Yeshua: The Blossoming of Love on the Planet

Last Sunday, 23 Nov 2025, several Council of Love Teachers conducted an Open Channeling Session, allowing anyone who attended to channel an Ascended Master to hear how we are doing on our Ascension path.  We will be posting the resulting four channelings, one at a time, over the next week or so.  We hope you enjoy them as much as we enjoyed bringing them forward! — Jen & Rob

Part 1 (of 4)

Jen: Getting a big squeeze from Yeshua.

Yeshua/Jeshua: Greetings, my beloved ones. This is Yeshua. I know you all. I know each of you, and I’m very, very glad to see your faces in this way. I see your energies at all times, but we in the Ascended realms who are aware of energy do not see your physical presence in this way, unless we are given this type of mirror or device, or if we were sitting together in a room.

So let us see ourselves as levitating, everyone in one circle and seated comfortably in one room. It is in a beautiful place. You can furnish it in your imagination.

Jennifer is seeing birch trees and rocks that are just the perfect height and shape and covered with soft woolen blankets. And there are wild flowers, and there is ocean in the distance. Our Mother is fully present. Our Father is fully present, symbolized by the blue sky and the brilliant sun. And let us just sit together and talk.

This is an opportunity for me to let you know that we are extremely pleased with the progress of your world in its Ascension path. Yes, indeed, we speak primarily of Humanity, because you often see troubles among yourselves, within your own community. The other kingdoms, the Plants and the Animals, the Birds, the Elementals, the Trees, the Insects, they are all ascending very, very gently and very, very happily. And besides, they do know how to stay in a higher vibration if they so choose. This is what the Elementals have done for a great long time.

But you see, it is Humanity that has contributed greatly with the creations of life on this planet, and indeed, with your expressions of life in all dimensions, in all places. Each of you contribute greatly to the whole! Divine Mother and Divine Father are very aware of your contributions, and that is partly why they treasure you dearly. Even if you were only to contribute an eyelash in 10,000 lives, you would be treasured. You would be precious. You are precious, and you are treasured.

But we know that many of this group — all of this group, I will say — have devoted their hearts — I will not say all your time, that is up to you, choose how you will — devoted your hearts to the well being of this world in its Ascension path.

And we will speak of Ascension because it is a question that many of you hold. How are we doing? Are we really ascending? Is this really happening, and how do we maintain our vibration? Call on us. Spend time with us. This is why Jennifer loves to channel; it is spending time with us. Let us be your very best friends, as often as you feel motivated to do so.

And if you want to play in a lower vibration for a little while, be my guest. We are done when we are done, and we are not done before we are done. Each of us progresses in our own perfect timing. Allow this to be so. Be comfortable with YOUR progress. Yes.

You do not have to struggle to maintain a higher vibration. You do not have to force yourself to be ascended. If you do not feel particularly ascended in that moment — you feel cranky, or you feel irritated at something, or you feel you are judging, and you catch yourself, because you all know, now, when you feel that — it is a disconnection, isn’t it, from feeling your unity with one another.

But more and more, you are feeling, in your energetic awareness, the coming together with one another, the sense of family, the sense of loving all other humans on the planet, even the ones that are most difficult to love. Yes, these are the ones who make the loudest noise, but each of you are treasures in the hearts of Mother and Father. Each of you shine in your own beautiful way in the crown of All That Is.

So allow this to be so. Relax in it. Choose your days, moment by moment. How do you want to feel? How would you like to play today? How would you like to create today? There is much that we are creating together.

Know that we meet in your dream time. We are involved in many, many activities, actions for the enlightenment, the betterment, the ease of the trajectory of Ascension for the entire planet, [for] each of you, and many, many, many more.

Some are just becoming aware that they are invited to the party, so reach out your hand to them. You do not need to say very much, unless they ask. But just with your loving smile, just with your energetic signature, you’re signaling to their energy that it’s happening.

This beautiful progress of Ascension is a most wondrous thing to behold. So yes, it is happening, and yes it is going well. And do not be too disturbed by the noise. We will be easing out of this.

We are moving forward at every moment, expanding. Lilies all over the giant pond of human consciousness are opening. Take it in and know this is the blossoming of love on the planet. This is the fulfillment of my message, the message that Mary Magdalene and I brought to the planet, Mother Mary and Father Joseph, all of the Essenes, all of those who collected around us, this is the fulfillment of our dream to lift humanity back into Oneness.

Jeshua: This is the fulfillment of our dream ~ to lift humanity back into Oneness

You can still be embodied. This is the miracle. You can still participate in human life. You can still get together in your committees and your dance circles and your artistic endeavors and all of the different things that you would like to be involved in. You can still do this. This will be your fun. Enjoy!!

Higher Self, Sam-u-el, on Receiving While Giving (UL of Give & Receive)

[My Higher Self offers a lesson around my use of the mantra first suggested by White Cloud, through Blossom Goodchild: I am the light; I am the love; I am the truth; I am.  While directed at my practice, the lesson is useful for all. — Rob]

Rob: So I drew the card on the Universal Law of Give and Receive, and the receive part just jumped out at me, so I assume that’s what we should talk about.

Sam-u-el: Hello again, Rob. This is Sam-u-el, as you know, always ready to have a conversation about anything that you would find useful.

You’ve asked about the Universal Law of Give and Receive, and yes, there’s a reason that the receive part jumped out at you. You are fond, I will say, of offering yourself as a service to others. [It’s] one of your talents. In that sense you give and you give, and there’s nothing wrong with that. Being of service to others is why you are here. It’s your chosen way of expressing yourself and the divinity that you are.

It is true for most people that as you learn spiritual truths, you want to share them. This is not a problem for you, for us. But the receive part of the Universal Law is reminding you that every act of giving involves similarly the act of receiving.

When you do your I Am meditation, you feel it when you say, “I am the love.” You feel that outpouring, that giving of yourself to whatever the object is that you’re focused on. The expression of love IS an outward act for you. It’s easy to envision that as an outward act of giving of yourself.

But the next part of the meditation, in the “I Am the Truth,” you envision through the infinity symbol the receiving back, and you use that to feel the expansion within yourself, as if fueled from whatever that you’re receiving. But you’re not consciously thinking about the act of receiving.

In order to express love to others, one must first feel that love for yourself. So as the energy in the infinity symbol comes back to you, it IS receiving — receiving OF yourself, FOR yourself, within yourself.

Any expression outward is similarly an expression inward. Acknowledge that; receive that.

But then, the last part of the meditation, simply acknowledging “I am,” as you fall back into it, is an act of allowing. That means, not only have you received the reflection of the love that you have sent out, but you are then accepting that, accepting that deep within your core.

Quan Yin: Experience Is Your Gift

Jen: So settling in, feeling my heart, the deep, dark pool that it is. It’s like a velvet pocket that’s deep inside the earth. It’s all soft, but then there’s flowers there. They’re so beautiful, pink ones and yellow ones and blue ones, purple ones and orange ones. It’s so beautiful… So who is the best match for me today to bring forward that which will be of assistance and encouragement, affirmation to us today? So I get Kuan Yin. She’s standing on her little Lotus. So I’m gonna lift myself up and stand on mine…a few frogs jumping around. It’s a dragonfly, and there’s another one, little Blue Darners.

Quan Yin: It is most entertaining to talk with you today, my dear ones, all three of you and any who hear this message later, I am grateful to you for tuning in, for allowing me this opportunity to say hello, to bring you a little laughter, a little, a little peaceful encouragement. 

It is such a crazy world, which you are all inventing together at this time. And we do see how easy it is to become unseated, to lose your balance and even to give up. Of course, it is very complex, and it is fast paced, and it is at times unpleasant, but it depends on what you want to focus on. If you are feeling that it is dragging you down, look elsewhere. 

You have the choice point of how you will fill your vision. How you will fill your heart? What will you decide to do today? Will you write a letter of love and encouragement to a teenager in a foreign country? Will you go out and help your relative who needs a kind word and a little help? You decide what to focus on today and what will gather treasures for you to look over in the evening. When you look back through your time, you see it is not that you need to earn anything. It is not that you need to somehow perform to your soul’s height or jump higher than is comfortable to you, but it is totally your choice, whether you want to listen to news all day long, or you want to be busy in the world in a loving way. 

Let this be your choice, and let it be a glad one. Do you wish to bring more gladness into the world with your experience? Because your experience does gift this to all others. What gift would you like to offer to everyone else today, whether they ever hear about it or not, it is given.  

Your experience matters, so choose well, choose that which is most enjoyable for you.  And choose that which might be enjoyable to share with others, whether you share overtly through a published post in your blog or you just share because you experienced it. Energy connects, energy communicates, energy shares.  

And you get to choose the focus. So what’s your theme for today? This is a good thing, to wake up in the morning and choose your theme. Do you choose peace? Comfort?  Joy? Do you choose excitement? Do you choose a fast pace or a gentle pace? You do not need to give yourself assignments which are in any way miserable to you.  Making yourself miserable, given what I have just shared, would not be helpful, would it? Then you can share some misery. Would this be fun for you? It’s not fun for anyone.  

You see, it is fine when you have your feelings which are upset. We all have had our life experiences where moments have felt less joyful, and that is fine, feel them and let it pass, because it does, just like the heavy gray clouds in your skies pass. Yes, there might be some water involved. You may weep a bit, and that is fine, because behind that cloud, the sun is still shining. And as soon as you can you can return your attention to that beautiful golden light which reminds you of your beautiful golden light.

 So we have much more that we could share, but we are aware that there are other things to do with your day. There are other moments to explore. So we pause now with our greatest blessings to each one of you, that you discover the beauty and the love in your day, in your moments, in your heart. This is Quan Yin, and I say farewell.

Yeshua & Mary Magdalen: The Twelfth Hour

A SPECIAL Channeled Message from Yeshua & Mary Magdalen, by Jennifer Donaldson with Rob Loveland, October 28th, 2024

Note: I often channel with Rob and other friends from the Council of Love, but this time we had a chance to be in the same room (rather than on Zoom) and the message was especially powerful and timely. Speaking to all who have been preparing for these “truly tumultuous times”, Light-workers, Love-bearers, Old Souls, all — this is what we were born for!!

Jennifer: (Settling in to channel) So I’m feeling Papa on the back of me from my ears all the way around to the back and all the way down my spine, down to my heels, to my elbows and the backs of my hands, just supporting me lightly, like a book stand supports a book.  And on the front, I feel Divine Mother silkily nestling into my face, my eyes, my cheeks and lips, my throat and all the way down my torso, just completely covering me like a soft, radiant, bright pink and deep blue quilt, a fuzzy blanky.

Sinking into my heart, Mother/Father meet in my heart, front and back, and on either side is Yeshua on my right, Mary Magdalen on the left, holding my hands. And they put something in my hands as a playful note, as a note of encouragement, gifting a little silver heart, and each one is a locket. The lockets spring open and inside the locket, is a hair of each of them from their days on Earth. Very beautiful, really sweet gift. I’m grateful. Thank you. I will wear those in my heart. 

So, Yeshua and Mary, Rob and I have talked a lot about the future of our class [and our plan to offer it through] the Council of Love… both of us have a very strong sense of loyalty to the COL… I feel that they are part of my soul family, and precious to me, those relationships, and [i’m wondering] what we have to offer one another going forward, through these times, these difficult times. And I still have a deep longing in me to reach as many people as possible in service. 

Yeshua and Mary Magdalen, together:  We are happy to be invited to respond to your self reflection. [Rob’s Grandfather clock began striking twelve.]  Yes, as you feel, and as you hear, it is the 12th hour. We have been connected deeply with you… throughout these last stages of the 11th hour, where there [have been] messages of awareness, we will use that word rather than warning, the messages of awareness to begin to be aware, to begin to be ready for a truly tumultuous period in your lives which is going to upend everything. 

And some of you have experienced this personally, in an episode of some sort, such as a hurricane or a sudden event in your lives, in which it turned everything upside down. Well, this is going to be a collective experience, and you will find that you do not need to enter into it on the individual level in the same way that you have had if you were caught unawares. 

And this is why we have been preparing all of you, because it is very helpful to have the many of you who can be one degree or five degrees or 10 degrees removed from the impact of shock, because it is no longer a shock. You’ve been hearing about this for years. You know that something is going to happen. You don’t know exactly what, but you are prepared, so that when it arrives, you will say, “Yes, this is it. Here it is. This is what we came for,” and you will be able to hold your center, to hold your love and to hold your light. 

Those of you who have collected around the symbol of the lighthouse are clearly those who wish to hold clarity. You are willing to channel, you are willing to write, you are willing to teach. You are particularly dedicated to holding clarity and holding the torch in the cave, as it were, during the “earthquake”. 

So you see you chose this. We honor you for that, but we also remind you that you are well prepared, and you know what you are doing. You know how to do, what to do, and in that, in those moments and in those days and weeks of the worst of it, you will be able to remain the calm center, and that will be greatly assistive to others. 

Remember also that one of your greatest skills -gifts- at this time will be as listeners. We know that you are mightily attracted to the role of ‘provider of words’, and we tease you a little bit about this. And this is a wonderful thing. What you have been able to, so far, extend to your brothers and sisters on the planet has been greatly instrumental in creating a fabric of peace, trust, knowing of goodness, knowing of love, knowing of centeredness, knowing of the power of your own being as creators.  

So, all of your channelings, messages and postings and teaching offerings have been to establish and create and extend this net of assistance to your brothers and sisters. And so, continue with this, if it gives you joy, but the greatest gift that you are going to bring in service to your brothers and sisters at this time— it will begin with those closest to you, in geographical proximity, at the time, as the events unfold, as the oft used phrase, the days tumble one into another with revelations and new learnings each day — that is to listen. This is the greatest gift. 

The greatest gift is to listen, because if you [any of you] are in anxiety, you will have the need to speak and say, “I don’t understand what’s happening. I don’t understand what to do. I don’t know how we will get through this.”  Well, you are miles ahead of this, my dear, both of you, and all of you who are in your circle—  and I would count the Council of Love, teachers and COLTs and your fellow students far and wide, as those who have been prepared to listen, to say, “Yes, this is not comfortable, this is not fun, but we are here together,” and listen to them. 

Listen to them [those who are anxious]. Even if you have the answers, they may not be quite yet ready for the answers. So until they say, “What do you think?” or , “What have you heard, or what do you know?” Or, “How can you be so calm and peaceful in this terrible moment?”  We can just say, “It has been foretold. We knew it would happen, and we know we’ll get through it. We’ll get through it by loving one another, taking each other’s hands, hugs, comfort, cheerfulness, humor.” All of the blessings of your humanity and all of the strengths, blessings and virtues of your divinity coming together, in one great, cataclysmic moment. 

You will find that you are not really surprised by what happens, because there is a part of you that can see. There’s a part of you that knows, and just because you have kept the trap door closed, so to speak, you were and you are, venturing into greater knowing while you sleep, and you are experiencing a much greater awareness, and tucking it under your hat, so to speak. But this will become more and more available to you. 

The main thing is to remember your own gift is to listen. Hold space for the love. Hold space for the light, but not at that moment to be proselytizing or to be offering too many words of your own, unless requested, because when one is in panic and one is in fear, one is not able to take it in and what one feels instead of comfort from your words, whatever loving words you may offer, they will mostly feel more unsafe, more unheard, and a deeper sense of separation. So for them to feel connected, the best thing is for them to listen to their hearts, listen to their own guidance, but have you model that by listening to them.  

So, you will not need to hold this level of containership throughout the rest of your life, but you will have had a profound experience of the blessing that you offer if you allow the other person to feel your energy.  And we are speaking specifically to those of you who enjoy giving answers and words to others. 

Of course you do. It is still an excitement for you that you have discovered such answers. But now you see the value of holding space. And you do not hold empty space, you hold radiantly loving space. You hold trusting space. You hold peaceful space. This is a very valuable container for all of your encounters, all of your family relationships, and all of those who are connected to you in this period. And so allow your humanity within the larger group. …

So go ahead, move forward with your plans [for the next class]. Do not be surprised if they get tossed in the air. Do not allow yourself to become unseated or unsettled by anything. And if you find yourself temporarily unsettled, sit down. Breathe us in. We are with you, and we will help you resettle yourself into your core.

Papa? Are You There/Here?

A Channeling Session with Divine Father, July 12, 2024

Jennifer: Right. So. The images that are going on are that I am centering in my heart, that I’m feeling my shoulders, like something is growing on either shoulder, like there’re little wing buds or something. Then I felt that I was climbing up a ladder through my crown, my crown was wide open. And I was… there’s this ladder coming up; I’m dressed in white, and I’m climbing this ladder. There are stars at the top of the ladder, just a whole firmament of white, pinprick lights, brilliant, pure, beautiful light in a field of black… 

(Laughter) It collapsed into a cartoon: there are cows around me going “What is this lady doing?” It’s like a cartoon… Okay, so I’m just enjoying a warm summer evening, in a meadow and the cows are lying down, resting; I’m just walking through the meadow with this beautiful, beautiful sky overhead… I’m seeing a path glittering on water… there’s water on the edge of the field; it goes down to the ocean and there’s a glittering white path of moonlight.  If I just step right off the land and into the water, I can walk along that path toward the moon and I see my wings are the energy of wingless, expanding tenfold, becoming huge. There’s a lot of whirring and ssshhhhh, wind-sound…

I’m  coming to a place that’s yellow, golden, very soft like the softest grass, like the belly of my cat. Soft underfoot and soft around my ankles, very silky and sweet. It’s a place I can rest, a place that I can be with The Father, in this beautiful gold…

I feel we can have a conversation, if I begin to channel him… 

Divine Father: Yes, My dearly beloved daughter. You are exploring your own beingness and your ways of connecting with Us. We are quite happy for you to feel so free and so confident, to trust yourself and your moving forward in your path-taking. For a long time you worried that you perhaps would never reach a place where you felt you could connect completely with Us. But, you see, it is not your time to leave the body. And so one of the ways you are discovering to connect with Us is through this imagery, through this felt intuitive experience. And of course through our conversations, through our communing heart to heart, and heart to another.  We are delighted for you to have come to this with such ease.

Do you have any questions that you would like to ask? 

Jennifer: Well, I didn’t have any questions, when I started out. I was just in awe of Rob’s journey through the stars. And how easy it was to navigate through him, along with him, as though I were a passenger, or something in his pocket. And I’m interested in our ability to.. to be in many places at once, to be in more than one place at once. Certainly, I’m sitting here in the chair and still I’m with You in this beautiful golden softness. I was with Rob and his journey and still sitting in my chair. 

Divine Father: Yes, you are coming to this;  it is a great mystery until you realize how very simple it is. You have the capacity within you to be in multiple locations at once interacting in multiple ways, and it is a confidence that will grow with you, so that you become more comfortable with your true nature, which has no real limitations. Yes, you are going to retain your hold on your body, you are going to continue to be connected to, through the silver cord, through a crystal such as Rob used, or through your gold ring which you wear on your hand. You will continue to anchor in your own body, but you’re free to float forth, to flow forth, to travel anywhere that you would like to go and stay as long as you like. 

Of course there is an overriding purpose which you will want to honor.  There are commitments you have made which you will continue to honor.  It is true that once a commitment is made, it is best for that commitment to be pursued until it resolves itself, and is open to more spaciousness, and perhaps change, that comes naturally in its own perfect time. 

You do not need to fear that there are places where you will go too far, be gone too long and “royally screw something up” —to use your terminology.  We can see your fears. We do know that which you find intimidating. You are afraid of your own power, each of you, but as you take these steps, you find that you are safe, that you are sovereign, your choice will be respected and your choices will be supported. We are greatly pleased to play with you in these ways. 

So when you are in a bind, such as needing to be in several places at the same time, just trust that We will shift the timeframe slightly to allow for the greatest grace and ease of fulfilling your commitments. Even though it seems you have painted yourself into a corner, found yourself, or created yourself, into a bind, a knot —no. It may be perceived this way at first and if it does, then certainly ask for help, for We can loosen this knot, We can ease the binding, We can allow the placement within time of the different occurrences to be the most honoring of the peace that you are, the love that you are, the multiple purposes which you carry. 

So just as you have wondered about the alignment of vehicles and bicycles and people, humans, animals, along a street or roadway— you feel uncomfortable when they all align in a single line and it looks like someone is going to be in danger or someone will be crushed, someone will be squeezed uncomfortably— and you have wondered why this always seems to happen. 

You have found this to be a source of frustration and it rises fear in you and anger in you. And then, today, your realization that you are creating this, by seeing it as happening, always happening. “Why does this always happen? It is terrible,” [you say]. You just recreate it, my dear. You just recreate it until you see it differently. Just as you recreate the knots in your life where your energy is required in several directions at once. Begin to trust that you do not have limitations, that there is a time for rest and a time for peace. 

Yes, there’s a time for action. And when you are in the mode of action, just trust that it will all turn out perfectly well. Sometimes, without your presence and that is perfectly fine. Everyone else on the planet is capable of living their lives without your help. Indeed, isn’t that a wonder? So trust the moment. Trust your heart. Trust your choices. Trust your journeys and your travels. And know that We are always with you.  You may forget, but We do not. 

Jennifer: Thank you, Papa. Thank you for taking this time with me. And it’s been a great beautiful pleasure. And if there is a little bit more time before my daughter arrives, can you open the floor to Rob, if this is appropriate, right now?  [discussion on the side] Go ahead, Rob. 

Rob: I’m wondering if we could ask for your help now, your assistance to ensure that our offerings, Jen and me, our offerings reach the greatest number of people for the highest good of all. Whatever those offerings are. 

Divine Father: We are most pleased to amplify, to expand, to assist in the expansion of the energy, but know that if you offer something to three people, the expansion will take place; it does not always need to be visible to you. You will in the future have situations where you have a larger audience or you have even more opportunities for certain activities coming to you. This will be greatly fulfilling, you will find the next phase of your life to be very exciting, and a fulfilling of your sense of wanting to be of assistance to the planet, to the greatest number. We know your hearts; We know that this is your deepest desire. And know that We are amplifying this, so that the energy is reaching all, all on the planet, all who are open, all who are ready, all who are receiving from the universe greater knowledge, greater understanding. 

The energy is just coalescing and dispersing and coalescing and dispersing at all times based on what has been created by your fellow human beings and other forms of life as well. But if you are putting out there greater understanding, if you are putting out there a vision of unity, a vision of love, you can be sure that this energy is being dispersed and carried to where it can do the most good. 

Even if you only ever taught one more class in your life, and then suddenly found yourself deceased — this is not going to happen, but if it were to happen— I want you to know that the energy of your love, the energy that you have created for the good of others, your brothers and sisters on the planet, and for the good of Mother Earth Herself, will continue and will grow.  It all expands. We will find many ways to do this together and you will enjoy the process. Does this answer your question?

Divine Father: We are greatly in your debt. We understand that to operate within the blindfold of the human body takes great courage and great love. And for this We treasure you. I will transition now to my usual position around you and within you and know that you carry My Love Always.

Yeshua: A Time for Going Within

Rob: Before we started here today, I was sitting down and talking to Yeshua, so I think that’s we’ll just continue that. I’m seeing the image that I use of Yeshua. I love that picture … such a great face.

So, Yeshua, as we sit here, overlooking the water from outside my temple, do you have any message for me today, for any of us today? Anything that would be useful?

Yeshua: Thank you, Rob. And thank you, all. We often say how much of a joy it is to join you in this circle, and it is truly.

I just wanted to talk to you a little bit about the guidance that you’ve been getting most recently. The whole notion that this is a time of going within, a time for you to focus not on the external world, events that are happening, but to focus on yourself. It really is a time of inward attention, for as you are learning — very well, I might add — the path to Heaven is found within, so there is where you should place your focus.

Go within every day, but at the same time, while that might sound on the surface like it’s an act of selfishness to be focused on oneself only, that could not be further from the truth. It seems paradoxical, but it’s true. You find EVERYTHING within yourself, so the focus must be there.

And at the same time, it might seem that it is a lonely journey, since it is centered on yourself, on yourself alone. But again, this could not be further from the truth. For as you venture inward, as you learn to connect from your heart, that really is where you discover the whole notion of unity consciousness, that you are, in fact, connected to all others.

And that is where you find us … all the time, waiting for your arrival. You are not alone. You can never be alone. And as you develop your ability to go within and to connect with us, you will learn how to connect with all others, including those in the physical realm. But that connection at that point becomes so much deeper, so much more meaningful than what you can do in physical form alone.

When the Mother was speaking through teammate, She mentioned “the veil,” and yes, that is a useful and valid metaphor for the curtain that exists between your physical self and your true self, in your heart. But at this point in the history of humanity, the only thing upholding that veil now is you, is your belief that it exists. Let it go!

Connect with us every day, all day, throughout your day. It need not even be a specific time of day that you take to go inward in meditation or in prayer. You can speak to us all day, throughout the day. Just start. With practice, you will learn how to discern when we are speaking back, for we always are. It is simply a matter of learning to listen to the messages, to quiet your mind, no matter what you are doing physically. No matter what activity you’re involved in, the conversation can ALWAYS happen in the background, for it always is.

I will let you think on this … although it doesn’t require a tremendous amount of thought. Again, just do it. Just start right here, right now.

An Angel’s Wise Counsel

Channeling OraMiel, my Angel guide ~ between Christmas 2023 and the New Year of 2024

Jennifer: I have to share a funny image. When I settle it down into my heart, I think of it as the shaft of a well, and there’s water at the bottom, and I sink down into the water. And this time that water kind of widened out… I saw myself just on a raft down at the bottom of the well with a tequila, with a margarita, and then I saw the Divine Mother and Divine Father on either side of me, on their rafts, with their margaritas!  … [Laughs]

Rob: Doin’ shots!

Jennifer: Oh, my gosh. 

OraMiel: It’s that sinking down within, into a whole interior universe that opens up within, getting beyond the limited human with all of the concerns. It’s a little like housekeeping, as far as this time of year [goes]— the corners are swept and some of the dust that comes up, some of the dust bunnies are enormous, they have fangs! (laughter) [These could be] energy which hasn’t been attended to, or old habits, or getting into any sort of feeling of inadequacy, or ‘too much’ or …

It all gets cleared out. Blow it out. Blow it out your nose. [Laughs] Blow it out your ears! Clean out the old and you bring in the new. Make room for the new. If you’re going to have a little baby, certainly, you would clean the bed, the bassinet — not necessarily go and buy a brand new one, which is what’s done nowadays. But in the many centuries before, a place of resting of the new life would be cleaned, refreshed, purified with water and sunlight, with herbs, incense.

Not in any way to add to the to-do list but only to remind you that this is a time of renewal, a time of whisking away the old and preparing a place for all to be born anew. It’s good to remember this is also a time for peace within.

We were jokingly sending an image of running your mouth, which would [look] like a little waxed lips running down the road, [i.e. talking so much] when, in fact, the most helpful thing at this point, especially if any of you get over-extended at any time, is to sit in your well. Allow the well to fill with renewed waterfalls of bright love, cascades and shimmers and foam and droplets, making beautiful spheres, renewed energy, life, like being reborn within you, in your heart.

It is good to know that what you do not accomplish in one time period may be completely let go. And what will be most effective for you for the new year will be brought to you anew. It may have echoes or bits and pieces of the old design, but it will be made new. And do not think that you need to carry with you all of your intentions that were not yet fulfilled. Just breathe deeply and slowly within each moment. Be sure, you are getting your oxygen. Feed yourself with your breath, with the love that comes with that and proceed once full, once settled, once at peace, having tasted the quiet, the birth of stillness within.

We are receiving some questions about who is speaking. We would suggest that it is Jennifer’s angels, the one that she likes to call OraMiel, ‘Prays Honey.’  We attend to you at all times, my dear, and if you do not particularly seek another, or ask for another, we are always happy to have a little bit of time with you. We do not rush in — certainly do not compete. We hold the space for you with our palms toward you, at all times sending you love.

Each of you have your own circle with those of us in the pure form of love. We do serve you, we respond to your requests. We assist you with your beseechings, those things that you feel are a little bit beyond you at the moment.

Nothing is beyond you, dear ones, but there are times, we understand in the human journey, where you do not feel up to something. You do not feel capable by yourselves. It’s been perfectly planned by your Father and your Mother, perfectly planned when you requested this adventure into the physical.

A very long time ago, when you began to make your explorations with separation, we promised you in your wholeness that we would continue to remind you that you are never alone, but that if you wish to taste loneliness, it would be part of the experience. You know that when you taste aloneness you quickly shift into all-oneness, so it is through the aloneness that you find the oneness. But the loneliness is the forgetting.

And it is wise in this time when so many are reaching out to those close to them that you remember those who feel they do not have anyone close to reach out to or those who they would want to reach out to have time and again rejected their offer, rejected their presence, rejected reconciliation. That is true loneliness. Be mindful of those that you are aware of who are on their own and send a message, make a call, make a visit, whatever you have the impulse or in the moment that you are in — each moment is different.

Some moments will contain hours, and some hours will contain moments. Your perceptions are all different, depending on your energies. The more settled you are, the more time you have. So again, this helps you if you will settle deep within your heart, into that lagoon that is lit from below by the colors of turquoise and gold, green and deepest earth.

Pace yourself with ease…

Dear Friends,

This is a snapshot of my favorite nearby Lighthouse taken the other day on a late afternoon walk (that’s 3 pm at my latitude). I love the colors of the grasses and shrubs, the dark reds and pale tans, against the intense blue water. there is such beauty everywhere in Nature. And I was delighted to get a pic with absolutely no tourists in sight. This Lighthouse is a prime attraction most of the year. That’s fine, because everyone is enjoying its beauty, strength and grace – but it’s great to be here alone now and again- I can sink deeper into connecting with the energy of the place. It was serene. Nature knows all about pacing.

It’s such a busy time of year for us in the North, scurrying to prepare for winter and heeding the seasonal and cultural reminders to gather in your friends and family in one way or another. Make sure everyone is safe, everyone is loved, everyone is okay – at least okay enough. We all have our journey, but one of the things that comes up for me to learn every year at this time is to pace myself, and I’d like to share about that. The other night while I was channeling, with Rob and two others, we were guided by these words from the presence of Divine Mother.

“You wonder if you are diluting your own energies by attempting so much in each day. We would say that you are learning to trust, to pace yourself, and the opportunities will come and you will sometimes have a hard time saying ‘I have enough on my plate for today’ and you will put more on. It is fine. We will still channel with you. And to your question -are you too tired to channel? No indeed, my dear. If you were, you would know. So are there other questions from any of you, my darlings? [grin- Mother is very loving]

Rob: I do.  

Yes. Rob. 

Rob: So you mentioned pacing yourself and I understand that from the perspective of a physical vessel and having the energy to proceed. But I’m considering that in relation to the whole idea that love is boundless. And if that’s true, and I have no doubt that it is true, then is there such a thing as having to overly constrain ourselves. 

Mother: The idea of pacing is to be in a state of comfort, in a state of ease. If you find you are not comfortable, take the time to make yourself so. It is not that you must constrain yourself and only entertain two things a day- the rule that Jennifer has had for a while and so when she has three she becomes a little bit anxious that she has overdone it. Well, it is not about that. It is about, in each living moment, loving yourself enough to maintain your state of peace, maintain your state of self-nurturing, so that it is flowing into you through your own choice – not some other magic – through your own choice.

Allow the love to pour into you and through you and then it can reemerge, and it does so so naturally, you do not have to monitor this. The main thing is to choose, to choose to pace yourself in ease and at a comfortable pace that feels self-nurturing, because you will naturally nurture others, even more so, if you nurture yourself.

Rob: I see. Thank you.”
