of Love, and my mentor/teacher on the journey to becoming a Council of Love Spirit Life Coach and Teacher.   I don’t remember what exactly we were discussing, but it had to do with the chaos present in the world today, and what the Mother said was brilliant (could it be anything but brilliant?!) 

SHE said, and as many of us have heard, that our Gaia, the sphere who sustains us, was always intended to be a place for us to play.  SHE also said that, “The flavors of Gaia are a gift.”  SHE suggested that, when your focus turns toward those things in physical life which we see as dramatic or chaotic, shift your focus to the REAL drama of Gaia – her hills, the birds, a lake, a flower, the animals, the sky…”  [the ocean!]

Wow!  Immediate shift in how it makes you feel!  It’s all too easy to get caught up in focusing on the negative, the lack.  But, it’s also easy to turn that negativity around in a heartbeat!  We don’t need to know how to literally change things.  We only need to perceive them in a new way – acknowledge their existence, but then let them go, and do as Yeshua said,  “Be in the world, but not of it.”  That simple shift in our own energy has a far greater impact on the whole than we can imagine!  

     So, as you continue to celebrate this holiday season, really try to focus on what brings your heart joy – the excitement of little ones with new gifts, the homes lit up by Christmas lights after the sun goes down, that nostalgic feeling you get when you hear a classic Christmas carol, spending time with those you love.  And, if times are really tough right now, focus on love, however it might enter your day.  There are powers far greater than we know who will take care of the rest.

Pace yourself with ease…

Dear Friends,

This is a snapshot of my favorite nearby Lighthouse taken the other day on a late afternoon walk (that’s 3 pm at my latitude). I love the colors of the grasses and shrubs, the dark reds and pale tans, against the intense blue water. there is such beauty everywhere in Nature. And I was delighted to get a pic with absolutely no tourists in sight. This Lighthouse is a prime attraction most of the year. That’s fine, because everyone is enjoying its beauty, strength and grace – but it’s great to be here alone now and again- I can sink deeper into connecting with the energy of the place. It was serene. Nature knows all about pacing.

It’s such a busy time of year for us in the North, scurrying to prepare for winter and heeding the seasonal and cultural reminders to gather in your friends and family in one way or another. Make sure everyone is safe, everyone is loved, everyone is okay – at least okay enough. We all have our journey, but one of the things that comes up for me to learn every year at this time is to pace myself, and I’d like to share about that. The other night while I was channeling, with Rob and two others, we were guided by these words from the presence of Divine Mother.

“You wonder if you are diluting your own energies by attempting so much in each day. We would say that you are learning to trust, to pace yourself, and the opportunities will come and you will sometimes have a hard time saying ‘I have enough on my plate for today’ and you will put more on. It is fine. We will still channel with you. And to your question -are you too tired to channel? No indeed, my dear. If you were, you would know. So are there other questions from any of you, my darlings? [grin- Mother is very loving]

Rob: I do.  

Yes. Rob. 

Rob: So you mentioned pacing yourself and I understand that from the perspective of a physical vessel and having the energy to proceed. But I’m considering that in relation to the whole idea that love is boundless. And if that’s true, and I have no doubt that it is true, then is there such a thing as having to overly constrain ourselves. 

Mother: The idea of pacing is to be in a state of comfort, in a state of ease. If you find you are not comfortable, take the time to make yourself so. It is not that you must constrain yourself and only entertain two things a day- the rule that Jennifer has had for a while and so when she has three she becomes a little bit anxious that she has overdone it. Well, it is not about that. It is about, in each living moment, loving yourself enough to maintain your state of peace, maintain your state of self-nurturing, so that it is flowing into you through your own choice – not some other magic – through your own choice.

Allow the love to pour into you and through you and then it can reemerge, and it does so so naturally, you do not have to monitor this. The main thing is to choose, to choose to pace yourself in ease and at a comfortable pace that feels self-nurturing, because you will naturally nurture others, even more so, if you nurture yourself.

Rob: I see. Thank you.”

So, dear Friends of A Lighthouse for the Soul: Pace yourselves in comfort and ease, and let the JOY begin!

Grandest & Most Precious

     Today is the day – Day #1 of my stepping forward in a much more public way spiritually.  It’s a kind of “coming out of the Spiritual closet”, if you will.  I haven’t been hiding as such, I’ve simply been too comfortable being a wallflower.  I’ve never been one who wanted to be the center of attention.  Heck, despite the fact that I have a decent singing voice, I always thought it would be fun to be a background singer, never the main act!  You know, showing a talent without having to deal with being under a microscope.  You get the picture. 

But, part of being an authentic, ascended Gaian means living your truth, and a part of my truth is that I’m a certified Council of Love Teacher and Coach, as are my colleagues, Soul Family members,  and fellow Lighthouse Of The Soul creators/contributors, Jen, Rob, Adrienne and Paul.  And, the grandest, most precious part of my life is my Soul and my spirituality.

Soooo, having said all of this, I shall endeavor to keep pushing myself closer to center stage, sharing Random Spiritual Thoughts.  Who knows, maybe you’ll enjoy the “concert”!  Stay tuned for show dates…  High vibes to you all, Sue

Mother Earth’s Embrace

“I do hold the physical reality for you, with all of my love and with all of my beauty and with all of my passion.”

Mother Earth: I Am Your Mother. I am your mother, Gaia.  I am most deeply involved with each one of you through your cells, through your water, through your minerals, in your bones, through your particles of breath. I am deeply, deeply heavily, warmly, sweetly grateful to each one of you for opening to allowing us to speak with you, speaking words of hope, of encouragement, of coaching words where we see your strengths that you may not see and we wish you to know of these strengths.

And we wish you to see, to hear that ‘Yes, you can. Yes you can.’ And we will help you and we are right with you. We are holding your hands. We are holding your shoulders, we are kissing your brow. We are embracing you from head to toe. My darling ones do not be afraid of anything. Anything that you wish for, speak of it. 

Like my dear dear beloved child Buddha said to you, ‘Just ask. Do you want something? Just ask. Tell us you want it and we will help you.’ And this is true for everything. Whether you want to have a pain release and cease to bother you, or you wish to have something new come into your life that you have not allowed yourself before. Whether you wish to have a smooth and easy day, or you wish to have all kinds of ease and abundance in your provisioning for yourself. 

Whatever it is, My Beloved Ones, we are with you. I am with you and I am not merely the material part of you. I am also imbuing you, throughout your lifetime, with the loving maternal receptive Self.  I am the Yin and I do also give generously. So you see, while you tend to think in duality, that one must be one and one must be the other. We have come into perfect balance with this. So we are very, very good at receiving. And we can help you with this. Because you have much knocking on your door that you have not yet allowed yourself to enjoy.  And of course we are the givers, so do not ever think that you do not have enough to give.  Whenever you want to give anything, follow that impulse – religiously, we might say, because you will always find joy in this energy pouring forth.  The filling up  and the pouring forth. 

Do not be afraid, my dear, of the momentum being interrupted by your brief journey in the skies and on the land on the other side of your landmass you call America. You will be fine. This great swelling of energy that you are feeling and this great creative passion you are feeling will continue for quite a long time. So, there’s plenty of room for some tangential pause, or a ribbon of energy looping out to the side and becoming reconnected in a few short days. So you see, I can answer your questions before they are asked. I can feel your energy and I know your heart. I love each and every one of you so deeply. 

I will remain for a bit more time if there is a question that either of you, Roxanne or Rob, would like to bring at this time. 

Rob: I was just thinking without getting into any specific events. Is there some, is there something we should be holding within us to assist you and the rest of the planet and humanity for the upcoming Solstice?

Mother Earth:  Complete trust. Complete and utter trust, that all is unfolding, developing, coming forth, lifting apart like the lotus opening to God, to the sun, to the light, to the beauty of its own being. For all of you, this flowering is upon us and it is completely most helpful, if you will know beyond a sliver of doubt, beyond any shadows of fear, just trust and not in something outside of you, but in the love that you are, in the beauty that you are, in the creation passion that you are, because the stronger your trust the stronger your creation, our creation. All hands on deck. All of us together. 

Rob: Thank you. 

Mother: Yes, 

Roxanne: A beautiful answer. Thank you for that.  There are a few themes within your conversation about deep desires and fear. And I wonder if there’s any that you can help Jennifer with if there’s anything deeply within her that she desires that she’s not allowing to come forward because of fear and if you can help her with that. 

Mother: Yes. There is a fear of change and a deep desire for stability and this causes a certain energy of clinging which is not necessary. Change will come about in its own natural way and one does not have complete control over these things. So do not try. Changes happen and all is well. 

And stability, my Dear Ones, is to be found in your own heart. Stability is in your heart. Do not fear passion. Because it is only the active phase of your own love, but stability is innate within you, within your being, when you are in the balance of Mother/Father/One -all the many ways you could describe your own being- in perfect balance with All That Is.  And this is why dance is so important because you are practicing the physical balance of your human body, on my body.  You have such freedom to move about on the physical plane, and I do hold the physical reality for you, with all of my love and with all of my beauty and with all of my passion. 

Roxanne: It’s beautiful. And in that there is stability because you are holding our tri-flames. You are holding and enveloping us in a way, are you not? I mean that would be stability in itself as we’re in form. 

Mother: Indeed. I mirror to you your Selves and collectively you all mirror to me your Selves. 

Roxanne: Thank you so much. 

Mother: I am deeply moved to have this opportunity to speak with you. Thank you.

Roxanne: I’m joining in that being moved.

Mother:  I am here always 

Roxanne: And in all ways.

Mother: Indeed. Sleep well. 

Hope Webinar’s Prayer for Peace

Thank you SO much to all for attending our webinar on Saturday (HOPE: A Conversation with the Archangels). It was a beautiful experience! We heard directly from Gabrielle, Uriel, and Michael, with a short encouragement from Jophiel.

For those who missed it, we recorded the 90-minute session, and we will make that available for purchase soon. So, stay tuned for that. 😉

While preparing for the webinar, I asked Archangel Michael whether we should take the opportunity to use the energy of the gathering to do a prayer or meditation for peace to send love to help resolve conflicts around the world, and, of course, he replied with an enthusiatic, Yes! … “as long as the wording is such that it will apply to ANY similar situation where there is conflict.”

We did that, and some have asked for a transcript of the prayer. It is included below. Please use it to help any situation of conflict, turmoil, chaos, no matter whether it is global, regional, national, local, or even personal … with our blessings! 🙏❣️

Prayer of Intention to Resolve Conflict, Strife, and Chaos

Heavenly Father, Divine Mother, the Mighty Archangels, the Ascended Masters, our Star Brothers and Sisters, and our personal guides:

We pray for the return of peace, hope, balance and joy to the situation we are witnessing, in keeping with the promises of Nova Earth.

We ask for the assistance of the Mighty Ones:

Michael – to remain centered and anchored during this time of chaos so that we remain as observers in order to effectively wield his Blue Shield of Truth as a Defender of Peace;

Raphael – to apply his Emerald Elixir of Healing, the essence of Love, to sooth whatever causes angst and suffering in the hearts of those involved;

Uriel – to apply his Silver Flame of Illumination to light the way through the darkness toward clarity to find a peaceful resolution;

Jophiel – to apply his all-purpose, all-powerful Jophie Dust to transform and comfort the hearts of those involved; and

Gabrielle – to help all find the Golden Joy within themselves, found in the hope of a return to Nova Earth.

We join with the Archangels to lend our Love, our Light, our energies to pierce the illusion and initiate the change to achieve peace, hope, balance and joy.

We thank you for your assistance, for your gifts, for your support, and for your Love.  We are grateful each and every day for this opportunity to serve.

And so it is.  Amen

The Return of the Lemurian Meeting Place

[As a consequence of the fires on Maui, I was intrigued by the spiritual significance of the tragedy and the future return of the ancient Lemurian heritage, so I asked my spirit guides to help me visualize the higher dimensional City of Light over the Hawaiian islands. — Rob]

I asked my spirit guides to help me visualize the higher dimensional City of Light over the Hawaiian islands, especially as it coincided with the ancient Lemurian traditions.  With the assistance of Archangel Uriel (and his Silver Flame of Illumination) and two of my personal guides, Humfire and Wakana’taka (since both appear to me as being of indigenous peoples heritage), I experienced an extremely detailed image of a “temple.”  Really, it’s a gathering or meeting place.  While the imagery of the place was very vivid, I was unsure of the purpose of what I saw, so the next day I channeled Wakana’taka to ask for an explanation of the purpose and significance of the building and its features.  He did not disappoint!

What follows are excerpts from my initial meditation (which I thankfully recorded aloud) followed by the subsequent channeling.

“Rob:  I ask Archangel Uriel to help me with a vision.  My guides, Humfire and Wakana’taka, join him.

“I wish to envision the City of Light and, in particular, the temples that exist above Hawaii and Maui.  I wish to add my energy, my love, to the efforts of so many to manifest the City of Light, to quicken its appearance above the sacred lands of Maui, the ancestral home of the royalty of the Hawaiian people, going back to its roots in Lemuria.  I ask for your assistance and showing me the visions of the City of Light and the temples.

“I peer into a “looking glass” formed from Uriel’s Silver Flame of Illumination, strengthened with the energy of Humfire and Wakana’taka. 

“I see the deep green of the mountainous terrain, the sharp spikes of mountains jutting upward.  I see people gathering about a temple.  They appear to be dressed in white, loose, flowing clothing (linens) — shirts that are long sleeve.  Some are half length.  Some are sleeveless.  They are barefooted.  They have dark, black hair — very straight.

“The temple is a platform or sits atop a platform.  The platform is rather large, made of earth, encapsulated in stone.  On each of the four sides is a staircase, again made of stone.  The sides up to the corners are vertical standing stones.  The interior is all filled with earth.

“Sitting atop the platform is a simple structure made of wood or a timber frame log structure.  The walls, half walls, are made of woven palm fronds.  At the front and back of the temple the roofline curves up like the bow and the stern of a boat.  The top portion of the wall is open but under the overhang of the roof on all four sides.

“As I was expanding my vision outward of the temple complex, I realized that the roof line of the overall temple has four gables, [each] above the entrance on each side.  So while I said the front and back of the temple is raised as the bow and the stern of a boat, the same is true for each of the two sides.  It’s a rather complex roofline.  So the roof line pitches up on the north side, the south side, the east side, and the west side, such that none of the sides are any greater or less than any of the others.

“In the interior, in the center of the room is another raised platform, and in the center of that platform, there is statue — or sculpture, rather.  A circle, four circles, each facing outward towards the steps of that particular side of the temple platform.  Each of the circles is made of gold.  There’s one even below at the bottom of the four-square set of circles and one at the top, forming a cube, four circles on each side.

“It operates very much like this looking glass that I’m looking through now.  It allows the people on each side around the central platform looking up at these golden circles to see visions.  The one in the top receives energy.  The circle at the top and the one at the bottom stream energy from above and below to power the four circles on each side.  The four circles and, in fact, the entire temple is oriented to the cardinal directions, north, south, east, and west.

“The people can come in and sit on each side of the temple on the ground, allowing them to commune as a group to receive the energy from the temple while at the same time contributing to it.  And the four sides, each correspond to the tribes that represent each of those four quadrants — tribes to the north, to the south, to the east, and to the west.

“And this temple serves as the heart, the heart portal of the entire planet.  And the people of Lemuria come here to meditate, to commune, empowering the life force of all peoples on the planet, of nature as a whole.”

I was so excited about seeing this vision, as unexpected as it was, so I had to start drawing it, not only so I wouldn’t forget, but also to help others visualize what I saw.
