[So many people I know are facing challenges, seemingly out of nowhere — myself included — so this guidance is most welcome! I hope it helps. — Rob]
Rob: You know I wasn’t thinking Uriel, but that’s who I see. He appears to me all dressed in white, with long straight white hair. He’s standing in front of me. With this finger, he’s touching my forehead — my fourth eye, between my eyebrows — telling me to relax. Actually, he said, “Calm down!”
So, Uriel, I seem to be going through a bit of a rough patch here, being completely overwhelmed with too much to do [and] not enough time to get it done. Everything seems so difficult — challenges with getting any of it done when I try, taking missteps, getting sick. What do I take from all of this?
He’s being very stern … very serious. [Chuckles] He said, “Oh no I’m not!”
Uriel: Hello, this is Uriel. I come today to remind you, always, YOU ARE ONE! Never forget that. Any difficulties you have in life are just a reflection of what’s going on on the planet at the moment. It’s no reflection on who you are! Relax. Calm down. It’s all okay.
For you, Rob, and you know this, you have a tendency when you get overwhelmed [and] feel like you have too much to do, you neglect the things that are most important, because you don’t feel like you have the time. You don’t do the daily meditation. You don’t do the Qi Gong. You skip those things to get right into the busyness of the day.
Does that really serve you? Did you get any more done by the end of the day than had you started with acknowledging first who you are and why you are here? Are any of those things important to get done in a particular timeframe, in a timeframe measured on Earth scales. What does that mean? How does that matter? Is it helping you live one day longer? You’re here for a reason, and none of it … none of that reason has anything to do with whether the house project gets done, whether you have a garden, or even whether the work on your boat ever gets done.
Yes, those are all things you enjoy, and we would never want to stand in the way of you expressing your own joy in your own way, but don’t take it to the point of making yourself sick. Where’s the joy in that?
So you have a team around you. Others have reached out to you, asking for help. Why do you not do the same? I’m sure they would all enjoy helping in whatever way they can. That goes for any of the rest of your family and friends as well.
One of the things that is bothering you now is you feel like so much that you do you have to do on your own, that nobody is coming to help you. That could not be further from the truth! But it is also true you have to ask.
So I know, starting this session, you said you just wanted to have fun, so we’ll let all of that go. That’s enough of the lecture for today.
I suggest to you, tomorrow or even tonight, just let all of that go and look around. See the beauty. It’s a beautiful day today. It’ll be a beautiful evening. Go outside [and] just lay in the grass and let that heal you physically and mentally. Just let that energy flow through you, and all of those other cares and worries, let them be carried away. We will be there. We will gladly take the burden from you!

Rob: Getting Archangel Mikael. He’s just coming up next to me, putting his arm around me, like, “Come on, let’s have a chat.”
So Mikael, you’ve heard our team conversation about this being a time of creation; you know what’s on our mind. Is there anything you’d like to share, like to add … even a kick in the pants?! … He’s chuckling.
AA Mikael: Thank you, Rob. Thank you for inviting me this day into your circle once again. As you often say, you do so much better when you’re with your friends. I would concur.
So with regard to the questions you have, the concerns you have about what is happening next in your life with all of the offerings that you continue to make — and might I add that we, the entire Company of Heaven are so pleased with all that you continue to do — don’t ever think that these offerings, as you call them, are in any way small. We advocate to you, we encourage you, all, to dream big. You are SO capable of so much more!
But also understand that what you are offering each and every day in your own way is much bigger than you think.
With regard to your questions about what comes next, I would suggest PATIENCE! … Patience, dear Rob. This is only just starting. Well, in many respects, the transition that is happening on planet now has been going on for a very long time. But with respect to your particular offerings, yes, you answered our call. You had a revelation [about writing a book about the Infinity Keys], and you acted on it. We can ask nothing more of you. And you have brought it to fruition, and it is a fabulous piece of work. Patience!
The issue that so many are facing right now, in this particular time, [is] we are entering in (and we have already entered in) a tremendous period of chaos. And all “chaos” means is [that] things are changing. It feels like chaos to humans on planet, but it really just means the whole system of what you are used to is changing. You are changing. What used to light your fire, to fuel your passion, is changing. The underlying desire to be of service to others, to be of service to Heaven, is always there — has always been — but how that manifests will change. It doesn’t mean you abandon any of your previous passions, but how they manifest for you may be different.
So many folk are feeling the turmoil of that change, what you call chaos, and it is making them uneasy … naturally so. And they aren’t feeling the pull necessarily to attend webinars or other sessions that speak about the peace of Heaven, because they aren’t feeling that at the moment. They feel uneasy. It’s all okay. It’s all part of the natural process.
Continue to offer to be that lighthouse, that beacon of light and hope, and that light will find its way to those who need it, to those who are ready.
And I am here to tell you that once events transpire to the point that we tip beyond that tipping point, the floodgates will open, and you — all of you — will be questioning why were you ever worried about this in the first place!
So if I leave you with nothing else today, let me reiterate patience, trust, and at the end of the day, just feel into the love. Your offering at the end of the day is an expression of helping others find the love within themselves, that that is who they are. And that message is timeless. It’s eternal. It’s infinite. And you can never go wrong with that.

Channeling Mary Magdalen, July 5th, 2024
Jennifer: I actually would like to talk with Mary Magdalen because I have a whole lot of questions, so let’s see… see what happens… I might get some little fairy, a “fairy named Mary” (laugh)…. I just want to share the imagery that’s coming to me: The infinity sign in front, in and back, and side to side and just in one long continuous loop, kind of like the Celtic loop, front and back, side to side and then filling in the four corners and then giving it a spin, and having it spin really fast. It kind of set up this beautiful kind of… I can’t quite explain it, except it’s a beautiful energy and then I’m in the middle of it and, and then I asked Mary Magdalen if she was around and she said, “When you are ready,” I have to trust that.
Mary, thank you for showing me this beautiful image of us, blending our energies together. This is what’s so helpful to me, to feel you and Yeshua and Mother and Father in perfect balance around my heart, around my core and moving together into a spin, a spin. It’s not a vortex. It’s not anything destructive, of course, like a hurricane. But there’s a beautiful spin, that’s like balancing a top, the way you spin a top. And there you are spinning… so I just so appreciate the centrality. It feels very nurturing and very energetic in a beautiful way, the opposite of stagnant, I guess, flourishing.
Mary Magdalen: Yes, this is Mary Magdalen. Maggie as you enjoy calling me. I am very much your sister. I’m very much your balance. I’m happy to balance you, Yeshua’s happy to balance you, Mother and Father are happy to balance you to the balance point, where you can whirl and twirl and spin to your heart’s delight. It is like your skaters when they do their iridescent spins. When they are performing, it is a lovely thing to be in a spin like that. And then to come out of it with such beautiful grace.
This is a fine place to begin a channeling. You wonder sometimes if it is completely fine to set aside some of your earlier rituals, some of your first-taught “You must do this and then do this and then your crack and your candle,” et cetera, et cetera. Those are given to you if you need to find your way into an unfamiliar place. But this place has become so familiar and so comfortable to you… but it is wise to sit quietly and allow either the imagery or the words to begin flowing. In your case the imagery is something which comes easily to you and gives you a great deal of delight. And so we begin with that.
Now, you have questions about my life, my life on the Earth. And you wonder about all of the different versions and all of those claiming to be listening to me and hearing me and knowing exactly what all these answers are to these different things and you hear one thing and then you hear another and they seem to conflict and, just understand, Dear One. Just understand that each of you is in your own place. Your own position in your awareness, in your blossoming into your full divinity. Each of you is in your own stage of that. But there is a great deal of curiosity about my life and there is a great deal of love for me coming from the planet to which I do heartily respond. And I am most happy to work with anyone who reaches out to me. But you must understand that the results will vary. And this is completely fine. If this person in all sincerity has talked with me and feels that they know the answer to, for example, how many children I had, then you will get one answer and they will back it with all of their sincerity. And that is fine, and then someone else will go through the same process, but in a different place, and will receive a different answer.
So you see some of these discrepancies are based on the parallel lives. Some of these discrepancies are based on your parallel lives, some on the different variations of what I lived when I was in the physical. You see, so all of these things can be true. And the same is true for how long did Yeshua live after he supposedly died? You see, this is a big question in your mind. We can see these questions. We see them. They’re like cloud formations in your blue sky. It doesn’t matter. It truly doesn’t matter. You will continue to discover answers which suffice you at the time or expand you at the time. They may enlarge your idea of what is possible or as [your teammate] has said, they will bring to you some new understandings of what was originally told. And this is important. It doesn’t matter that they’re all in perfect agreement.
There was in fact, an Akashic record which was created through our lifetime together. Yes, and if you wish to consult this Akashic record about anything particular, you are most welcome to do so. If you wish to ask us, we will give you the answer which seems best for you, at that time. It may slant a little bit one way or a little bit another way. It may come, congruently, to you to match a different answer, just for the peace of mind that this will establish.
You see there is no right or wrong, ultimately. There is only love. And these details are embroideries. Does this version of it have blue beads or red beads. Does it have gold threads or silver threads? It doesn’t really matter. You see? What matters is that we taught the love and we taught the divinity and this is why we have brought it back to you in this era. We want you all to know that you are our full brothers and sisters, that we love you dearly and forever, and that we will help you in any way that we can. Because we recognize your full divinity and we know that coming to recognize your own is, is a process; it takes some time.
There are the different stages, there is the caterpillar, and the chrysalis, you see? And then the full butterfly emerges— and they do not live very long in your world. What happens when the butterfly dies? This would make a poem would it not? You see…Reborn again, reborn again in a higher dimension, flying happily in the sixth or seventh dimension and then it chooses to go through more, more incarnations. That same beautiful soul material will continue to form bodies until it no longer desires to do so.
Do the details of the design on the wings of the butterfly matter exactly? Does the butterfly have to make absolutely certain that the black is in the right place and the orange is in the right place, and the dots are in just exactly the right place for it to qualify as a butterfly? No. You see, do not become lost in the details; they will often lead you astray. And because of your human tendency to want to be correct, to want to be right, or wrong, they will often spark an unsettled feeling in the mind of others.
So just remember that the details are not as important. And you do understand, Jennifer, how to read Akashic Record. If you wish to consult the Akashic record about someone else, because your intent is to be as pure as possible in what you offer, then you will receive an answer; you will receive a true picture. But remember it is not so that you can be right or wrong. It is so that you can reach the heart more deeply of those who you are speaking with, and so that you can deepen your trust and your love, the love that you are.
Would there be any questions from anyone else at this point?
Rob: I do have a question. So given that the details are not important and there may be discrepancies between one channelled source and another, some taking [our upcoming] class will use that as an opportunity to say “Well then, none of it is true, if there are discrepancies that exist.” So how would you suggest we steer people away from that kind of thinking? Is it to focus on the message alone? The underlying message?
Mary M: The underlying message certainly. And just to explain that there are many embroideries, that “that is the way the story is told,” does not mean that was the accurate version. You see? Or that was the exact version. In some ways your minds would have trouble comprehending our lives in those days, because you’re very much the product of your own times. So, to remember the underlying message and also there are, umm, there are… there are branches on the tree, say, the underlying message which —we’re using one kind of metaphor, but I’m trying, I’m trying to explain another— say that the core of our message is a tree, a tree trunk— there are branches. There are ways to explain things that will become interesting to people or that will enlarge their view of things, that will expand their understanding, that will go into greater detail.
But, the central message of all of what we brought forth in our teachings was: we are Divinity and so are you. We are all One. We are One with the Father and the Mother. This was left out and should be restored. We prayed to the Father and the Mother because we had a closer balance to the ancient practice of the goddess, of the Divine Mother. But this has been lost in your time and is now just beginning to be reinstated. So, to keep that balance of the Divine Feminine & the Divine Masculine in the representation on Earth, in your earthly experience. You have males and females, animals have males and females, there are even males and female plants, or plant parts, you see, because there are the the active and the passive, or the receptive and the one offering, the one moving forward the one taking in, you see? And there are many ways that the masculine and the feminine are expressed. And so there are, there are discussions which will be rich that you can have following the idea that there is Divinity, you are Divinity. We are Divinity.
God IS, Divinity IS, Love IS.
It can be a short message or it can be a wonderfully interesting, elaborate message. But the words “That is the way the story is told” helps you, perhaps, see that everything that you’ve been told about our lives may not be accurate. And then many of you have been reaching for some version of accuracy since; some of your channelled books are more accurate than others. If you wish to know, you may put your hand upon the book and ask “To what degree is this book accurate? To what percentage is this book accurate?” And you will get a number. It could be 80%. It could be 90%. It could be 55% —and you might choose not to read that book first, or to read it with pure enjoyment, just to see a different version.
Teammate: May I ask, can you also use the pendulum to do that test?
Mary M: Certainly. But if you wish to know, we will tell you; we will be glad to supply a numerical answer which will help you. We know that it is difficult for you to completely trust yourselves with information. Encouragement, love— you’re very good at that, but information is a little trickier because you’re desperately afraid to be wrong.
Teammate: So, may I ask a question around that? So I have been recently trying to perfect my ability to use the pendulum to obtain answers. And sometimes I question, “Am I getting the right answer or am I imposing my thought on that?”
Mary M: You can ask if your dowsing is accurate, to what degree, that day. You see? And to the degree that you are able to be in a calm, centered, confident place where you have done some, some self-nurturing, which has strengthened you, your dowsing will be more accurate. If you are a little on the worn-out side, a little on the ragged side, perhaps your dowsing will not be as accurate….
Teammate: [personal question about the health of a friend… deleted… ]
Mary M: Yes… yes because this is for your own purpose really, to understand. Can you douse accurate information? Yes, you see? And you have to think, what is your purpose? Is it to know more than your friend? No, probably not. But is it to alleviate your own fear for their future? Or what they may be going through? You may want to, you may be hoping for a less-than-serious outcome, so that you can feel relief. You see?
So be clear what your intention is. And then, understand that sometimes you may sway the answer based on what you would like to hear. Yee? That, that’s normal, that’s human.
Teammate: Or fear to hear.
Mary M: Or fear to hear. You see? Now if you just accept whatever answer comes and go “Okay, it will be what it will be. We will go through this together.” And know that we are with your friend as well.
We are never not with you.
We have vowed to stay with you until you know you are with us.
Yes. And you probably shouldn’t ask “Is this? Did I get this right or did I not get that right?” because you are undermining yourself. But if you choose to ask “Am I able to douse accurately today?” that will give you an answer. And then if you do not feel the answers is perhaps correct or doesn’t feel quite right, or you are not in your strength, then you could say “Well, perhaps I will dowse again tomorrow and I would appreciate any correction in my perception.” So, work with us. But try not to doubt yourself. Just be generous with yourself and loving with yourself.

Uriel, thank you for joining me. I wonder if you could give me, give all of us, some guidance on how we can help others through these times of turmoil and chaos without getting sucked into the drama.

AA Uriel: Thank you, Rob; thank you, all, for inviting me. It is always such a pleasure to be with you. These times are indeed filled with chaos and turmoil, but I would first like to remind you that the chaos is not necessarily a negative thing, for in the process of change, there is always chaos. It is simply a marker of the time of change.
So first and foremost, don’t in any way view such events as a negative. It’s all part of the grander plan, the Mother’s Divine Plan. What you see happening in the world today are the last vestiges … [pause] Sorry, I’m searching for the word here … it’s the last throes of a trapped animal, the darkness in the world, knowing that it no longer has a foothold, a grasp within humanity, and it is lashing out. So yes, trapped animals can be dangerous, but it’s temporary. And it is simply a reaction at the moment. This too shall pass.
The negativity that’s being expressed today is necessary. It must come out in order to be seen for what it is so that the rest of humanity can see it and realize this is not what [they] want. This has no part of Nova Earth, so they must see it in order to release it.
But to come back to your question, how can you help others through this process? It is exactly to hold the feeling and to be an expression of hope. Hope is the understanding, the divine knowing that there is a plan. This is all part of it. And we will come out the other side in a much better place, on the threshold of Nova Earth where such negativity no longer has a place.
So for you, all of you as lightworkers/loveholders, is to hold the hope out for everyone. Be that example that no matter what seemingly happens in the external world, it cannot drag you off the path you are on to achieving Nova Earth. And it is far closer in time than you perhaps believe … certainly much closer in time than they believe.
So be that ray of hope. Be that expression of love no matter what happens, for all involved in the chaos, for we are all one. You can’t love one portion and not all. This may seem challenging, but when you accept the point that we are, in fact, all one and that all events as they seem to unfold are all part of the Divine Plan, then how can you not be filled with love for all?

Gabrielle, thank you so much for joining me. This is unusual for me to have someone show up who I haven’t directly invited. To what do I owe this honor?
AA Gabrielle: Rob, you have, in fact, invited me, for I am always here. Yes, this is Archangel Gabrielle, Lily of Love, and that’s what I would like to talk to you about today — being the love. And it all starts with feeling the love.
As you said at the beginning of this meeting, today was a good day. It was easy to feel the love today when you have a three-year-old sitting in your lap, playing with the toys, laying on the living room floor playing with the balls, or swimming in the pool. This is what we often talk about when we speak of love, having your heart full. There is no greater peace in the world than at that moment.
It’s as simple as that. But we ask nothing more of you, suggest nothing more to you, than to put yourself into that feeling. Yes, it requires first a deep felt passion, compassion for yourself to be in that comfortable place where you can feel the love for others.
For your friends who are gathered here with you and earlier today, these are you peeps! This is your home. This is your family.
Your family can be anyone with whom you have a deep, heartfelt affection. This is the love of which we speak. This is the beginning of feeling the Divine Radiance of the Mother / the Father, and understanding what Unity really means. For do you not feel close to those for whom you have such feelings? This is the beginning of Unity.
In reality there is no such thing as separation. Unity is all there is; it is the One. It is all encompassing, which is why it is so often represented as a circle. You wrap your arms around all those for whom you have feelings of love, and your arms extend around the world and far, far beyond.
