Q&A with Yeshua on Being Present

[This is the Q&A portion of the channeling session with Yeshua that I posted last time.  The first part was channeled by me with our teammate Jo Ann asking the questions, and the second part was channeled by Jo Ann with Rachel asking the questions. I find this to be very helpful, practical guidance. I think you will agree. — Rob]

Part 1: (channeled by Rob)

Jo Ann: May we ask a question, Yeshi?

Yeshua: Certainly.

Jo Ann: Okay. So in terms of goal setting, [using the] creation formula, and so on, if I am understanding you correctly now and also based on the other materials we’ve studied, if we have a creation [project] that we wish to create, do we spend time envisioning what it will feel like, what it will look like, what it will mainly feel like, I guess, when it’s accomplished, and [then] create an action plan. But then, go into a meditation state, go into a listening state, for guidance on the next steps.

I’m trying to make sure I understand the relationship, or the sequence, or the process for creation, which is visioning in the future, and visioning action steps to accomplish that, and then listening for guidance on what those action steps should be and what the next process should be.

Yeshua: This is exactly so. Again, there is nothing wrong with — and, in fact, we encourage you all — to envision what it is that you desire. And all the experiences in your life have brought you to the point of being able to discern better what it is that you want and what it is that you do not want, so that you may envision better that future state. Feel it. Allow that emotion to come, that feeling of gratitude, thankfulness, joy for that state.

But as you just said, entering into that state of complete presence opens you to receiving the guidance on what is the best way to get to that state. So very often, when you are creating your action plan, if the actions that you are choosing to take are not in complete alignment with getting you to that point, then you are in some way inhibiting your own progress towards that goal.

I would suggest, first, you enter into the state of complete presence within your own heart, completely centered to just be. Allow and let the guidance on what actions to take to come to you while in that state of complete receptivity. Be patient. Allow it to unfold, and it surely will.

Does this answer your question?

Jo Ann: Yes, and it also brings up another question … or maybe a statement of understanding. I read often that before you go to bed, if you will write the question that you want an answer to, and then sleep and, in the morning, just go into a meditative state, the answer will often come. That is, I think, some of what we’re saying here, also.

Yeshua: It is. So often, in that sleep state, or more appropriately, in that half-sleep state, you are already naturally in that state of centeredness, of being present. You are not yet encumbered by the thoughts of the day. This is when you are completely in a state of receptivity. This is why the suggestions are to do exactly as you suggested, at that time of day. But that does not mean you cannot enter into that state consciously at any point during the day. Yes, it will require practice.

Does that suffice?

Jo Ann: Yes. Thank you. Thank you, Yeshi.

Archangel Uriel on Being a Bridge to Nova Earth

[This message is Archangel Uriel’s welcome address for The Bridge to Nova Earth webinar on 25 October 2025, but it’s applicable to all, whether you attended the webinar or not. — Rob]

Archangel Uriel: Greetings, all. This is Uriel, the Bearer of the Silver Flame of Illumination, Bringer of the Future.

Rob asked me to come in today to welcome you all to this gathering. But I would like to say thank you. Thank you, all, for accepting your role at this time, this pivotal time in the history of humanity for this will be a time noted as one of the most significant in the history of humanity, and each of you are assuming your role as the creators that you are.

Make no mistake, life is not happening TO you. It’s happening FOR you. YOU are the creators. What happens next? You decide what comes next.

There is no one that need empower you to do this. You have always had that within you, that Divine Authority. You are part of the Divine. Use that Divine Authority consciously! In large part, that’s what today is about, for you to recognize who you are, why you are here. It’s events such as these that’s why you came.

So in order to make room for the new — what Rob and Jen have decided to call the “societal systems” — yes, there will be a loss and a sense of grieving, not just of family members, those who choose to cross over, but of the actual societal structures, the old structures that have become so familiar to you. But make no mistake, any of those structures that were built on the old energy of separation and duality cannot survive much longer going into the future that is characterized by harmony and unity, going to the higher vibrations, the higher dimensions.

So yes, there will be a sense of loss, of having to let go of what is old but no longer serves. No matter how you react to that, it’s okay. It is human to feel that loss. Allow yourself that time, those emotions; it’s all part of the process.

But in that, ask yourself, do you really want those structures that don’t reflect, ultimately, the Mother’s Divine Plan. So many of you know [that] it’s always appropriate to apply the Mother’s Litmus Test: if it doesn’t feel like love, then don’t proceed. So ask yourself as you go about your daily life, and you’re witnessing the challenges, the seeming chaos around you, do these structures adhere to that test? Do they feel like love? Do they feel like they are working for everyone? For we are all equal. You are all equal. You’re all creations of the One.

So whatever system we land on, moving forward, must work for everyone.

Archangel Uriel: The Emptiness of No Separation Leads to the Fullness of Unity

[This channeling explains what happens after one accepts the wisdom of my previously posted channeling (from El Morya) on Separation. We are, indeed, on the cusp of a new world … as soon as we accept that WE are the ones creating it!  — Rob]

Rob: So Uriel, based on this conversation with my teammates, I am thinking about this idea of feeling empty or of entering into a state of emptiness. Maybe you can talk a bit about that, if you would please?

Archangel Uriel: Greetings, all. This is Uriel, the Bringer of the Future, the Anchor of the Now. I offered the title this time, which I don’t normally do, simply to make the point that whatever it is that you are doing now is laying the foundation for the future. Whatever it is that you want in the future, you are deciding right now.

And as you were just explaining, as you progress through your understanding of the reality of your existence, of why you are here, and you start to accept what I will call the more advanced concepts of understanding — the nature of separation, the nature of unity, and how those two are related — you get to a point of questioning all that is existing in your life, in your former life, based on the ideas of separation.

As you all know, there is no such thing in reality. So if it is not real, then why are you doing this? And as you start to accept the truth that separation is an illusion, and yet you are living in a realm, existing within a realm, of duality based on separation, then it can be disconcerting, perhaps even confusing. But what do you do with that, with that understanding? How do you now live your life with the understanding that what you are seeing in front of you is not real? What is, then, real?

And you just characterized this as entering into a state of emptiness, a state of, some would say, confusion. Others would simply say nothingness. And I would remind you that Stillpoint is that state of nothingness, but also that state of complete openness, where anything, ANYTHING is possible! From here, from that place of Stillpoint, all creation is possible, whatever it is that you dream.

So that place of emptiness is the launch point for the future, for whatever it is that you want. Whether that be radical change or subtle change does not matter. Take the opportunity to envision what it is that you want, for it is all open, completely unencumbered by your beliefs of the old, based on separation.

So once you can let go of the separation, the feeling that you must be separate from others [and anything else], then everything is possible. Yes, from that place of unity consciousness, you are all the same. No one is better than another; no one is worse than another. You are all one.

It’s coming to that point of realization. The emptiness of no separation leads to the fullness of unity.

Yeshua on Being “Empty” and the Potential for Creation

Rob: All right, so we know this is going to be Yeshua. He always greets me with a big smile!

So I was starting to get impressions of bits and pieces of things as my teammates and I were talking, so I guess I’ll just allow you to continue on with that. Thank you for joining us all again. Over to you.

Yeshua: Well, hello again, everyone. It’s been such a long time! 🙂

So carrying on with the theme of the day, the whole idea of putting yourself into a state that is conducive to creation, to decision making, to following your guidance, I would suggest a simple word would be “emptiness.” Empty yourself of all expectations, of all thoughts about what should be. Just allow. Emptiness is a state of complete allowance, where you are seemingly contributing nothing.

You have remarked several times in the past, Rob, about coming to times when you’ve noticed that you are devoid of emotions (or you feel that you are devoid of emotions), and you have characterized it as being numb. This is actually a state where you are at the threshold of creation.

You greet it as a time of confusion, that you’re not sure what to make of that [and] “How can that be?” But I would suggest this is the state where you are very near the state that allows creation to happen. You are emptying yourself of expectations of what should be. You are setting aside your own ideas, your own mental, egoic ideas about the way life should be, and you’re just allowing. Yes, it feels from the ego’s perspective like you are numb.

But, on the contrary, you are emptying yourself of all those past thoughts, letting go of the old, as you were discussing this morning. And once you let that go, you find yourself in a state of emptiness.

Remember, creation happens within Stillpoint. And what is Stillpoint? It is that state of complete nothingness where everything is possible from that point on. If in your life, you can get to a point where you just allow whatever comes, without expectations, without emotional reaction, one way or the other, that all events as they happen are perfect, and you are perfectly content to allow that to be as it is meant to be, then you find yourself in a position of bringing into your life that which is for the highest good of you and of all concerned. It seems a paradox, but it is true.

So when these times of numbness, as you call it, occur, just allow. Be thankful that you are on the threshold of creation, that this is why you’ve come. Embrace it! Be thankful. Be grateful for being in that living state of Stillpoint. Open yourself to what comes next, with no expectations of how that should unfold … and watch the miracles happen! You will not be disappointed.

I think this is the time of just allowing that to settle in. Think on that. Consider what that could mean, not just for this potential class that is coming up (your webinar), but for any point in your life, for all decisions big or small. Empty yourself and just allow and accept whatever comes.

St Germaine on the Power of the I AM Presence

[We are posting this on behalf of one of our teammates, who wishes to remain anonymous. It’s such a beautiful and powerful message, we just had to share it! Enjoy! — Rob and Jennifer]

St Germaine: Yes, my child, it is I, Saint Germaine. You have called me to talk to you, and here I am! [chuckles] … with all of my flowing violets and purples. I am the keeper of the I Am Presence, Keeper the Violent Flame, the flame that will torch all from your presence that you do not wish. You, my child, like many, do not really utilize this flame, but it was always there. But we digress.

You wanted to know, I believe, about the I Am Presence. I am that I am, and I am the keeper of the I Am Presence. So what does that mean, my child? It means there is One, one God, one being, one universe, one creation. And that is the, let’s say, large I AM. It is the presence of God. It is the presence of life. It is the presence of everything rolled into those simple words, I Am that I Am.

You, my child, and all of your colleagues, all of you on this planet Earth, are part of the I Am that I Am, a portion of this. You are all a portion, a piece of the one true God, the one universe, the one energy that is the beginning, the end, the middle of All.

When we say, I AM!, you are calling forth the energy of the Most High, the energy of the God, the Mother, the angels, the energy of all. And when you say, I Am that I Am, you, my child, are saying I am a part of this eternal energy. You are a part of the Divine. You are a part of the one source, the one energy, the one creation, and with that comes enormous, enormous abilities!

You have, my child, so much at your fingertips! So much, and yet, mankind misuses this. You say, “I am fat. I am poor. I am not good at relationships. I’m awful at this or that.” My child, why would you call the power of God, the power of the Mighty, the power of the Infinite, into something that you do not want? It has been the greatest mystery for me!

And I, too, have lived on planet Earth, as you know. I have experienced it. I have said it. I, too, have walked that narrow path of incorrectness.

You are calling. When you say, I Am that I Am, you are saying, I call forth the power of the Almighty, the power of the Divine, the power of the One, the power of the universe — I Am that I Am — into my sphere, into my ability, into my energy. And, my child, anything, anytime you say “I am”, you must, must precede it with what you wish to create. You must create it with what you wish to create.

You say, “I want to be thin. I want to be a perfect size.” Then you say, “But I am fat. I am someone with fat genes. I am someone that can’t control myself when it comes to sugar.” My child, it is a dichotomy. When you are calling forth the energy of the Divine to help create something, make sure that what you are calling forth and what you want to create are in line or in synchrony with what you want to create and then call forth the presence of God. Breathe it into that creation. Breathe it into that copy. Breathe it in, my child!

Now, you mentioned Wayne Dyer, a very gifted spiritual teacher of your time, very connected, very wise, very learned. And he said, as you have just explained to your colleagues, when you say, breathe in “I Am,” you’re breathing in the energy of the One, and you’re breathing out that I Am. You are bringing that energy into yourself, that I Am is breathing it out, that One Source magnificent energy becoming you, and breathing out your divinity, your creative power.

So my child, I leave you with this message: be extraordinarily careful when you utter those sacred words. Make sure that what’s on the other end of those sacred words are what you want to be, of what you want to create, of what you want to contribute to the world. These are powerful, powerful gifts of the Holy Spirit, of the One God, of the one creation. You are gifted. You and your colleagues blessed to know the importance. Follow these. Follow the I Am.

And don’t forget, my child, to use my Violent Flame. You suffer knee pain now. Have you used the Violent Flame to calm it? No. Why not? Why not?! It’s there to heal. It is in the palm of your hands. It is your forehead. Use my Violet Flame to heal, my child.

We have given you so many tools. And this is not meant as a criticism; it is meant as more of a fact. It is a fact. We have given you so many tools, and they lay in a book, in notes. My child, use the power given to you. You are divinity. Recognize it. Recognize what passes through your hands and your lips. Make sure it is a creation, the kind of creation, that you wish.

But my main guidance to you is be careful what you speak. There’s an old saying in your world that I heard with humor: From your lips to God’s ears. It is very much like this, my child. It is very much like this. It’s not exactly the same metaphor, but what you speak out, the universe listens to. And when you say, “I am that,” you are invoking the power of God to make this happen.

So I take my leave, wishing you good speed and careful use of your words. Farewell.

Sanat Kumara on the Nature of Change

Rob: So as I’m opening myself to Sanat Kumara and thinking about Change, and the Universal Laws in general, I’m not seeing myself in my normal landscape. It’s, like, we’re out in space. We’re out in the universe. … Okay.

Sanat Kumara: Greetings, all. This is Sanat Kumara, Raj, here to talk to you today about this whole notion of change. As you well know, change is constant. There is no such thing as any period of no change. If you were in a period of no change, you would not be alive. You would not be here. There is no existence without that, for everything is in constant motion. And of course, anything in motion is constantly changing, be it its own state [or] its surroundings. It doesn’t matter.

Humans have this tendency to want things to stay in a place of comfort and, therefore, in a place where things do not change, but this just doesn’t work. That idea is not real. Of course there’s change.

And as you are progressing further along the path towards Ascension, the change that’s upon you is all for the better. Yes, as you’ve been discussing, there could be some turmoil in the process. It may feel uncomfortable, but as you also know, the discomfort comes from your resistance. Just allow. Allow it to unfold as it must, operating completely on the faith that the result of this change will be so much better than what you’ve experienced up to this point.

But that whole notion of experience, [i.e.] what you’ve experienced, is viewed from the perspective of the physical world. Yes, that will seem very chaotic, but if you view all these events from the higher perspective, from the spiritual perspective, from the viewpoint of heaven, if you will, then all of this is such a time of joy, of understanding that this is the time of transition to a much better state for humanity, for the planet! This is the birth of Nova Gaia, of Nova Society, of Nova Humanity. Think of all of the possibilities.

You have already experienced that this is a time of accelerating creation. You are all feeling very creative about the possibilities of the future. That’s for a reason. This is a time of creation of the new. Allow yourself to dream, to dream all those things that you thought were impossible before, or at least difficult. The entire universe is lining up behind you to bring you whatever it is that you desire.

So allow yourself to feel what your life could be, what the universe could bring you if you only removed your own barriers standing in the way of all that you desire.

So while this is a time of change, allow yourself to believe in your heart that the change can work FOR you. Yes, all of the systems that you’ve known, that you’ve grown up with, that you’ve lived through, they’re crumbling, but not in the way of utter destruction, but [rather] in the way of birthing something new.

And as you all know, any birth involves the pains of labor, but that is temporary, soon to be replaced by the joy of the new birth of the new being come into creation. Focus on that. Allow THAT to happen. And yes, feel grateful for it, for your part in it. Be grateful for yourselves for persevering and for the whole universe for allowing you this opportunity, for it is an opportunity.

Not everyone who wanted to participate in this challenge was allowed to come, was enabled to come. You were chosen for a reason. Be grateful for that, just as we are grateful to you for your own internal fortitude, for finding your way through all of this seeming chaos. Just allow and all will be well.

Higher Self, Sam-u-el, on New Beginnings

[I channeled this just after getting the news that there was a high likelihood that my part-time employment with the Federal Government would come to an end, ultimately as a result of the government-wide down-sizing.  All my spiritual tools and teammates were advising me that this is simply an opportunity for new beginnings, so I asked my Higher Self for guidance on that.  And then, on Tuesday of this past week, I was informed that Thursday would be my last day … after more than 40 years of service.  It’s now done, but it’s all good! — Rob]

Rob: okay, Sam-u-el, what do you have to say about new beginnings?

Sam-u-el: Welcome again, Rob. Yes, this is Sam-u-el, yourself.

Before I address your question, I just want to say that you should really take a moment and consider the fact that given the news that you’ve received this week, how much different you are receiving this, what might seem to be bad news, in an entirely different light than you would perhaps a year ago. Think of the progress that you’ve made, in that this is just another happening, just something else to experience, to live through.

You’re not upset by it. You’re adjusting your thinking accordingly. This is something to be proud of, the progress you’ve made.

Now to your question of the whole idea of upcoming in the future the new beginnings. It is a time of new beginnings. Yes, through this transition —and as you well know, you are not through the point of full transition, but it has certainly begun — but you are now considering what happens on the other end, what happens for you, what happens for your relationship with all others.

This IS a time of new beginnings, and yet at the same time, I would also point out that irrespective of what’s happening in the external world, outside of yourself, every day is a day of new beginnings, if you simply allow yourself to experience it that way. But yes, given where we are in the history of humanity, this is a momentous time, with lots and lots of new beginnings, new opportunities, and you may participate in those as much as you feel comfortable.

It’s just a time of — as the card said — socializing, meeting new friends, establishing new relationships, as you potentially (at this point) transition away from one aspect of your life, i.e. what you have known for much of your life as your relationships with the people at work. Some of those will continue. Again, it’s as much as you choose to hold on to those relationships, to nurture them and allow them to continue on. And we encourage you to do so.

So view this as a time of excitement. Anything is possible at this point. And based on where you all are, i.e. all of humanity, this is a time for creation, for creating the new. It will soon be upon you, [i.e.] the time to decide that the way society has run up to this point is not what you want for the future.

So now is the time to create the new — yes, using the Creation Formula. Think about what it is that you want, how you want society to behave, to interact with you, each of you individually, and yet all of you, collectively. What is your vision?

Germain on Why We Won’t Fall Into Atlantis Trap

Rob: I’m seeing Saint Germaine as much younger and wearing purple. And I have that vision of the pyramid on Atlantis, the Temple of the Violet Flame.  We’re going to just sit here on the top step of the temple.

Okay, St Germaine, you’ve heard the question from the discussion with my teammates. What’s going to prevent us this time from falling into the same traps that we fell into previously on Atlantis?

St Germaine: Greetings, all! Yes, this is Saint Germaine, here on the temple steps, the Temple of the Violet Flame, where we have all met before. You, Rob, in particular, remember the ceremonies here, the initiation.

[Regarding] your question about what is different this time around, there are several factors, the primary of which is that now you (”humanity”) know better. You’ve learned.

At the time of Atlantis, before the sinking, the final sinking — it took several tries. The first time, it largely split in half. The second time, it broke into smaller islands. And the final time, it completely inundated — not that all traces of the Atlantean culture were gone at the time; there were pockets that remained, that survived.

But what is it about now that offers any kind of an assurance that we won’t repeat the same thing again? And I am here to tell you that, while it may not seem that way by outward appearances, the light energy held by the vast majority of humanity is higher now than it has been since well before the sinking of Atlantis. Yes, you have a tremendous amount of programming that tells you otherwise, that makes you doubt yourselves, but at your core, at the point of your soul, your light energy is higher now than it has been in many, many, many millennia.

You are ready for change. The vast majority of humanity wants change. But the thing about change is it always feels like such turmoil, such turbulence, in the process of that change. But when you strip all of that away, all of that programming, all of that conditioning to keep you pushed down, to keep you enslaved in one form or another, underneath all of that, you are ready. You want the change, and it is surely happening.

It is certainly the Mother’s Divine Plan that it happen now. This is the time of prophecy. This is the beginning of that transition, biblically known as the 1000 years of peace. It is happening. It will happen, and you will see that. You will see it arise.

So I would ask you not to put too much of your attention on what could go wrong, but focus instead on what it is that you want and trust that the rest of humanity will come with you. This is why you are here. It’s why you volunteered to come here at this time, to do YOUR part, to express YOUR vision of what it is that you want society to be, the relationships among all peoples to be, and it will surely happen as a result. It is well on the way.

I would suggest even that where we are headed is a return to the energy levels that existed even prior to Atlantis, or to the beginning of Atlantis, to the time of Lemuria. That was a society in a 5th dimensional reality. But you are moving even beyond that, and going to the higher dimensions, yet still, ultimately to the 7th, to the realm of Christ Consciousness on Earth.

It is all possible, and we ask you to lend your energy, your vision, your trust, that that will all come to pass. Let your imaginations run wild, for everything is on the table. Whatever it is that you want Nova Earth to be, it is in the making. It is in the forming, and it is ready to hear what your desires are, ready to bring that to fruition.

It is such an exciting time. We are absolutely thrilled at the progress humanity, as a whole, is making and for your individual efforts in seeing that come to pass. Again, open yourselves to the possibilities. Do not restrict yourself based on what you see outside, or what you think is possible. There are no limitations. The only limitations are what you yourselves place on that. Again, give yourself the freedom to run wild. Hop on that dragon and see where it takes you! 😉

Archangel Mikael on Patience in Seeing Creations Come to Fruition

[This may be a time ripe for manifesting whatever we want, but it’s also a time to practice our skills in patience! 😉 — Rob]

Rob: Getting Archangel Mikael. He’s just coming up next to me, putting his arm around me, like, “Come on, let’s have a chat.”

So Mikael, you’ve heard our team conversation about this being a time of creation; you know what’s on our mind. Is there anything you’d like to share, like to add … even a kick in the pants?! … He’s chuckling.

AA Mikael: Thank you, Rob. Thank you for inviting me this day into your circle once again. As you often say, you do so much better when you’re with your friends. I would concur.

So with regard to the questions you have, the concerns you have about what is happening next in your life with all of the offerings that you continue to make — and might I add that we, the entire Company of Heaven are so pleased with all that you continue to do — don’t ever think that these offerings, as you call them, are in any way small. We advocate to you, we encourage you, all, to dream big. You are SO capable of so much more!

But also understand that what you are offering each and every day in your own way is much bigger than you think.

With regard to your questions about what comes next, I would suggest PATIENCE! … Patience, dear Rob. This is only just starting. Well, in many respects, the transition that is happening on planet now has been going on for a very long time. But with respect to your particular offerings, yes, you answered our call. You had a revelation [about writing a book about the Infinity Keys], and you acted on it. We can ask nothing more of you. And you have brought it to fruition, and it is a fabulous piece of work. Patience!

The issue that so many are facing right now, in this particular time, [is] we are entering in (and we have already entered in) a tremendous period of chaos. And all “chaos” means is [that] things are changing. It feels like chaos to humans on planet, but it really just means the whole system of what you are used to is changing. You are changing. What used to light your fire, to fuel your passion, is changing. The underlying desire to be of service to others, to be of service to Heaven, is always there — has always been — but how that manifests will change. It doesn’t mean you abandon any of your previous passions, but how they manifest for you may be different.

So many folk are feeling the turmoil of that change, what you call chaos, and it is making them uneasy … naturally so. And they aren’t feeling the pull necessarily to attend webinars or other sessions that speak about the peace of Heaven, because they aren’t feeling that at the moment. They feel uneasy. It’s all okay. It’s all part of the natural process.

Continue to offer to be that lighthouse, that beacon of light and hope, and that light will find its way to those who need it, to those who are ready.

And I am here to tell you that once events transpire to the point that we tip beyond that tipping point, the floodgates will open, and you — all of you — will be questioning why were you ever worried about this in the first place!

So if I leave you with nothing else today, let me reiterate patience, trust, and at the end of the day, just feel into the love. Your offering at the end of the day is an expression of helping others find the love within themselves, that that is who they are. And that message is timeless. It’s eternal. It’s infinite. And you can never go wrong with that.
