After the Storm

We have been besieged by early Spring storms lately, and it’s so interesting to notice how they affect me, emotionally and energetically. I’m very empathic, like many sensitive people., tending to be open to and picking up easily on the emotional states around me. Over the years, the best way for me to understand emotions is to use the metaphor of water. It’s here. I feel it. It can be delightful or uncomfortable. And it passes. Generally I like this aspect of myself, feeling with others enriches my human journey, but it can be draining or overwhelming — and requires self-care, a period of extra quiet-time afterwards, an introversion to replenish my clarity. Like going to the car wash for the psyche. Recently I channeled about this with my teammate Rob Loveland, and I’d like to share with you. Jennifer

Jennifer channeling Yeshua/Jeshua On Weather and Emotions

Jennifer: There’s water all around me. I was feeling for a while that I was sort of back in the womb. Completely floating like a little tiny one. Just being nurtured and soothed, the water’s very healing for me, but I’ve also been surrounded by precipitation for a few days and it’s kept me pretty deeply into the more emotional states….  Feeling Yeshua and Mary Magdalene together, either side of me, taking my hands…I’m just in a place of taking in, rather than in offering out…

I had a question earlier for Yeshua, which had to do with ‘Please remind me of the value of exhaling thoroughly to clear one’s energy, and it would be helpful if this question were addressed.’

Yeshua:  Yes, this is Yeshua. I’m most grateful for this opportunity to come into presence with you at this time. Greetings to you, Rob. I’m delighted to speak with both of you. It is quite the transition to go from being the sponge to being the oracle; as you say, one is the water flowing in and the other is the water flowing out. Or, we should say, energy flow; the energy flowing in, the energy flowing out. Channeling is very much flowing through. That’s why itfeels so delicious. But if you’re feeling a bit waterlogged, it can be a challenge.

You [Jennifer} were asking about the the use of the breath in regulating the emotions. When one is in the midst of powerful feelings, one is often in a place where one breathes rather abnormally, irregularly, and takes in more air than one lets out. One is gasping for air, in a way; one is breathing deeply, but not evenly. And so what you are recalling is the instruction to release the pent up, stored up breath and this will regulate the emotions; it will regulate the energy. So the way to do this is deliberately, with several breaths, at least three but more if comfortable. And you take a small breath in and then a long breath out, blowing all the way out …[demonstrating]… until there is nothing more, and then allow it to come back in naturally, in its own pace, until you are ready to exhale again. In which case, you exhale…[demonstrating]… and  you will notice that a great deal more comes out than went in.

And this happens because there is a storage of the breath that is saturating you and bringing to you the experience that you have chosen, bringing to you the experience that propels you to greater wisdom. Every single time you experience Life, it’s a wonderful learning opportunity for you— not always comfortable, as you said before to your friends. It is at times wrenching and at times quite taxing and you naturally feel weary, tired, sleepy.  So take your time. Go through this in your own pace.

You see, this is where you all can trip up, by beginning to berate yourself for not being as adept as you would like to be, or feeling disappointed in yourself or even annoyed with yourself — and this is not helpful. Someone is recovering from an emotional experience? It is not helpful to be annoyed with them. You see?  So do not be annoyed with yourself. Understand that there is a variety of different emotions that come up when there is a very strong trigger, such as that presented today, triggering deep-seated fears. And fears often are accompanied by anger. When someone scares you, it is natural to be quite angry with them. They scared you, after all. They did not scare you, they brought up your fear. So the anger is part of it, too. But do not compound that by turning the anger on yourself. Just accept that this is the emotional experience. There’s the fear; there’s the anger; there’s the tiredness. And this is merely an experience, a human experience.

There is a lot going on for the Earth as a whole, for your particular area also. There is much happening when there is a storm of the nature that you have all been experiencing. It is collecting energy and it is propelled by energy from the earth Herself, but also by the human collective because you are a part of Her. She is a part of you. You are made from Her. She is connected to you and you are connected to Her.  You feel when She feels.  She is releasing powerfully, powerfully releasing. Be grateful to Her; celebrate Her.

Be in peace when you can. When you find yourself stirred, tremendously stirred, emotionally, participate with Her. This is fine. It will pass. All storms pass. You participate in the storm, emotionally— it is fine. So there is no judgment. There need be no judgment. We certainly do not judge you. We celebrate you for your human journey. It’s very much a journey of mastery. It is a journey of mastering yourself, fully embodying all levels of your higher self, your Divine Self, and those come with emotion, that is part of your being and it is part of your human history. Your interpretation is quite correct. I’m not telling you anything new, but I am enjoying the telling. I am enjoying the interacting with both of you.

I wonder, would Rob have a question at this point?

Rob:  Given our conversation earlier, is Jennifer one who feels the emotion of others of the collective, so sometimes what she is feeling is not hers and,  if so, how can she tell the difference?

Yeshua: She is picking up on the emotions of the collective. She would not understand them nor be able to relate to them, if she did not carry some of that within herself. So she has that material within herself which magnetizes the collective experience and magnifies it for her. So she is propelling the larger bowl of soup, so to speak. It is not just her personal bowl of soup, that she is experiencing, her personal emotional world. She is participating in the larger emotional world, by choice.  She has deliberately opened her emotional body to be receptive to, to understand and experience and gain wisdom from the larger collective emotions, which travel all over the planet energetically.  And ‘Weather’ is a good description of the externalization of emotion.

Rob: I see. Thank you and that’s interesting.

Yeshua: Yes, it’s by choice. So while some experiences may be more difficult than others, none are dangerously overwhelming, in any way.  She has a lot of help from us. She’s had a lot of training. She enjoys her experiences, but, like facing into the wind of a howling hurricane, it’s very exciting! There is a component of partaking which is valuable.

And there are others who do not choose this experience much, for this life, such as yourself, you would rather maintain your peace, if possible, or have your own private storms. So, you see the bigger storms with a greater aloofness and this is perfectly fine; it is merely a choice… the differences between people.

Rob: Thank you.

Yeshua: You are most welcome. Great blessings, great love to you.
