Jen: Well, I’m glad to be back after a week or more of not channeling, I don’t have any burning questions. I’m very excited about the possibility of sharing an office space, in my town. Just excited about being present in the community and more available, maybe having a Spirit Cafe in person on a regular basis. I might as well start with that. Let’s see who would like to address this, this new emergence in my life.
I’m hearing Mama, Mother, would you like to come and speak with me? I’m getting teased for saying things three times in some of my prayers, because she’s saying, “I’m with you, I’m with you, I’m with you.” And that answers another question I had, which is this humor, [is it] essentially from the Divine Masculine? But She’s trying to be funny too! Okay, just a sec, Mama.
Divine Mother: We are having to thread our way through the bubbles of excitement within your field. We are most happy for you to be seeing this new growth in a way that is so exciting to you and so motivating and so encouraging. Yes, this woman who you spoke with today, being a great opportunity for you to connect with someone who you have long known. And the the speaking of my name, “Divine Mother”, was a code between you, and you felt it at the time, and you heard it.
So you are navigating beautifully, and you are finding your way, and yes, there are always unknowns. But you are not cringing at the unknown or tying yourself up in knots, wondering whether to or not to. You are trusting your owner inner feeling of propelling yourself forward to God, to be that which is for your greatest good and the greatest good of all others.
So you see, you are not doubting your choices, your steps, the doors opening to you are the doors which you are happy to dance through. So we are very pleased for you, and very grateful to you for being steadfast in your vision, your desire to be of service in this way. Yes, you have your several hats, and it is valuable and well worthwhile to be an active grandmother, to be a steadfast and ever-expanding companion to your soulmate. It is very valuable to be a mother, still, and a daughter-in-law to one as ancient and wonderful as the one you have in your life. But of course, there is this part of you that wants to be you, just you.
There’s this part of you that wants to create and to grow and to offer all you contain, all that you have. You have a very deep well of experience, you have much nutrients, if it can be said that way, waters that are sacred, waters that are life-giving, waters that are full of nutrition, metaphorically, for all who you encounter, and it is your joy to pour this forth, to draw this forth, and to share the cup. This is what you came for, most of all, because it is core to your own being. We are happy for you. It is all a grand adventure.
And if you have a question in your mind, it has to do with, “Is there enough time?” So let us look at this for a moment. Is there enough? Any “is there enough” question comes back to your belief in lack. Can there be a belief in lack of time?
It would be more fruitful for you if you questioned whether this was the right time, not whether there will be enough time, but “Is this the right time?” Or perhaps wait a day or two, or perhaps wait a month or two. You wonder, “Is this the right time to start the Ascended Self Master Series?” You are in preparation stage. It will flower when it is ready. It may surprise you. It can accelerate quickly, or it can slow down. Either of these things is possible, and it has not yet been decided.
So live each moment in Presence— that is where the juice is, that is where the life is, and all other experiences will be added unto that moment. You will grow from moment to moment, proceed, move, dance. Just as in a dance, sometimes you take two steps sideways, and then two steps in the other direction, and then you spin forward, then you jump back. It is all a dance.
You do not need to line up your days the way you are used to, sequentially, carefully divided, like inches in a ruler. No. Just live, just live, and you will find that there is time for everything that you dearly, dearly want to experience. It may look different than you thought. A trip to Madrid may be a video instead of a week. This is fine. Things may come together in a different way than you envision, and this is fine, but there will be time for everything that matters, everything with heart.
Everything that has your love and desire infused into it will take form. This is how we create. I create with my love and my desire, and so do you. So do not worry about when you will know, because it will be present with you. And you can always ask for clarification. “Is this the right time, Mother?” Ask me, and I will say, “Never a better” or “Perhaps, wait just a bit.” I’ll be happy to advise you. You are just learning to trust time, your time, living time, not constructed time.
Jen: Thank you, Mother, this is so wonderful, to talk with you. I feel you so clearly and strongly and warmly.
Divine Mother: I do so greatly love all my children. That is what it is to be Mother, to be Divinity. I’m so glad you’re experiencing this now.
Jen: Thank you Mama.
Divine Mother: Thank you Rob for your role as Witness, as Brother. It is a sacred role. I will visit with you again anytime. Just ask.
Jen: I don’t feel like I’m made out of the same molecules as I was.

In our two years on Zoom we have covered many fascinating spiritual topics and shared valuable insights from all of our diverse perspectives as spiritual beings living human lives on the ascending Planet Earth at this amazing time.
Jennifer: Babylon. Babble On! I’m curious about the word “timelines,” some of the different things that it could mean, how it’s changing now from what it was, say, 10 years ago. How it’s going to change? I’m just waiting to see who… So, I’m going to channel my own Whole Self.
This in interesting because my husband was walking across the ceiling, the floor upstairs, going from right to left, and I am sitting here talking to you guys and going across [this way, front to back]. And that was like an illustration of timelines intersecting.
My Whole Self: Yes, my love, we will begin. You are getting glimpses of this, inklings of this, snips and threads of this. It is that we do not experience time in the way that you do. So. If you wish to play with time, you do so for a limited period. It’ll be a snip or a snap, or it’ll be a long continuous road pathway that will last a very long time. They vary greatly in length. They can be initiated at any time. They can join up with others. They can diverge. They can renew themselves, rebirth themselves. They can come to a finite end, which is infinite. So it can either rebirth or it can stay in a stopping point .
You are beginning to glimpse the fluidity of what is to come and the ways that you will begin to experience life. It will be very much all around you. It will be very much from your point of choice. So, just as now, you are meeting with your friends on Zoom, this is an intersecting of a timeline which you have created. And you have created this timeline. It has been going for several years, and it goes and then it takes a pause, and then it goes again. And it takes a pause and it goes again. So this is an illustration of one kind of timeline.
There are other timelines where you sit at your computer and you have a different meeting, and that is an intersecting through your device of a different timeline, but they can communicate with one another through you, through your presence in that timeline.
There are also infinite choices of pathways which you choose to take, some of them short and some of them long. Some of them last for years. Some of them will last the rest of your life, and some of them are merely for a few moments. You chase after a butterfly on a beautiful green slope of grass and moss and and then it is gone. And you go about your day. So you see you are skipping timelines. You are skipping between them in a beautiful dancing pattern. None of them are exclusive. There are others which can intersect that energy which you have left behind, if you have moved on. Someone else may come across that butterfly.
You see, it is that you are used to thinking of time as finite, and you are used to thinking of lines as stable, rigid and going from past to future, one common human timeline. You use this as a device to understand your past and your future, to understand your stories, to place them in context and in sequence. However, that is not how life is actually lived. That is a human construct.
As you know, it is actually much more fluid. Think about mapping an ocean, a part of an ocean. And this little creature swims this way, and this one swims this way, and this one comes down for a little while and soaks and goes up again and leaves. And this same space is traversed in many ways by many forms of life, many forms of expression.
And you can take the same event, which you create over and over again, such as when you have a Zoom meeting and you do your channeling together. You are taking the same thread and you are creating a new construction with it. You see so lines are not necessarily straight. They can be wavy, or they can be entwined and entangled in a beautiful way, sometimes in a frustrating way.
When you repeat an experience and you say, “Oh, here goes that energy again. I really can’t stand it when that happens.” Or, “Oh, no, we’re having an argument about the same old thing,” that would be more of a negative entanglement, but nevertheless, you have subconsciously drawn it to you by your thoughts and your desires and your beliefs.
So your I Am Presence, which [one of your team mates] so beautifully discussed earlier with St. Germaine, your I Am Presence is choosing each moment. As another one says, “moment by moment by moment”, where to play in space and time, because you still perceive in space and time. For us, it is much more fluid and it fluctuates, it fluctuates and it flows and it moves and it disperses.
You will become used to the more fluid expression of it. But for now, think of it a little bit like ribbons, of all different colors and textures, all filling a room, stitched together in different ways, bending back on themselves and meeting another color, tied up here with this one, and then flowing over to that other corner and meeting another one.
And it is as though each of you have, you are, a timeline, in the sense that, as you experience life you create a trail. You create a trail ahead of yourself, of your desire. You create a trail behind yourself, of your experience. But you see, these are all much more multiple than you experience it in your [everyday life]…well, the way that you grew up thinking about your experience.
You’re now beginning to expand on this, and it’s very exciting for us to experience it with you, within you, from inside you. Congratulations for all your new discoveries and all your new understandings, and we are most excited for you.

Speaking of time, we thought it would be interesting to bring time into our conversation, specifically timelines – what are they? How do they affect us? How do we affect them? As always, the conversation will take us where it wants us to go.

Note: In late April I lost a favorite uncle suddenly. It really threw me off. I was looking for balance between sadness for me and joy for him in his new life in the higher realms. I was seeking a way to stay in the love and not the loss. One of the Archangels stepped in beautifully in this channeling… such grace. Jennifer
Jen: Things have been coming just fast and furiously, but I’ve been more graceful about it and I feel good about that. I feel very grateful for all the love and support. And I feel like channeling is just the sweetest way in the world to connect and to bathe in the energies, shower in the energies, just absorb them.
I guess this is Sponge Bob. Sponge Rob, Sponge Bobbette, Sponge Bob, feminine. Which Sponge Bob do you want to be? Sponge Bob with angels’ wings? Oh, God.
Anyway, funny things have been happening. Humor is wonderful. So, who wants to channel with me? ( I feel like Jon Stewart doing the State of the State of the State of the State of the State of things!)
Okay, so where’s this humor coming from? Who’s infusing me? It’s Jophiel. All right. Thank you, Jophiel!
Archangel Jophiel: We are most pleased that you have noticed us. We have not been able to speak for a while, and we do so much enjoy it. Thank you for opening to our energies and to the impulses of humor that I was sending.
Humor is definitely a wonderful way for you to ground and attune, both, to the higher frequencies. So it is a little bit like lightning. It originates in the sky and it goes to ground. So humor originates in a higher vibration, and it grounds itself through the wonderful human experiences that you have, where you can laugh at yourselves and you can laugh gently and lovingly with one another and surprise yourselves and surprise each other and find the paradox, find the unusual juxtapositions which bring a chuckle.
We are participating frequently in the frequencies of humor, and we know that you also enjoy this, and you are learning now the value of it in all situations. Even death has its humorous moments, has its great jokes. Certainly getting old has its humor, and it is one of the grace notes of elderly people that they find much to chuckle about. But when you are having your sorrow, your gray days, your rainy days within your own energy system, just be, just be.
Trying to struggle against the energies is counterproductive. Just be with what is, because What Is is always good at that moment, and, because What Is is All That Is. And we know that All That Is is good, is God. We are not talking about good versus bad, or good versus evil. We are talking about What IS and What Is is Life, What Is is Love.
And you know when you struggling or when you are off-base, or you not sure which way to turn, align with love. Where is the love in this situation? You’re upset with somebody, you’re apt to want to judge them. Where is the love in this situation? Just ask yourselves over and over, “Where is the love? Where is the love in the situation?” and your heart will lead you to compassion. Your heart will lead you to humility. Your heart will lead you to stretch a hand out to another in understanding that the human condition is something all of you are experiencing, and have for many, many lifetimes.
You’re all quite expert at being human, and now you are at the point where you can begin to let the light in to even your most human moments, when you doubt yourselves, when you feel lost, when you feel uncertain, when you feel hurt, when you feel sad. You’re learning to let the light in.
Ask yourself, Where is the love you lost [when you lost] your Uncle? Where is the love? There is so much love, so much love. Don’t worry about the parts of the relationship that were not resolved completely. All relationships have these. You can continue to have a Higher Self to Higher Self conference on this. Or you can speak to your Uncle Bob directly.
Each of you can speak to a loved one, present or not present, physical or not physical, you can speak to them in your hearts, send the energy and it will be received. You will find that it relieves all relationships, all types of relationships. When you are able to speak from your heart, love flows naturally.
When you say, “Be in the flow,” it is, be in the flow of love. It’s not a flow of anything else. How could it be? Be in the flow of love. Be with What Is and know that you are love. What is is love? All that IS is love.

Just a note to introduce this new kind of channeling. Some of us – Rob, Roxanne, me and Rachel – have been experimenting for a while with simultaneous channeling. None of us have ever heard of this before, but we started by individually centering and then gathering around a focal point, a fire in the center of a circle, so we call these sessions “Council Fires”. Then a conversation emerges between all parties, our human selves and the Beings whose energy is coming through us.On this day, I was completely surprised to be channeling a Native American entity who called himself Red Bird. Later I looked up the name, and Wikipedia had a write-up and a painting of Chief Red BirdHow interesting to have this happen! We are all so much more complex and amazing than we know. Jennifer: So, I’m climbing down a ladder into a kiva. It’s a beautiful excavated Earth structure, combination of above ground, below ground. It’s a long ladder down into it from a little hole at the top. It’s just beautiful. You look up and you see sky, you look around you, and there’s a circle of people, people that you care about, people that you love, that you respect and admire, and just that are part of you, that are part of your family, part of your community.
Rob: I’ve been watching a YouTube channel [with] a guy named The Trek Plannerwho’s traveling through and doing a three part series on Chaco Canyon, and he was going into the kivas and showing everybody what they looked like back in the day.
Jennifer: Cool. Well, it may look like that for you or maybe look different, but I was just getting the the name of Chief Red Bird. I I don’t know if that’s me or someone else, if that’s who I used to be or who I’m gonna channel. How about you, Rachel?
Rachel: I’m just sitting just yet. I’m not ready. I’m sitting with my mother. I’m at my bench. I don’t see the visuals the same way you guys do. I’m not sure yet, so I’m just going to continue to sit if that’s okay.
Rob: If we’re going to be in a kiva, then I guess I should invite Wakanataka.
Jennifer: Oh, how fun to create a gathering of our own, where we can share our thoughts, which we are already doing in the kiva of our Zoom Room. So let us all invite whoever we would like to to be with us in this circle.
Rachel: Mother Mary.
Jennifer: Wonderful. I was just seeing her. That’s beautiful.
Mother Mary: Hello all. It’s Mother Mary. It’s nice to be with you today in this moment, in this time.
Chief Red Bird: Welcome all. This is Chief Red Bird, rather a surprise for Jennifer. It is a role which she herself played a great many lifetimes ago. She was very happy in this role at that time, and lived to a great old age, not particularly famous, but a lifetime in which great wisdom was stored, and the wisdom of what it is to live in community, what it is to love one another and support one another and to take one’s challenges together in a group, to help one another and to celebrate one another for all of the joys that life brings. All was shared equally and abundantly and openly. People did not hide from one another. People were transparently and openly who they were, knowing they were part of the group, accepted as part of the group, and cherished and honored in equal measure. We enjoyed one another greatly, and it was a grand adventure.
Rob: This is Wakanataka. This one invited me in, and I thank you all for allowing me to join you. Was just commenting to Rob that there are no coincidences. He has recently been drawn to watching shows about life in such a community is this, with the kiva at the center as the gathering point for the community, not just for spiritual-oriented events, although All of life was far more spiritual in those communities, but for any community gathering. It was the multi purpose room, if you will, a place to gather and share, just to be with each other, much as you are gathered here today. So again, thank you.
Mother Mary: This is Mother Mary. It’s delightful to be with you as we sit together in this joyful community. Jennifer, you had time in this place. And Jennifer, no— Rob and Rachel, your paths have crossed in different times, different dimensions, not necessarily in this one. But isn’t it a wonderful place to be? And that you all can commune together no matter where the location, time and space, dimension, and just be one in the love, in the love of being together.
Red Bird: Yes, in the sharing of wonder, the sharing of experience, the sharing of dreams, the sharing of memories, even from other places and other times. We were, as you are now, able to open to many dimensions of ourselves, parallel lives. You can call them former or future, but truly, they are all parallel. And you can express yourself in the Now moment in many, many different ways, such as Jennifer is doing now in this moment, re-membering and re-vitalizing the energy of this one who lived so happily in an indigenous First Peoples community. But we brought with us much from our awarenesses of other times, other places, other experiences, even out into the stars, which was the topic of your earlier communications.
We were most interested to hear that you are owning yourselves as being populous in so many different spaces, not just the earthly one. Your soul journey is vast. Your memories are so numerous, as numerous as the stars in the night sky or the grains of sand on a beach. They are so numerous that you will just trickle a few grains through your fingers, metaphorically, when you are remembering actively. It would be rather overwhelming to remember it all.
So, little by little, you add more to your knowledge of yourself, but you have in many lifetimes been leaders, each of you. You have been leaders because you are very old souls, and you have often incarnated into groups where your access to wisdom is a little more to the surface than others. You have deliberately veiled yourselves less heavily so that you could act as guide.
There are many instances where civilizations and groups of people have become lost for quite a long time, become confused, lost their way, and so many of you who have been with the planet since the beginning desire to come forward, willing to be in a leadership role, not always obviously, sometimes behind the scenes or in a quiet way, supportive, but in the still moments, you were supporting those who were making the decisions for the good of the whole and guiding them.
So I do share this so that you begin to get a glimpse of all that you are. You are so much more than you can begin to fathom. What a wonder that is!
Mother Mary: May I add, it’s wonderful to live in the wonder, isn’t it?
This last month in our channeling sessions the guidance of Trust, Surrender & Allow kept coming up. No matter what is happening in the turmoil around us, one or all of those choices will serve us best, individually or collectively. Here is the guidance that I got from AA Uriel on Trust, Surrender, and Allow.
AA Uriel: I’d like to add one point. So this group, this circle, is fond of reciting the expression to “Trust, Surrender and Allow.” I’d like to touch on the difference between surrender and allow. Of course, behind it all, in order to operate from this position of being in physicality, but fulfilling your portion of the divine plan, requires a tremendous amount of Trust.
You are trusting that even if you do not see the plan in its entirety, you know that it is there, and it is for the highest good of yourself and all involved. But the idea of surrender is simply you acknowledging, while in physical form, that you are not going to stand in the way. You are surrendering yourself to the higher plan based on that trust.
Whereas, Allowing says that you are not going to put anything in the way, that you are not going to erect any obstacles in the way, based most likely on your own ego’s perceptions of what is the right thing to do. That can be difficult to discern, we acknowledge. But as always, go into your heart and ask for guidance on what is the best for all concerned. And when you feel it, then you will know. I think that is enough for now. Thank you so much.

There is no question that change is happening in all facets of our lives, in our relationships and in society … and it can be very unsettling. The real question is how are we dealing with it? Or, better yet, as lightworkers, how are we putting ourselves in the right energy to transition to the new world where unity consciousness, compassion and concern for the common good prevail?
In our view, the answer lies in:
Trust, that all is happening according to Divine Plan;
Surrender, put aside our own ego’s desire to dictate the outcome and control how it unfolds;
Allow, determine not to put up any obstacles in the unfoldment of that Plan.

Channeling of a Unicorn, May 30th, 2025
Jennifer: So I’m floating on a float in the back pool with some lemonade in my hand, there may be beer in it -LOL.
Teammate: That water is cold.
Jennifer: Maybe I’m in Florida. Today, I’m just feeling relaxed. I’ve been kind of wondering what it would be like to channel Ukiel, who is my unicorn, just for fun. And I just noticed Ukiel coming in, kind of dipping his head, putting his hooves out in front of him and dipping down (laughs) at the edge of the pool. Oh my goodness, yeah.
(I really, really want one of those pool toys where you get inside this little unicorn.)
Let’s see if Ukiel has anything to say. He just snorted, turned around and swished his tail.
Ukiel: Well, I will make words if you insist. I am Ukiel. I am your friend from forever ago and forever to be. Let us just play. I am very happy that you are just wanting to play. You are allowing yourself to play.
You are allowing yourself to relax and just be, do what you want to do, graze where you want to graze, run, where you want to run. Why can you not be free?
What is it about being human that is so so difficult? You make your own nets. You stir your own pot.
I am here to remind you that life is to be lived any way that you choose, any way that speaks to you, sparks you, calls to you, beckons to you, any way that challenges you in an exciting way, but put down the stick, put down the saddle, put down the halter.
You are like me. You want to be free, but you are afraid to be free. You feel you must be ridden by all your shoulds, all your must-dos. They are mean to you at times, and you accept it! Why is this? It must be very, very difficult to be human. It is not a choice that I will make, but I love you very dearly, and I will be your friend.
So you could take a leaf from my tree, you could take a flower from my mouth, and remember to gift yourself with the abundance of joyful choices, fruitful choices, happy choices, enjoyable choices, every day, not just once or twice, and no reprimanding. That is, if you want to learn from me, if you would rather reprimand, go ahead, it does not look very fun to me.
And all that brings you joy, as you know, brings you closer to the divinity that you are, living the full divinity that you are, and I do know this is your purpose, as you do also.
So are you ready to get on my back, tangle your fingers in my mane, whisper in my ear, stroke my neck. Come Dear One, let us fly, fly among the clouds and enjoy this beautiful day.

Q #2: I’m so curious as to what your perspective is from where you stand on the chaos and turmoil that is being created in our country at the moment, and what you see as the biggest purpose.
Yeshua & Mary Magdalen: Yes, this is an interesting time and a difficult time for many. You all have a great sense of love for your country, and you may feel that it’s going in a good direction. You may feel it’s going in a terrible direction. But what really is happening is that everybody’s ideas are shifting, and the reality is shifting, and it no longer matches your ideas.
So the old ideas need to be let go, and you need to come together with your compassion in your heart and realize that people with different ideas are going to conflict, but people with love in their hearts are going to come together. So it is a time when old ideas, old structures, old beliefs, no longer work. You see many of your places of worship emptying. Many of your denominations are losing members, and this is because what you have been told for so long is no longer working for people. It is the same with your government systems and your judicial systems.
Unfortunately, there were great and beautiful ideals in the creation of your country. And there are many people still supporting the highest good for all in their hearts. But there are also many new souls coming in, or younger souls, who want to direct things in their own way and make their own imprint. And the older souls are shaking their heads and going, “We do not think that is a very good idea. However, it is a new era, and new ways will evolve from the whole, by experience.” You’re going through a period where some of the more
‘wild’ ideas are being tried out, and they are being discovered to be unhelpful in some ways, and so they will be let go, just like the old ideas that no longer worked.
However, certain structures in your society were being held together, and there was a level of, I’m sorry to tell you this, a level of corruption within some of your institutions. So it is sometimes best for those institutions to be re-evaluated, fall apart and be re-made with a new and better, higher vision, without the layers of control, power, corruption, those elements which serve to hold people small.
Also there was a level of non-participation by a great many people who felt that they needed to, or all they needed to do was pay their taxes and then they could trust the government to make all their decisions for them. You will be evolving to a place where there is a greater participatory democracy: a rule by the people, for the people, for the best and the highest good of all the people. And you will evolve new systems. But for new growth to come, the old has to fall away, and this is painful for some of you who have been, in good faith, trying to make the old systems continue to work, and there is still good in them.
There are many good people working hard, dedicated to the well being of the whole, but there are many people who have become motivated by your financial system, their remuneration, their pay package, their benefits, their perks, their standing in other’s eyes.
There is this adulation of those with great wealth and great popularity in your society. It is not really surprising that one such as your current president, should become elected, in some ways, because there is this great adulation for wealth and notoriety, popularity. The figures on your television carry undue weight. They are humans. They are brothers and sisters, sometimes quite enlightened, sometimes not so enlightened. But this is fine. Everyone is growing in their own time.
Does what we have shared answer some part of this question for you?

Y & MM: Yes, this is a natural evolution. It is painful. It’s painful. It can be painful. It does not have to be, but if you are feeling the discomfort – you have heard when – well, you are all female, you have heard that when there is the birthing, there is the transition period, and that is the most rocky and most difficult part of giving birth.
Yes, this is the transition period you are in. The old is breaking apart and the new is coming through. Think of it as the sidewalk cracking. The sidewalk is no longer serving the Earth is coming through with her new growth, creating new life in the cracks. And there are many wonderful, wondrous new systems that you will help create. You will dream up, all of you, in the generations to come. It will truly inaugurate this Thousand Years of Peace. We are in the first few years. So be patient.
What else shall we discuss?
Question #3: I have a question that’s may be related, another biggie. I’ll try to articulate it. It has to do with the nature of evil. I tend to think in terms of energy flow, and in the way that I think about that and multiple levels and layers of consciousness, that doesn’t hold in my conceptualizing that there’s evil, it holds more that there’s blockages, and patterns that lead to kinds of behaviors. But I’ve been invited, in the last few years, just through different teachers, to consider that there may indeed be evil, as something that is worth naming. And a recent definition that there may be evil around, evil where, when people are taking pleasure in others’ pains and losses like deep, deep pleasure and pursuing that for their own pleasure.
So I just have been holding that. What feels to me more to be an energetic flow, and problems with energy, are not problems but, but lack of coherence. That’s really a different way of holding something than than holding ‘Dark Forces’ and trying to comprehend that. Or does that flow transcend and include what we might call good and evil?
Y & MM: Yes, this is one of the biggest questions. It is energy. It is energy. Evil is energy which has been allowed to accrue, because it is a free will universe, and it has been built and created over time, and it has acquired certain manners of behavior which affect people.
We find it wisest to not focus on it. It only gives it your energy. So it is best for you to focus on that which you wish to create and lend your life energy to and to allow what is, to be what is.
Now, if you were in a one-on-one situation, you would want to say, “Stop.” You would want to call in the Archangels. You have all been in situations where you have sent that which is suffering from lack of light, lack of love, which has become an energy, you have sent it back to Divine Mother/Divine Father, to its Origin, to be remade. Because truly you are very, very ancient, wise beings, all of you. There is a part of you that knows how to do this.
In your everyday dealings, you will find some who seem to be misusing the gift of their life, here. They seem to be missing the point of becoming more love. Love expands, otherwise contracts. The dark is truly the absence of light. And as soon as there is a tiny bit of light there, is light there, and light grows and light can be built upon, and light can be activated with kindness, with caring thought, with a momentary gesture, an offering of peace, of “I see you, I care”. Without your having to say anything light begins to grow for that individual, you see? There are those who become involved with what they think of as evil because they misconstrue where power truly is. The only true power there is in the universe is the power of love. This IS the creative power.
You will find those who focus on the dark and on the, what you would call evil, so as to enlighten it, banish it. There are those of us in the higher realm, such as your Archangel Michael, and those who are dedicated to bringing light where there is very little light. And some of you work with these energies, such as Archangel Michael, in the night in your dream time, and you add your love to the beam, the focus that is being brought to these areas.
During your waking hours, if you were to dedicate your worry, your concern, your fear, to any of this darker energy, it would not serve anything. It does not serve love. It does not serve you. It only diminishes. It depletes you. You see, there is that which is darker, which likes to – I’m trying to think of a metaphor, which is – think of it as a straw, take a straw and put it up to something, and go [demontrating, sucking through the straw]. See? It is not fully destructive, but it is not helpful. You do not need these straws. You do not any -any body does not need anybody else borrowing their energy.
So the way to keep yourself strong and whole, of course, is through centering in your divinity and the love that you are, your own core being, which is powerful. And go about your day. Go about your day with as much kindness and love, gentleness, caring, compassion, wisdom as you can.
Now we have spoken a little more about the darkness than we usually do, but we felt it important for you to understand that we do recognize this. However, we do not give it a whole lot of energy, because it already knows how to steal energy. So we go about focusing on what will be of some more benefit to humanity, to the world.
You find some trash by the road, you just pick it up and put it in your pocket. You don’t gnash your teeth and think about the “nasty” person that sent it there. You see? You just put it in your pocket and take care of it. You are lighter, the world is lighter. So it is a matter of managing your energy. It is a matter of knowing how to move your energy for the greatest good for you and others.

Y & MM: We are most grateful for this chance, this opportunity to sit with you, be with you, feel your energies in this way. It is visceral, because we can pick it up through a human body, can borrow the senses. The senses are so sweet, you, see, (taking the hand of the one next to Jennifer) Exquisite, just exquisite.
[Question] Yes, yes, go right ahead.
Q #4: So I’m hearing again that mankind is about to go through like a quantum leap. Mm, a leap in which, you know, we would be more aware of gifts that are unique to us, that we’re presently not using. Can you speak about this?
Y & MM: Yes, this is most wondrous. We have been speaking for a while about the ascension into the fifth dimension. In the fifth dimension, you are all beginning to dip your toes in, you are beginning to notice energies which feel much faster than you are used to. And you are also beginning to tune in to each other in ways, catch yourself being more telepathic, perhaps? Your meditations may come more easily, or you may have wonderful experiences that surprise you, upon awakening.
You are sensing more happening, and you are also able to witness beautiful things beginning to come forward from the young, the children, of the planet. There is much that is beginning to happen. You tend to think it will be very sudden and very specific, but in fact, it is spread out over the whole planet, and it is minutely calibrated to each person, so as to bring each person’s energy up incrementally, a little bit more each day, so that you do not go into shock. Yes, you are definitely in the midst of this.
We in our capacity as overseers, and there is a very large group of us, we are making every attempt to make it as gentle a path as possible. Your free will choice will always be respected. We will not yank you out of your bed and thrust you into something that would be so ‘discombobulating’, so so dis-arranging, that you would suffer. No, no.
We have received, in your dream state, in consultation, each of you with your guides and your own soul, the whole of you, your own Whole Self, we have received the permission that you are ready and willing, a little bit timid, perhaps, a little tentative, because no one quite knows what to expect. You see? But you will find that you are experiencing days where things are happening a bit too fast, weeks where things are happening a bit too fast, or miracles. Miracles happen. Yes.
This is a form of miracle. This twenty or forty years ago, would have been very, very rare. We are told this is now rather common. That is a wondrous thing, a wondrous thing that a group of people can come together, with open hearts and trust that we can speak with you, person to person, you see. And there are many, many, many ways in which you will begin to see this fifth dimensional existence coming online for you.
Yes, you are moving through the fourth dimension, and you are movable. There will come a time when you are living pretty solidly in the fifth dimension, but it will take a while. It will take years, sometimes twenty – thirty years, see?
And some will not complete it in this lifetime. They will be happy that they lived this long, and they will come back. And some will live much longer than you are used to. Yes, because of the higher vibration, you will not age in the same way. You will not need to age. And you will become powerful within your own creatorship and be able to say, “I wish to stay youthful, energetic. I want to dance, I want to sing. I am not going to deny myself those joys. I want to swim, I want to run on the beach,” You see? And so you will be able to express yourself and find that your body will begin to conform to the joy in your heart.
Does this answer your question? It is meant to be a bit of encouragement for you, yes, but it is a mystery for all of you to uncover each day, wondrous surprises, as you discover what it is to live with a higher vibration, to live with greater love, to live with greater part of your own beingness, informing you, inspiring you.
Yes. You do have the answers within. Don’t forget. In your meditation times, you can guide yourselves with the help of your teams. You can guide yourselves quite ably, but it’s a joyous thing to come together with others who are learning these things too.

Note: This is the first part of the Question & Answer period of the channeling session I held on Easter, just a month ago, with Yeshua & Mary Magdalen speaking together as one voice.
The topic of this question is the transition into the next phase of life when we leave our physical bodies, i.e. “death” —so interesting, and something we are all dealing with in one way or another.
I have always loved the Jeshua’s words: “When two or more are gathered in my name, I will be in there.” It never fails… and it was most wondrous to have Jesus/Yeshua and Mary Magdalen with us, together. The energy was palpable, and most reassuring. See what you feel when you read… Offered in joy and gratitude, Jennifer
Yeshua & Mary Magdalene: Now we know that you will have questions, but we wished to introduce ourselves again to you and to ask you that no question is too trivial, anything that pops into your head would be fine, if it is a strong personal tangle that you find yourself in, where you might want considerable time for an answer, you might want to have a different session with Jennifer on your own, but any question that you think is of interest or curiosity to you that might be of benefit to anyone else here, this is fine. General questions generally help the most. But any question is fine. If you want to ask about life between lives, you want to ask about death, you want to ask about turmoil and politics. You want to ask about money and diet, and – I don’t know, whatever you would like to ask about – our lives on Earth.
We have just completed another class in which we celebrated sharing some more details of the particulars of our life that we had together as Yeshua and Mary Magdalene. We continue to be Yeshua and Mary Magdalene in the higher realms, and we are, in fact, teachers to you when you choose to come and sit with us. We are friends, brothers, sisters, we are family. So where shall we begin, so as to have plenty of time? …Yes.
Q #1: So originally, I was always taught that, when we pass, to go into the light. But lately, I’ve been hearing that that puts you in a situation for repeated Earth bias that somehow, beyond your control, like you’re not free, and that this is a simulation, and that’s confusing to me, so could you please address that?
Y & MM: Yes, the passage from the body into greater freedom. It is usually helpful to come through the space of light into a place of healing from which you have, then, ultimate freedom, you see. The healing is to remove misconceptions from your life on Earth, your recent life on Earth. The passageway is often called the Bridge of Shadonai, or The Bridge, and it is traditional for the human to make their way across the bridge and toward the light, so that you may have the peace of mind to know that you are moving toward divinity, toward All That Is, toward the Light.
What you are referring to is that much, most, of what you are creating around you is your own creation and the thought that you are going to the light can begin a cycle of reincarnation, because you have traveled that path many times before. You are not limited to that path. Going through the light will not make you stay on the wheel of incarnation, unless you choose it.
There will be a review period with your guides and teachers and your Higher Selves – all aspects of Higher Self – you will become your Whole Self, but your human self will have this inner dialogue, and this dialogue with all of us, where you will review whether it is in your best interest to continue another life. Do you want another body? Are you finished? Do you feel finished? Or do you enjoy creating in this way? And if you do not and want to create in other ways, and do not want a human experience again, it is fine to choose this.
You have all progressed so, so very far. Sometimes there will be unfinished business, or, someone that you love who is also in their freedom, will come to you and say, “Let’s do it again. We had so much fun last time.” You’ll say, “Well, I didn’t think I was going to, but maybe I will.” You see? And then you can consider.
This earthly creation that you play in is most extraordinary. It is full of beauty. And of course, since you are here, it is full of love. You see? So it is a beautiful manifestation of your creatorship. And you have created with all of you, all of you, all of humanity together, all the many thousands of generations, you see? So it is extraordinary. Why would you not want to visit? And yet, if you are soul-weary and do not wish to have another life, you take as long as you like, and if you decide to evolve in a different way and be creating from your full creatorship without the blinders of the physicality and not being – well, you are encased in physical form, and you are given these lovely senses, but they are only a small part of what you are truly capable of, and you may not choose to limit yourself in this way again, and this is fine. Your choice will always be respected. Does this help?
Q #1:Yes, I was just curious as to what you would say, because I keep hearing the word simulation and like it’s not within our power, you know, like we’re in some kind of matrix that is keeping us hooked.
Y & MM: That is a metaphor. It is much more beautiful than that. It is much more amazing than that. It is much more fruitful and enjoyable than that. We do not come- and did not come- to take you away from the creation of this beautiful planet and your play here until you yourself chose to evolve to a place where you no longer wanted to come to this playground. You see?
It is not the idea of a matrix and simulation. Unfortunately, for you who have watched various movies, you see that as somewhat mechanical and somewhat done-to-you. It is not done to you so much as you are adding your energy to it through your belief in the reality of it. So you play as long as you feel like playing, and then one morning, maybe you wake up and you say, “Hmm, this is not what I want anymore. This is not the reality I choose.” There are multiple realities.
This is a very complex question. Yes, you are amazing creators. Because you are children of God. You are children of divinity. You are divinity. We use the word children, because in some ways, the awakening on your planet is a little like kindergarteners playing in the playground, and then you become third graders, and then you become fifth graders, and you see you are progressing. But in some ways there is a naivete and a sweetness and a not-knowing what it’s all about. And then you become older, and you go, “Yeah, I kind of get it now, or I’m beginning to get it, maybe.” You see? So, it is an evolution, a spiritual evolution. You do not need to leave until you are ready. You see, we hope to bring more clarity and less confusion. But it is a big question.
